Poor pressure in shower Shower tray took forever to drain! Nearly up over flowing!

This Property is amazing from the second you arrive, beautiful well thought out decor with a lovely homely feeling. Easy self check-in The pre order process for breakfast was super easy and explained everything well ( even though I missed it as I was running late so apologies for that!) Very very clean and all the facilities you will need. Would highly recommend staying. Unbelievably comfortable beds. The staff are very accommodating and will go out their way to do as much for you as they can. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to my stay.

There wasn’t a towel 😶 but not the biggest of issues as had my own.

Location was great for town and Inverness Squash Club. The room was very clean (I was sharing with my two sons), the beds were extremely comfortable, it was very quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast selection. Convenient location for getting to Loch Ness too. It was by far the most reasonably priced hotel we considered and we were so glad we opted for Aye Stay.

The decor is a bit outdated and tired, but I think this is counteracted by comfort and the helpful staff. We felt very at home, slept very well and it was a very convenient location.

This was our last stop on a Scottish family road-trip. We've went with the family room (queen bed + bunk bed). I need to admit that the room was much bigger than any other family room we've experienced so far. It is very well decorated, freshly renovated and simply comfortable. The entire place feels like out of your Scottish dream. Cherry on a cake are breakfasts that you pre-order via form the night before and your demand is served in the morning. We've been travelling with the car and were afraid of a parking space - we should have not - all good and accessible. The staff is super friendly and positive. Highly recommended!

Everything was super cosy and clean! Breakfast was amazing too and the girls from housekeeping/serving team were brilliant!

Nice room in an older home. Breakfast was preordered the night before, and serviced when you got to the breakfast room. Very nice, but nothing spectacular. Bathroom was smallish. Bed was comfortable. Nice touch was cookies (Scotish shortbread) when leaving. But as we continued on to other hotels, it seems that is a custom. We got cookies AND a fudge at the next hotel!

The room, bathroom and the decor gave amazing experience! Clean and cozy vibes. We didn’t have the breakfast but the restaurant looked amazing and we overheard that the breakfast was great!

The only thing I would comment on was that sleeping in the downstairs room you could hear the people walking upstairs at the very hours! Squeaky floorboards. Maybe a pair of earplugs beside the beds would help to mute the noise. We will defo stay next time but we will ask for upstairs rooms.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful!! The decorations were absolutely adorable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were exactly what we needed for our trip at a very affordable cost!! In addition to this, my travel partner and I were in the middle of a study abroad program during our stay, and the reading room was the perfect place for us to get work done without any distractions. I will 100% be coming back next time I visit :)

Everything was wonderful; however I will say that the installation of mini-fridges and microwaves in the rooms would have made them even more accessible.

Excellent accommodations and stay. Very clean, new looking, well maintained and with a really good included breakfast. The personnel was very friendly and stayed on top of all the details. Check-in and check-out are a breeze and super convenient. It is also a 10-minute walk from the center of Inverness where all the stores and restaurants are. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Inverness if it is available. We were a family of 4, and our two children really enjoyed the beautiful bunkbed they slept in with each having their own privacy curtains. We will recommend this place to any friends and family planning to visit Inverness. We stayed at many places during our close to 2 weeks trip to England and Scotland and this was our favorite place.

We just loved this place and would change nothing. We will stay there again the next time we travel to Inverness.

The decor was so adorable! The breakfast was fast and delicious. Coffee was so wonderfully thick you almost needed a knife and fork for it. Exactly what we needed and wanted!

The pillows were VERY flat. I never ever use 2 pillows but def could've last night. I folded it in half and it was still flatter than other hotel pillows. I probably could've asked for more or different ones, but it was late. This is the one and only thing that I would say could be improved.
