Poor pressure in shower Shower tray took forever to drain! Nearly up over flowing!

Everything was super cosy and clean! Breakfast was amazing too and the girls from housekeeping/serving team were brilliant!

This was our last stop on a Scottish family road-trip. We've went with the family room (queen bed + bunk bed). I need to admit that the room was much bigger than any other family room we've experienced so far. It is very well decorated, freshly renovated and simply comfortable. The entire place feels like out of your Scottish dream. Cherry on a cake are breakfasts that you pre-order via form the night before and your demand is served in the morning. We've been travelling with the car and were afraid of a parking space - we should have not - all good and accessible. The staff is super friendly and positive. Highly recommended!

Nice room in an older home. Breakfast was preordered the night before, and serviced when you got to the breakfast room. Very nice, but nothing spectacular. Bathroom was smallish. Bed was comfortable. Nice touch was cookies (Scotish shortbread) when leaving. But as we continued on to other hotels, it seems that is a custom. We got cookies AND a fudge at the next hotel!

A very well organised, very clean hotel in a central but quiet location. The owners seem to take great pride in providing a welcoming and comfortable stay for their guests. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully served. Bedroom was well kitted out with thought to detail.

Shower cubicle was on the small side but adequate, modern and very clean. Would have preferred a double room with king-size bed, however, at time of booking there was only a family room left, the hotel was fully booked.

Beautiful property, beautifully maintained. decor tastefully done.

The only problem we had with the whole stay was Breakfast time. Pre- booked our breakfast and time not a problem, in the morning couldn’t get in for breakfast at booked time, had to wait half hour approx. we were offered to sit at separate tables but we declined, as we had travelled from 3 different places and hadn’t seen each other for a long time we wanted to sit together.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful!! The decorations were absolutely adorable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were exactly what we needed for our trip at a very affordable cost!! In addition to this, my travel partner and I were in the middle of a study abroad program during our stay, and the reading room was the perfect place for us to get work done without any distractions. I will 100% be coming back next time I visit :)

Everything was wonderful; however I will say that the installation of mini-fridges and microwaves in the rooms would have made them even more accessible.

Excellent accommodations and stay. Very clean, new looking, well maintained and with a really good included breakfast. The personnel was very friendly and stayed on top of all the details. Check-in and check-out are a breeze and super convenient. It is also a 10-minute walk from the center of Inverness where all the stores and restaurants are. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Inverness if it is available. We were a family of 4, and our two children really enjoyed the beautiful bunkbed they slept in with each having their own privacy curtains. We will recommend this place to any friends and family planning to visit Inverness. We stayed at many places during our close to 2 weeks trip to England and Scotland and this was our favorite place.

We just loved this place and would change nothing. We will stay there again the next time we travel to Inverness.

It was a lovely little bed and breakfast, very warm and welcoming and child friendly. Everything was well thought of, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The whole place and bedrooms were decorated with a lot of taste, very appropriate and harmonised with the wider environment and natural themes of Highlands. The location was great, very close to Inverness city center and all the attractions. Loch Ness, Ness Islands, Clava Cairn and all the places we chose to visit were only a short drive away. The reception area was full of leaflets and information of local attractions and things to do. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choices for all tastes and generous portions. We all found something we liked! We liked the little details, for example how even the crockery was Highlands themed. The room was clean and good sized for a family of four, with lovely decoration and well stocked with lots of travel sized shampoo, bath lotions, tea and coffee, biscuits etc, which were replenished every day. We even got shortbreads as a gift on our departure day! The staff were absolutely great, friendly and attentive and always available. We had a problem with the heating of our room (one of the radiator valves was not working and the room was warmer than we wanted on the first night) and once we told the staff, the problem was fixed right away. Overall, a very organised place, with attention to detail and a lovely atmosphere, close to local attractions and very family friendly. I totally recommend it!

The double bed was a little smaller than expected and the mattress was sagging in the middle, making our sleep slightly uncomfortable for two people. It was a shame, as it was overall a nicely soft bed. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

The decor was so adorable! The breakfast was fast and delicious. Coffee was so wonderfully thick you almost needed a knife and fork for it. Exactly what we needed and wanted!

The pillows were VERY flat. I never ever use 2 pillows but def could've last night. I folded it in half and it was still flatter than other hotel pillows. I probably could've asked for more or different ones, but it was late. This is the one and only thing that I would say could be improved.
