We loved our spacious, clean, well decorated room overlooking the river with a picturesque view of Inverness. Our private bathroom was well equipped and of decent size. The beds were very comfy. Leah, our host, was awesome. The room was supplied with coffee, tea and a few snacks. We were extremely comfortable overall. The breakfast was great- yummy, fresh high quality food. (In addition to a made to order hot breakfast, there was also a continental spread of cereals, yogurt, fruit etc.) Fraser house is a short walk to stores, shops, the train and bus station etc. The location is beautiful and safe. If anything this place is underpriced. We will be back.

Fraser House was an excellent find with a very reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. I had stayed at another local hotel the night before that was incredibly disappointing and a much higher price, so arriving to meet Leah at very welcoming Fraser House was a joy. The room was pristine, warm, and had a lovely view of the river. WIFI is strong and the accommodation is very safe for those travelling alone. A quick, easy walk with luggage to the station. You'd be silly not to book Fraser House!

Loved the location on the river near the walking bridge! Wonderful full Scottish breakfasts cooked to perfection with a great cup of coffee. The host is fun, informative, and had a perfect room ready for us!

The property is ideally situated facing the River Ness and is just a short 10-minute walk to the city centre shops, bars, restaurants, and bus/train stations! Our room was the Family Room on the first floor…incredibly stylish, comfortable, and all the modern amenities you can imagine…not to mention the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! Leah (the host) is just so wonderful…she’s friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything Inverness…what more could you ask for! Without hesitation we recommend staying at Fraser House and we’ll definitely be guests again on our next visit. Thanks so much Leah!

My cousin and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast, and the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing view of the river from our room, the cozy room itself, the delicious breakfast and the exceptional host, Leah. From the moment we arrived, Leah’s genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. Leah went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was memorable, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that all of our needs were met with care and efficiency. The room itself had the best view, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very close to grocery stores and restaurants and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. I can't recommend Leah and her bed and breakfast highly enough. We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family that plan on visiting.

Leah is a very friendly and professional host, she even carried my heavy suitcase upstairs. Communication with her was superb. As a solo traveler I‘m very happy to have found an affordable single room. Bright room, a cozy bed and an excellent view on the river and churches on the other side. Very close to the city centre, but so quite at night that I could sleep with my window open.

You could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. Thankfully the other guest went to bed at a similar time as me. One of the towels had seen better days.

My time at Fraser House has been absolutely wonderful! Leah is an amazing host and so very accommodating! She cooked delicious breakfasts and made a dinner reservation for me Sunday night, which I really appreciated! I will be recommending Fraser House to all my family and friends who are thinking of traveling to Inverness, and I hope to return myself someday! Thank you, Leah, for your lovely hospitality!

It should be the best accommodation during our 10 days family vacation in Scotland. The room is spacious with classy but simple decoration. Bed and quilt are offer the best comfortable and make you a very good sleep. The hotel is infront of the river bank, and you can park your car outside the hotel after 6pm free. Last thing I wish to say is the house keeper, Leah, she is very nice and keen to offer helps. Thank you again for a very nice place. All my family members are happy with the stay.

Excellent location with a superb view of the river Ness from the room windows. Just a 3 minute walk from the town centre across the bridge. Dream surroundings. Quiet street, ideal for relaxing walks. Lea, the beautiful landlady, so helpful and kind. The breakfast is really exceptional! The room beautifully decorated, cosy, and elegant. Thank you, Lea, for the great experience; if I ever visit Inverness in the future, I will definitely book Fraser House again!

We loved that Leah was accommodating with us dropping off our luggage in our room before we were scheduled to check in, which allowed us to do some sightseeing without having all of our luggage in the car. She cooked us a made to order breakfast which was tasty and fresh and had many options to choose from. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the river on one side and the town on the other side. It was bright and cheery with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for exploring Inverness and close to restaurants and close enough for a short day trip to the Isle of Skye.
