Location is great (10 minutes walk to the high Street and 10 minutes walk the other direction to leisure center for swimming etc). 2 minute walk to the canal and Eden theatre. Staff were lovely at reception. Very inviting and we were so warmly welcomed. Rooms a great size (we slept 2). A big bed, bathroom and lots of space in the room. Equipped with a hairdryer, great sized mirror, sofa and kettle/tea/coffee etc.

Doors were quite noisy when getting closed by other guests but understood this can't always be helped (also a notice in drawer making everyone aware to be quiet and mindful of guests etc which is good). On street parking is free from 5pm-10am so had to find alternative til this time.

The location was excellent as it was a close walk to the downtown where there were shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as the waterfront. It is also a close location to Eden Theatre. Parking was free overnight and a small fee in the day time via the meter so it was convenient. A very quiet location with no noise, and dark curtains allowed for restful sleep. Free wifi and TV allowed for netflicks etc. Pleasant front staff.

I thought breakfast was included in the booking so I was surprised to find out it wasn't. I had marked my chart as breakfast included, so it must have been an issue with booking.com communication to the facility. I was put in a handicapped room although I didn't need to be, so the sink was a little low for usage, and it was set up more for a wheelchair access, so the chairs were lower down. I'm not sure how I got a handicapped room assigned to me, other than I asked that I be placed on a main level room if possible so I didn't have to carry luggage up multiple stories.

The hotel is on a nice street in Inverness, about a 10 minute walk from the main area of the city. Parking on the street is free after 6pm, and we found parking pretty easy. The staff were incredibly nice and gave us some great recommendations, including the bakery around the corner that we could not get enough of. It was divine! It was a bit of a maze to find our room, but the room itself served its purpose. It was comfortable, the bathroom was small but functional, and there was a couch to sit on as well

The room was boiling hot - we opened the windows as best we could but it didn’t help much.

The historic buildings are very nicely restored and kept up. We had a Family Suite that must have been a "handicapped" room as we asked for the 1st floor as we were traveling with an older parent. Located in an area near the River Ness and a very short block walk to the tour starting points. It was also near a ton of food/drink options within easy walking distance along/over the river. And, in a very safe area... Breakfast was FABULOUS... fresh cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, beans, plus a variety of other options. Supper friendly staff in the kitchen and front desk.

Specified you could not bring hot food/take out back to the room. Did not see that listed in the Booking site?! The bathroom sink was not only tiny, but mounted VERY low and was troublesome for our older Mom. There was also very little "storage" for bathroom supplies in the bath or the room itself.

Close to the pickup stop at the Cathedral for tour buses. About a ten minute walk to the main shops and places to eat. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Slept well.

The lack of air conditioning meant it was a sweaty night. Had to open the window. No plug for the kettle near the tea tray. Had to boil water on the floor. Decor was a bit dated and some minor maintenance was needed to the foot of the ensuite bathroom door as well as the skirting. The loo roll holder was broken. The shower door was difficult to close. Minor niggles, but still.

The manager could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. He checked us in quickly, took care of our luggage, and showed us to our room. The room was clean, well organized, and had room for storage. The bathroom was bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Parking was cheap and just very short distance away. The manager also provided a map and circled things we may have wanted to see. He provided an excellent recommendation for dinner. The location was excellent- close to shops, restaurants, a bakery, a laundry, and local sites. We enjoyed this hotel and location so much that we stayed an extra day in Inverness.

Nothing- it was the perfect place for us

The location was ideal for the Eden Court Theatre. The staff were very friendly at check-in and stored my lactose-free milk in the fridge over the weekend. There were plenty of gluten-free options available at breakfast, a pleasant surprise.

The shower head wouldn't stay standing up, so it was very hard for me to shower. The only eggs available at breakfast were fried, which I couldn't have because I'm not supposed to eat runny yolks at the moment for health reasons. Eggs are my favourite part of the breakfast, so this was a little disappointing. The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Good location. Short walk into the edge of town. We appreciated being able to leave our bags with the host on our final day as we had a late evening train. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good selection of products. The bathroom and room itself were spacious.

Our room was fine although if I had to offer a point for improvement it would be good to have an extra few plug sockets, especially when three people are sharing.

Just managed to stay one night of intended prebooked four nights - deliberately didn't use early cancellation refund button as I thought I'd definitely be through at this address, but how wrong can one be? Thought I'd save the extra £4 for organizing this and then two days before Arrival, found that I was unable to be there as expected. Obv not accommodations fault!

We recently stayed at Ardross Glencairn to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. Due to a last-minute cancellation, we were graciously upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost.
