Really appreciated all the little attention to details. Cookies and tea in the rooms, plently of information on things to do, outlet towers in the room, everything was clean and confortble. Frank was very friendly and cooked a lovely Scottish Breakfast for us every morning. Location was nice, just accross the river from the center of town. This was a very nice, quaint little B&B that made us feel right at home. Only thing was having to lug our suitcases up three floors, but that's more on us than them.

Absolutely gorgeous little B&B. Lisa, Frank and Doris (the dog) were all so lovely and accommodating. Lisa recommended a beautiful little walk for me and my kiddos that we could get to on the bus (no car) and it was spectacular (The Fairy Glen waterfalls). They were more than happy for us to leave our luggage with them once we had checked out as we had an afternoon flight and it meant we could explore the city without heavy rucksacks. And the breakfast was amazing! I'm vegan and the veggie haggis and tatty scone, amongst other things, were lush!!! Thanks for having us, it was such a lovely homely feeling, especially having come from a soulless Premier Inn ❤️
Nothing ❤️

Great value b&b. Lovely hosts. Breakfasts were delicious (both meat and veggie options) and there was a really homey feel to the place. Lots of your books and guides to browse if your itenerary wasn't fixed. Close enough to the rapid/slow EV chargers at Cathedral Car Park to walk. Close to town centre too.
Not the fault of the BnB owners but there's, no dedicated parking for the property (which was ok for us because we needed the EV charge point as a priority). The on-street parking is restricted between 6pm-8am so if you aren't up early and back late then you need to drive about a bit to find a space. Not a long way (3-5mins walk) but still a faff particularly if it is raining.

Good location, very comfy beds and cosy duvets Excellent porridge! Owner was very nice, she was helpful and friendly. Dog was lovely too!
No parking at the property which I had filtered for, was on-street a few streets away due to permit parking only in vicinity. Cooked breakfast not great, egg fried in oil that was too hot, no beans or mushrooms. Man serving breakfast was a bit gruff. Location of kettle in room causing mould on wall.

Lovely couple who own the property. Very relaxed and welcoming. Full range of breakfast options, including cooked vegan breakfast which was lovely. Very large room for the price. Only a few minutes walk from the central bridge in Inverness and the town centre. WiFi service very stable. I liked the 'family' like activity in the house and the atmosphere it lent, but some may not. That's a choice.
A few of the fixtures and fittings were a little outdated, e.g. shower hose cover coming away. But I didn't raise this with the owners as it didn't impact on the function of the facility (shower) which worked well.

Frank was great, friendly guy. He took time to personalize breakfast orders. You may not want to walk here from the train if you have a lot of luggage, but it's pretty close to shopping, restaurants and the sites of Inverness.
Really nothing. It was a bit expensive for what it was but it was in line with the going rate.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. If you don't mind pets they have a lovely dog called Doris. Very comfy room which was needed after riding from Land's End to John O'Groats. Cooked breakfast was lovely. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre.
Couldn't find any criticisms. Keep up the great work!

It was like staying with family. And like stepping back in time of the traditional b and bs. If you're looking for luxury it's not for you . We loved it. Frank and Lisa were brilliant.. bed was so comfortable. Had the best night's sleep and woke up to smell of home cooked breakfast. Value for money . Like old style b and b everyone spoke in the breakfast room. It was great
Everything was fine for the value. It was a shared toilet and shower between three rooms but clean znd adequate. This is real good value for money

It’s extremely well situated for the town centre shopping and pubs, brilliant for Eden court shows and close walking distance to bus station
We actually shared a bathroom as at time of booking it was the best value for our trip, the shower is in a very small space and not the best working shower!

Lisa and Frank made us feel very welcome and Doris was so adorable!! Breakfast was amazing!! First stay in a B&B, and the experience was so great!! Right off from the start, Lisa informed us that the kettle needed to be replaced and Frank got it in soon after. They are the absolute best!
