The bnb was really pretty and cozy :) Surroundings were peaceful but easily accessible (10min walk) to more touristy areas in town with lot of food and music options. Steve was a great host who served delicious fresh breakfast every morning and helped us out with apt recommendations accompanied with pleasant conversations :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a more homely feeling in a rustic city.

The bed was a little small for me and my tall friend. It seems like smaller beds are normal in the UK though. We felt that at other places too. Else, no complains :)

I booked the room the night before my stay, because my three-day trip to the Outer Hebrides had been cancelled due to storm Floris, so I urgently needed accommodation in Inverness. I was lucky to get a room at Acer Glen B&B, because usually most rooms are booked months ahead. Steve is a great host. He has a kind word with each guest. The best thing is that you can choose what time you want to have breakfast and the meal you want to have, and the host prepares it for you minutes before your chosen time. So, if you choose Scottish breakfast, it's fresh and hot, very good quality. I highly recommend Acer Glen B&B to everyone.

What an amazing stay. The reviews speak for themselves because this property has everything. Steve was a gracious host. He made breakfast everyday and you can pick up whatever you want. I had the private room with shared bathroom but the bathroom was literally less than 3 foot steps away and was not being used by anyone else. The location was perfect. Only 10 minutes away from the train station and the walk is pretty straightforward. Close to plenty of restaurants, Tesco and main attractions. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great 4-day stay. Both Steve and Emma were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is great. 2 blocks from River Ness and super easy to walk to city center. The room was good. Quiet, private and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and a good way to start the day. And when I needed help to find a very early morning taxi to take me to the airport Emma handled all the logistics.

Very clean and well appointed. Quiet location but only a short walk to the river and over the pedestrian bridge into central Inverness. Breakfast available from 0600 hrs daily - superb full cooked breakfast! - a real rarity and great if you have to make an early start! Lots of cold food options available too. Friendly, helpful and obliging host. Very good value for money compared to what other properties were asking on the same weekend.

The location of the B&B is great. It is in walking distance to the city center, bus station and restaurants. Steve cooked an amazing breakfast every morning with variety of options to choose from. We stayed in the king size room with private bathroom. The room and the bathroom were clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room size was enough to come back every night to get some rest and leave next morning for sightseeing .

It is a lovely nice & clean property and our host Steve is amazing. The breakfast system is so good, you’ll have a fresh breakfast at the time you specify to Steve the night before. And quite a choise to choose from too. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Inverness. Very centrally located too :)

What a great little place. The owner Steve was amazing. He did it all and did an amazing job. You can tell he loves what he does. He made the best breakfast. Such a happy and pleasant to speak with. Close to trains and amazing restaurants. A fun city Good location to take tours to Isle of Sky, lock Ness etc.

The B&B is very close to the centre. Access to all main streets, bus station and train are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Steve is always keen to help and is a great host. Breakfast is very well served too with the attention to detail. Coffee/tea facilities are top-notch in the room with a wide variety. The cleanliness is at its best too.

The location of the property was the biggest attraction which was less 3 min from river and less than 10 min walking distance from the city centre. Despite being so close to the centre, it pretty quite area. The room was amazingly spacious and comfortable. Steve made sure that his servings for breakfast were hot every morning. He's wonderful host who cared for our comfort and guided us the places to visit.

There was nothing that my family and I didn't like. We were traveling light. If one has heavy luggage, there is no lift. Having said so, Steve does offer help to get things at right place.
