We stayed in room 4, overlooking the sea. Stunning location with sunsets to die for. This time of year got to see every kind of weather and some beautiful rainbows. The walk along the shore is beautiful with long vistas of Morfa and Angelsey. We also got to see some of the fighter jets flying to the loop which was exciting. The restaurant is beautiful, and the white room(Toby's lounge is stunning) I am gluten free, and apart from no bread available on the first morning, the food in the restaurant was fantastic. I had GF fish and chips and have to say it was the best I have ever eaten. It even beat Barnacles in town, which is saying a lot.. The hotel is on the west side of Llandudno and is very peaceful and quiet which is what we wanted. Loads of free parking on the road at any time. We only ever saw 2 staff, probably due to the time of year. They were polite and responsive if we needed anything. Breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh to order on hot plates. Apart from the bread there was no other GF options (cereals etc, which would have been nice to be able to choose) There was yoghurt and fresh fruit available.

The decor in the room was lovely however there was quite a lot of damp patches on the upper walls and by the windows where the paint had peeled off, which didnt look very well cared for. The bed was amazing however the mattress was very hard and I didnt sleep very well each night. The room was cold and although there was an electric heater available it was broken and didnt work until the last day. The room would benefit from a little table that you can put by the window and watch the ever changing scenery, we had to use the windowsill to to put cups on. Other that that, would I return? Most definitely, and am plannig to book for next year.

nicola shaw Arrived on Monday 29th September for a 3 night stay for my Birthday treat, we were checked in by Adam who was lovely, friendly and made a joke about our bill going up, due to Ste ( my fiance) wearing an Everton top lol. Room 3 we are/were in... It is a lovely room, shower was amazing, fab views of the sea/beach ⛵ etc... after a great night's sleep every morning greeted by Adam for Our breakfast, Full English & great continental variety, trust me the Full English was amazing, Mondays Evening meal Ste had The Seafood Carbonara he said it was delicious, I had the Belly Pork on a bed of Leek infused Mash, carrots & Thyme Gravy, was so nice. Puddings are lovely too, we only had dessert the first night though Tuesday evening meal We both had the Steak Pie with chunky chips,Carrots, broccoli stem & Gravy, omg the homemade pies fantastic. Wednesday meal We both had the Lilly Burger meal and Oh Wow it was fabulous, we have both said the best burger we've ever tasted. In fact I myself will say All the food at The Lilly has been Divine, the Chefs Dale & Paul hats off to you both and thank you so much. And a big thank you to Adam, Roxanne & Lee for such an amazing service, nothing is too much trouble, you are so attentive, friendly and work so hard thank you all so much, made a great birthday treat. There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Location excellent. Beautiful sea views. A short bus ride in to Llandudno centre or a 30 minute walk. Park opposite which was great and our 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed himself there. Ample car parking outside the premises. All rooms are different. Plenty of wardrobe space. Restaurant had a good feel and food was mostly excellent. Superb menu. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and friendly service. Would stay at this place again.

One of the rooms was freezing cold and initially when we brought this to the attention of one of the staff, he was not helpful. However, he did eventually come up with a solution which thankfully worked.

A very busy pub and restaurant, only pub in that area. Two private parties during our stay so made it very busy and it's open to the public. This made it difficult to use hotel at times and get outdoor seating.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great sea view. They have a well stocked bar with reasonable prices, a great sun trap terrace at the front to relax in with drinks, good food inc a fantastic cooked breakfast and helpful friendly staff. The West Promenade is a safe quiet area with plenty of free parking yet close to the town centre.

No negatives about our stay. If we had suggestions to the hosts it would be offer scrambled or piached egg as alternative to only fried egg at breakfast and include a couple of main course salad ootions in the summer all day menu

Wifi in the room didn’t work, breakfastroom looks a little outdated compared to the pretty restaurant and room

I liked that you weren't arrassed all the time like some places room nice and clean

Could have done with a shelf and bath mat in room and a small chest of draws wasn't alot of storage then we went down to the bar at 9 to be told he had called last orders even though was told it was 11pm There were 4 people in I know that's not many but when you have people drinking plus staying in the rooms shouldn't be told at 9 pm that there was last orders it was ower holiday and it spoilt it as we had came back from the town to drink in the hotel to be toldwe couldn't after 9.30pm As long as customers are in the bar buying drinks you shouldn't be saying you've called last orders at 9.pm

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were loverly and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We had an evening meal and it was beautiful and the cooked breakfast was good.

One of the parties is dairy free and at breakfast we asked for dairy free milk for cereal and coffee but they didn’t have any. There was also no dairy free spread so couldn’t have cereal or toast. When asked they said the bar may have some but didn’t offer to get any. It was a shame because every other single thing about the stay was brilliant

Very good location, with free parking right outside, Wonderful view from the room. Bathroom was very spacious.

There was a shower over the bath but we would have preferred a separate walk-in shower, especially as the bathroom was so large. At breakfast I would have preferred egg cooked a different way (not fried), but that is just a small quibble. Also, the vegetarian breakfast was significantly smaller than the 'standard' breakfast that included sausage, bacon and black pudding.

We love this hotel. This was our second stay here, we came for the pirates festival in Conwy. The hotel is in a perfect location opposite west shore Llandudno beach, with free on street parking. The rooms are of a good and comfortable standard, with sea views. The bar area is lovely, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff are brilliant and very helpful and the quality and value of the hotel overall, is amazing. We will be back next year.
