A brilliant location next to the bus station, but tucked away from the main road. I was staying for one night only, en route to Lewis and it was a perfect wee pad to lay my head. I would stay again.

I had an issue with the key in the lock but this was dealt with in a very speedy fashion which was brilliant. I thought there might be noise from the occupants of the other rooms as the structure was basic, but actually it was great. There wasn't really space to prepare food but the kettle and sink sufficed for my needs.

The room was very clean and new, excellent position (next to the train station, within walking distance from the city center, in a lively area with pubs and food places). Easy self check in with efficient instructions. Clean in-room toilet. Hairdryer, towels and soap were provided. Our stay was way better than most reviews say!

The room was a bit small and it felt a little bit cramped for 2 people and 2 small bags, but the overall atmosphere was good and we enjoyed our stay.

It was nice to open the door and be met with warmth. I arrived late on a cold night so it was appreciated that the staff thought to put the heating on. The rooms are a converted shed, portacabin type thing & a minutes walk from the bus station. Clear instructions for check in. The price was extremely cheap for Inverness so I didn’t have high expectation. However - I was impressed. I was warm, comfortable, safe, slept well, decent shower in the morning. There is a kettle and mug provided, I brought my own tea and milk sachets because for the modest price I didn’t expect it to be provided. I reckon the rooms are probably always snapped up - so if you get the chance - take it. It’s worth it.

This place is clean, in a central location and no frills. We thought it was a good value for our family of two parents and two teens. It’s a basic dorm but we knew that when we booked. I wish they had a kettle like everyone else has mentioned but there isn’t really a place to put it. There are so few places that easily sleep four and our room could sleep five. With a five minute walk from the train station and Ness River you can’t really get a better location. We had a small TV in our room and signed into our Netflix account. All good. Also, we easily stored our luggage before our room was ready. Those who have left negative reviews need to consider cost of room vs prime location in Inverness and Highlands in general.

Figure out how to get a kettle somewhere in the room!

Loved the location and privacy

Everything perfect, except couldn't get tv to work, no instructions, I got the guy in the next room to try and help me he had his working but we still couldn't get it to work, my fault I should of informed the staff but I wasn't too bothered about watching tv. My fault again but no hairdryer in the room and it didn't say there was one, so I should of took my own. There was a kettle and I didn't know so I bought my own kettle, Everything else perfect.

The room and the bathroom were Clean, the room was Comfortable, the room was a good temperature. The shower was excellent. The room has a kettle and a TV for watching catch up services. Given the price of other rooms in Inverness this was reasonable value if all you are looking for is a comfortable place to lay your head at night. Communication with the host was fine - the lock box codes all worked.

The key was hard to unlock property. The information as wee bit stress overwhelmed lost in a txt the main info.could be more clear : example address, room, code. And than another information after. Wish the the key would be more easy to unlock.

I like the idea that their was a kettle and a cup in the room which is always useful in a room and great to have during the stay.

The television was connected but sometimes it may of said it wasn't connected to the internet; in order to watch something on a selected app. I might put it, if it was to do with the weather outside.

perfectly located with a central location. Ease of access at all times. I required an early check in which was no issue when asked if this was possible. Certainly served the purpose of my stay on this occasion.

Was a little noisy, as in you could easily hear the people speaking next door but this was not enough to have been an issue.

Very basic and cheap, a simple room with a bed and bathroom. I don't do breakfast and the space is right near the bars in Inverness, just needed to slip into an alley and the key was safely tucked in a lockbox at my door.

I did not realize the heater was using an outlet that had a switch. The first night was a bit chilly but my own fault.
