We rented a family suite at Loch Ness Inn for our family of four. There were two adjoining rooms with a shared bathroom. Although the rooms were small, they were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and decorated nicely. They provided complimentary tea and coffee and a snack bar in the rooms. The bathroom was very clean and modern and the shower had plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable and the house keeping staff came in to clean and re-supply towels. The onsite restaurants and pub were exceptional for both their menu and service. The full Scottish breakfast was included. We reserved dinner there both nights, once in the restaurant and once at the pub and were glad we had because there are very few other options in the area. The ambiance was lovely and the service was friendly and professional. The location of the Inn is lovely for exploring the area.

Honestly, we had a really excellent stay at Loch Ness Inn and I highly recommend it and would happily stay there again.

In a great location for touring the Scottish Highlands, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the clean, comfortable accommodation and welcoming décor. The food served at the restaurant was a real highlight. We ate both breakfast and dinner there each day, and each meal was delicious, freshly prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to an all-around enjoyable experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend Loch Ness Inn to anyone visiting the area.

No improvements to suggest, overall, a perfect experience.

This accommodation is in a very convenient location for visiting Loch Ness and the surrounding area, including Urquhart Castle, which is even within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the à la carte breakfast was excellent, with both sweet and savory options to choose from. While the overall experience was positive, I did find the price slightly high considering the location and the range of services offered. That said, the convenience and quality of the stay still made it a pleasant stop on our trip.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! We stayed here for one night whilst walking the Great Glen Way. Our twin room was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds, all the amenities we could have hoped for and a luxurious bathroom. The hotel bar had an excellent ambiance and amazing selection of local beers and whisky! We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast totally hit the spot too (both veggie / vegan friendly). The staff were incredibly lovely and offered flawless hospitality. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We loved the service here, the staff was well informed and very friendly. We could park our car at the location and we quickly got our room and checked in. The dinner and the overall atmosphere was lovely and breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and by car the location was only a few minutes to Loch Ness. We didn't hear anything during the night from other neighbours, very quiet.

What we didn't like was only the size of the room since it was quite small for four people and we couldn't really open our luggage since there was not enough space for big suitcases.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and warm! Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Every member of staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. Every meal from breakfast to dinner was well presented and delicious. We tried other restaurants but came back here as could not be beaten. We came here for our honeymoon and received the warmest of welcomes and hospitality. Loved our stay and will recommend to everyone!!

There is nothing we didn’t love about The Loch Ness Inn

We flew from London to Inverness, and drove by hire car to the Hotel. It was out of season, rooms , food, (evening meal and breakfast) were excellent. Service was efficient and helpful. We only stayed one night. It was an excellent location tom see Loch Ness, the nearby waterfall, and castle.

Nothing comes to mind, the accommodation was very comfortable, the weather better than expected, the hotel was pleasant in all respects, especially so since it was out of season,

Excellent location just prior to the city. The room was modern and quite comfortable. The distance from lodging to the dining areas is conveniently accessible and shielded from the rain. The dining selection for all meals was very good and flavorful too. The bar area is pretty well stocked with staples to quench any thirst. Great place to kick back and relax after a successful day of long walking on the Great Glen Way.

Since the restaurant is smaller eating times are condensed to 90 minutes to best accommodate all diners so plan accordingly.

Our room in the main building was lovely, with uplighting, wainscoting, coffee/tea service, and calming decor. Two of my sons stayed in the "bunk house" in two twin beds, and I did not see their lodging. We enjoyed eating in the pub (no reservation needed) and the cooked breakfast was to order plus continental offerings which we all loved. We went for an evening walk to a forest nearby and the location was easy early access to Urquhart castle the next morning as we did not have reservations!

Worked out perfectly for us!

All meals, dinner and breakfast, were delicious. I booked at the Inn based on reviews that said the food was very good. That was accurate. We had a room off the main dining room which was fairly quiet. It was very warm when we stayed which meant we needed the blinds up and windows open for ventilation. The room was very clean and the bath products were lovely.

It would have been nice to have had a fan in the room due to the heat. With the windows open we heard courtyard noise and a family with upset children.
