Loved the free parking, soundproofed rooms, the views as the hotel sits on the upper floors of the tall building, how conveniently located it is within a shopping centre but also close to Glasgow and other attractions like museum of rural life, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, very good value for money and comfy beds, good air con and heating systems.

There are no bathtubs just showers. But the shower was great and had good pressure so for 2 nights it was fine. Some of the TV channels did not work e.g CBeebies which my daughter would have liked. We had to ask them to clean our room as they hadn’t done so. Breakfast was pretty average with not a huge range and not so healthy, and the coffee machine wasn’t the best.

The lady on reception when I arrived and the cleaner, were absolutely perfect. Kind and attentive. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and the food was plentiful and outstanding.

We couldn't initially find a way into the hotel. I was being dropped off by a friend, so I just wanted to go into the hotel entrance. I didn't understand when I booked, that the hotel was up on the high floors of a building above a shopping centre and offices I think. Anyway, I had a very, very long walk, carrying a lot of items from my vehicle which had gone in for repair. Not being good on my feet, this was why I had phoned to check that my room was going to be near the entrance. None of the logistics of the building were explained to me. I was initially very upset when I arrived, but the receptionist was so lovely, that I soon composed myself.

The king size room was lovely. It was very clean. The bed was comfy. The curtains blacked out all light resulting in an amazing sleep. The view from the hotel is amazing at sunrise. The rooms has irons and ironing boards. A kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There were two small towels and two large. The showers even had some shower gel/ shampoo that smelt heavenly. Dinner was served late, and was actually really nice. Huge portions! Breakfast was good. It isn’t a huge selection but it’s big enough you are likely to find something you like. Car park is free, just make sure you give reception your registration on arrival. The hotel is easily accessed from the car park. It has stairs and wheelchair access. I will be staying again!

The only downfall for me personally was trying to find the way into the car park after a long 9 hour journey in the car. Make sure if you stay here, you follow the postcode given to you in the booking information, and not google. If you follow google it will take you to the wrong side of the building and you will have a mare trying to work out how to get in. However, that was my fault and no fault of the hotel.

Clean& spacious modern room.

Awkward location for parking. Arrived around 8pm, followed guidance on email previously sent from the hotel, however on arrival I struggled to find car park for hotel. There were sign Private Car park on one side, on other side Shopping centre car park. Which was meant to be Hotel Car park No idea. Next quiz was to find entrance. Standing on the main road could see building " Hotel" however no signs for entrance. I noticed a way for delivery trucks, clearly not meant for walking, found a back door for the building. Not sure why there is luck of signs around hotel. I followed Google maps since never been in the area. Not a pleasant experience.

Excellent hotel, better than I expected for the price and better than most travelodges and premier inns that I usually use. Friendly helpful staff

You need to ask (put the door card out) if you want the room serviced, as I was there for 6 nights I did this but only the towels were changed not the bed linen. I would have preferred the sheets etc to be changed at the same time. Not the hotels fault but....the location seemed perfect for my stay and being part of a large retail complex I expected to find plenty of places to eat etc but alas the NK shopping mall is very run down and mostly empty.

I liked this hotel because it is located within a shopping centre where everything is there at your convenience. The shopping centre has everything you need for a great weekend away. The hotel room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would require, the staff were welcoming and friendly they gave us all the information we needed or asked about with a smile and were very polite and professional. We would stay here again and would be pleased to tell family and friends to stay there if they are ever in that area.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel.

Great location for the shopping mall and very convenient for family we were visiting. Good parking and excellent directions given in the emails following the booking confirmation. Comfortable bed. We didn't eat at the hotel but enjoyed drinks at the bar.

Our room was on the chilly side and we couldn't change the setting for it despite following the instructions. We checked in quite late in the evening and didn't really want to start getting staff in to sort it, but I'm sure they would have if we had asked so we can't really complain. Once we were in bed we were fine.

The rooms were very comfortable and very spacious. Bathroom was bright and fresh. When we arrived we were welcomed by the lady at the reception and was most helpful as we had an issue with our entry card on the Saturday morning after we had been for breakfast in the shopping centre. But easily sorted. I have never known a hotel having the reception on the 12th Floor and the rooms being below. We would stay here again as it was only 5 minutes in a Taxi to the hotel and 10 minutes in a cab to our friends who we were visiting for the weekend. Great hotel.

Coming home was a drag as we got our train from Glasgow and it was terminated at Preston. That was a chore getting back to Dunstable.

Quite nice hotel. Full English breakfast was very nice. I arrived after long busy day and good thing was the bar next to the reception was open until midnight. Room nice and quiet, comfy bed, clean.

Find their parking was impossible. Just because they're connected with a shopping centre and was so many parking sections there. However after my second attempt to find their parking a man talking through the telecom told me to park righ on privat parking.

Had a pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and I arrived a little ahead of check in and could go to my room. It was difficult to locate the entrance. Even reading and rereading the advice which was shared with me ahead of my arrival. I was on foot and ended up coming in via the delivery entrance. Seems like the best entrance was from inside the shopping centre itself. But other than that, no issues with the room and ordered the breakfast which was good as well (even as a vegetarian)
