The kitchen is big and fully equipped with all utilities. The bedroom is comfortable and cosy. The apartment is cleaned well. Nice big TV set. The garage is big enough to manouvre and the place for parking is clearly indicated. The location is amaizng - in the real centre of the city with a beutiful vew over the river and the old part. There are all kinds of shops and pubs around and it is a walking distance from all the major sighseeing points.
It is recommnded that there is some choice of pillows. And yes - the balcony over the river is beautiful but when it rains through the planks over your head from the balcony above there is no way to enjoy the beauty.

The location is fantastic. The apartment was very comfortable to stay in and all the basic requirements were met. Will definitely stay again. The call center was very helpful & prompt & staff was also proactive
The apartment gets hot as it’s closed all day long and cannot open windows in the night as insects come in & also due to traffic noise below. Basic things like dustbin, dispensers(soap& lotion) should be working. Two fans in bedroom should be mandatorily provided as one fan is not sufficient. Pls provide at least 4 washing pods for 3-4 days stay, and display the working of washer & dryer as its one machine doing both functions, so clothes do not really dry in it.

Second time staying here. We love it! All the facilities you could hope for, stunning riverside location, with a spacious decked balcony and great views of the river, the town beyond, and snow-topped mountains to the north. Central location, with immediate access to the town centre shops, restaurants, museum, and the Eden Arts Centre ten minutes walk along the river. Another big plus is the secure underground parking in the basement. The apartment has all the facilities you could want, and is spacious and tastefully furnished.
Couldn’t help noticing that the sofa and armchair are getting a bit tired, with stains visible. I’m sure the furnishings are replaced/refurbished periodically, and maybe our stay was getting close to that time. Also the headboard in the bedroom had a film of dust, no big deal, and quickly fixed with a damp microfibre cloth. All other furniture and surfaces were clean and well maintained, as were the kitchen and bathroom. Both minor issues, but worth mentioning in the spirit of leaving an honest review. That said, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and are looking forward to our next stay. Recommended!

Incredible view and perfect location in Inverness. Apartment was very clean and easy to check-in/out. Elevator makes getting in/out easier with luggage. A perfect stay and great value.
There were 3 doors to the expansive balcony overlooking River Ness and the Inverness Castle, but doors didn't seal well and with the typical winds in Inverness, the doors were whistling all night. However, apartment was big with bedrooms sufficiently removed from the living room so it wasn't keeping us up at night. Aside from this one issue, not another thing to complain about. A great stay!

The location was fantastic and easy to get around Central Inverness. The view from our balcony looking up to the Inverenss Castle was quite nice (even though the castle was covered in scaffolding). Parking was quite easy to find and manage and it was nice to have a dedicated parking space. The apartment was a very nice size, the furniture was nice, the bathroom looked new and the kitchen was well equipped. Fresh milk in the fridge for tea was a special touch.
At first contacting the managers was a bit difficult, but once I figured out the app, it was easy to get information. The parking garage is quite tight and the assigned parking spaces aren't sequential, so we had to search a few times for our space!

From the moment we stepped through the door we thought “Wow” beautifully appointed, immaculate throughout, comfy big bed, quality linen & towels, welcome teas, coffee etc and milk also shampoo etc, customer service before we arrived fantastic & if we wanted maid service daily. You do hear some traffic noise but this eases & weekend noise of the music bars. I am a light sleeper so took silicon earplugs and this helped. I’m guessing weekdays will be better. Great location, so spacious with everything you need. Lovely to get up leisurely for breakfast so much nicer than a hotel. Would definitely stay again Thank you Team Highland Apartments for our stay!

Very simple key code process. The apartment was absolutely stunning and very well equipped, spotlessly clean too. Beds and bedlinens excellent quality. Just one word of advice if you want to book the two-bedroom river view apartment - the photographs show a bath. If you really want a bath be sure to mention this as I didn't and the apartment was different to the one photographed and only had two showers. If you ask for a bath, I'm pretty sure they will make a note of this. We will return to this place if we visit Inverness again. it's only a short walk from the station and beautifully situated right overlooking the river. Not cheap but worth every penny. Staff very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 on all counts.

After check in on the App, I was sent a code for the flat and the garage. Unfortunately there was an error on the App so I was not able to access the code and had to ring to get it. The person at the end of the phone was very helpful and talked me through about parking and accessing the flat
The garage is on Bank Lane, not Bridge Street which is the address for the apartment. As we could not see the car park access on Google maps, I had to contact guest services to to told that it was on Bank Street. This should be made clear when confirming car parking.

A really, really big apartment! Heating was good. Absolutely central location. We were able to leave our car in the car park for a few hours after we checked out which was a great advantage as it allowed us to explore the city for a few extra hours.
Getting into the car park was difficult and the new app is not a great communication tool. There was not many supplies in the kitchen to support cooking in the apartment. There was a bit of noise late at night but we couldn’t work out if it was from other apartments or from the commercial spaces downstairs.

A spacious lovely apartment with a large balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen had a full complement of appliances, cookware and utensils. There were two full bathrooms and a large bedroom with comfortable bedding. We appreciated the washing machine, as we were visiting Scotland for a month. We had a reserved parking spot in the underground garage. The location allowed us to walk to numerous restaurants and shops.
We encountered an initial hitch when we arrived. We had not received our code to access the building, nor had our room number. An hour later we had the information we needed to enter our apartment.
