Located not so far from the castle and the shore. Beautiful fields with grazing sheep and horses around. A decent but expensive restaurant across the road. Supermarket not so far away. Boat tour company also nearby.

There’s no reception or staff around. I forgot my headphones there and instead of the response from the management I am getting automatic preprogrammed messages so don’t count on any help if you’ll happen to have any problem.

We had 2 of the garden rooms here which are ensuite. They are compact units in the grounds, separate to the main building. The single beds were a bit worn out and creaking , but sleep-able As a 5.10 man I found my head and feet would touch the bed boards These are minor issues but they were there. As a location we could not ask for more. It was the bed for the night. With of street parking. Fab restaurant across the road (pub) and 2x coffee places in the morning.

Creaking beds were the only real issues here

We booked the 2 person room with bathroom, we were actually suprised, good quality for low price! There is a shared living room and kitchen. Location was perfect for us during our roadtrip.

Entrance to the parking was a bit challenging with our SUV but doable, it is on the right side of the main entrance. The light inside the room above the door was a bit disturbing, but you can cover it with something. There are not many restaurants, the one across the road is a little pricy.

Location was perfect for us, had a small kitchen with all facilities. Also had car park adjacent to the property. Our room was 5 bed with private bathroom, we loved it as we did not require to share room or bathroom. Overall it was great for us to stop by for 1 night.

Bedding liners were bit tired.

I had to help an american couple whose phone was not receiving instructions properly. I rang you on my phone and explained how key safe works. The kitchen looks a bit tired with a heater not filled properly to the wall and a few missing trims on the tables. Easy to fix! The back door is not secure at night.

We stay there second year in a row.Drumnadrochit have brilliant location.We was again to Sky and back. Only what wished in our room be not 1 single but 1 double bed,our toddler feels more safe near mummy and daddy.2 sleepless nights because my toddler was sleeping near me.🫣

Fire Alarm this year again go up and scared little one.

I arrived early, I spoke to the owner who went above and beyond to let me in to my room I was so grateful to be able to settle in. First impression was wow!! loved my accommodation, clean and comfortable it had everything you need, all facilities in my accommodation and kitchen were excellent. I will definitely stay here again when I’m on my travels, hope to be back in the summer, thank you

I have nothing to add, I loved it.

We stayed one night in a three-bed room, located in the garden. Good value for money. the hostel is located in the town center within walking distance of "the loch ness center and exhibition", 5min drive from urquhart castle and within walking distance of places to eat. Quiet and sufficiently clean place, with the bare minimum to have a foothold when visiting the wonderful Loch Ness.

Unfortunately the tv did not take any channels and it was impossible to connect the antenna and also the Wi-Fi connection was practically not present. But in short .... we were there to sleep and see the beauties of the place, not for TV or internet ;-)

Super central location and everything needed for private room comfort.

Virtually no interaction with staff for issues. A great welcome email and ease of checking in and out through email but no one seemed to be on site and special requests for information emails went pretty much unanswered. Wifi for our cabin didn't work so we had to step outside and reconnect each time using wifi for another cabin. Cleaning staff left laundry in machines so you had to yank their stuff out to pay 7 pounds for your laundry and another 2-4 to dry. Kinda spendy and annoying. It wasn't awful awful, just not really delightful after hiking 18-20 miles on GGW.

The location was good. In the centre of the town. The beds were comfy. The communal kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Although I couldn't get the oven to work the stove worked well enough. The communal area in the lounge had plenty of seating and the tv worked.

No visible staff. Self check in and everything done via email. Which was fine, apart from once being logged in you can't get ahold of anyone if problems arise. The tv in our garden cabin didn't work and we couldn't get hold of anyone to get it sorted, even after emailing asking about it. With a young family member it would of been nice to get sorted. We ended up using the communal one for a little. The decor could do with a scrub down, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken but again there was no one around to report this to. It's a shame because for what you need it for, it was a nice little place to stay with everything you'd need close by.
