The appartment is a great location. A few minutes walk from the town centre and near place to walk my dog like the Ness islands. The appartment was clean when we arrived. Any queries I had were quickly cleared up by the staff who were very helpful. The kitchen had utensils needed and we cooked there every night appart from the last night when we ate out.

Although the appartment is described as serviced above the door and on Booking.com it isn't cleaned while you are staying there. This includes no change of towels or emptying of bins. So in effect the servicing is only when you leave the appartment. There wasn't any any equipment for us to clean, no dustpan and brush or extra bin bags left or instruction on where to take waste if the bin became full. If a self catering appartment is not serviced these things are needed in case of fullbins or spillages of food etc. I did feed this back to reception and their response was very positive advising they would put these items into the appartments.

Very clean, well proportioned and with high quality fixtures and fittings. The shower is fab! We booked this accommodation specifically because it is dog friendly. The bed is REALLY comfortable and the bedrooms is huge.

There really isn't anything to dislike. Clean and comfortable......if I'm being picky there are a couple of areas that need paint touching up on the stairs wall where people before us haven't been too careful when taking their cases upstairs, but that is nothing really......certainly not enough to mark the place down.

The flat was lovely. It could do with someone tending to the paintwork but, it was, nevertheless, a really lovely, spacious apartment. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is really very good.

There was really nothing to complain about though when we ate in the dining room on the first two nights of our stay we did notice a change in the attitude of the team on duty on the second night. On the first night the team had been attentive and friendly but the next night we found the staff to be less efficient than their colleagues

The 1 bedroom apartment was lovely inside. Nice location and private.

It was very cold The duvet was very light for winter No cleaning service unless you ask for it Double bed was 2 single mattresses with a dip in the middle so not too comfortable. No cleaning products. This is halfway between a hotel and Airbnb without the home from home necessities. It is basic and maybe slightly expensive for what you get.

Great location, lovely property. Tastefully decorated, clean and modern.

The heating, it was cold on our first night and there was no way of turning the heating on. Rang reception regarding this and they said they’d send a manager round to help. No one came. There was no heat all night. The following day the heating came on. It seemed to be on a timer but it hadn’t come on the previous night. That’s my only criticism. Other than that it was great.

Lovely and well cared for one bedroom apartment. Perfect location and an easy walk into town. The kitchen had everything we needed and the nearby grocery store was great.

outdoors needs to be cleaned up. Trash in the courtyard needed to be picked up.

The space was clean. The apartment was conveniently located. The facility has a car park. It is reasonably priced for the standard of accommodation.

The beds were not especially comfortable and despite asking for the sofa bed to be made up for us this had not been done. The access to the apartment was with a magnetic key card (like a hotel room) but for a door that opened directly on to the street, which didn't feel very secure.

Location brilliant. Any staff we met were very pleasant. Apartment well equipped.

Apartment is a bit dark but not an issue. No mirror in second bedroom. We had a problem with the shower drain blocking and potentially flooding the bathroom. We asked for house keeping to fix it but it took 24hrs for someone to arrive.

The whole set up of having a private little cottage style apartment was incredible. Really really good. We were a 5 minute walk from the town centre for hitting the pubs and the live gig we went to. It felt very private and although a small property - the actual main room was MASSIVE! We had a great time and even shared a few beers with a couple of mates who stayed locally we hadn’t seen in a while. Very very satisfied with our stay and will absolutely book here again.

We were unsure on how to change the temperature of the heating and it was quite cold but that’s a very small complaint in comparison to how good the stay was
