We loved our stay here! We thought the accommodation was beautiful and there was a lot of attention to detail. Our hosts were fabulous during our stay, very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay special. Massive thank you for the bottle of wine left in our room as a birthday treat. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the options were plentiful! Great location to walk into Grassington and the nearby pubs, cafes and shops and beautiful views from the b&b. Would definitely come back and we can’t wait to return! Paul and Charlotte

We loved the B+B, the friendly hosts, Lynette and Dave and the cosy, quirky decor. It was spotlessy clean and filled with thoughtful extras ie loads of books, cushions and blankets for sitting outside, homemade cake, fridge with fresh milk and beer/wine. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and all local, quality ingredients. Great location on the doorstep of Grassington village and the river Wharfe. Lynette and Dave were full of tips of where to go and what to do in the area. A fabulous weekend away.

Everything ! Sad to be going hosts were so friendly made us feel at home Alice there beautiful daughter made the best flapjacks! As was so polite serving us at breakfast , the breakfast was the nicest breakfast so much choice ! , as for the property I fell in love with it every little detail spotless clean we came for our anniversary as the hosts had decorated are room which was so thoughtful the room was perfect super comfortable bed spotless bathroom fresh milk each morning pure bliss ! We are going to be booking again perfect location lovely Restraunt’s & pubs the hosts gave us information on where is good to eat ! And they was not wrong , we also had a short drive to Skipton castle highly recommend! Thank you again !

Having to leave fantastic b&b !

Beautiful, cosy B&B, furnished with style and thought (think handsome wooden ledge below the telly for keys and bits and bobs, a very good shower that is easy to use, no scrimping on essentials - the curtain is a lovely fabric, the carpet deep and lush, the breakfast options wider than elsewhere, the coffee really good, the handwritten messages on boards both friendly and practical). The owners are very welcoming. There is a landing with bookshelves stocked with genuinely useful guidebooks. The walk along the river to Burnsall combined perfectly with our drives further afield, and Grassington centre was just a few minutes away for an evening drink. Such a beautiful part of the world.

Lynette and Dave are by far the best hosts we have ever come across. From the moment we arrived we felt so at home, in fact like we were staying with friends. The house itself is beautiful, are room was lovely, the parking a bonus and the home made cake was a real treat. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and the fried bread was a show stopper for my husband! Thank you for your kindness, your wonderful hospitality and for making our daughters birthday one she will never forget.

Everything was perfect ! There was nothing to dislike, even the weather was wonderful !

On Arrival, excellent spacious parking on the side of the property, lovely homely feeling as you entered the building. Our room was on the front of the property with plenty of light and well big enough for our stay. Greeted with small goodies, plenty of information booklets to look through for the area, with a selection of tea and coffee with home cooked Vanilla cake for the guests to enjoy. Lynette and David welcomed us with a great selection for breakfast and a well delicious home cooked foods. This property is in a great location with only a 10min walk to the centre of Grassington. Will definitely be staying again on our next visit to the area.

Lynette was very welcoming and friendly, and brought us a pot of tea while we were settling in. Our room was not en-suite (which I knew ahead of time), but the bathroom (private to the room) was just across the landing so it wasn't any great problem. The breakfast was exceptional. I had avocado & scrambled egg (which I've since adopted as a regular lunch dish) and my partner had porridge with lots of seeds & berries. B&Bs aren't usually our first choice as we're both very quiet and withdrawn, but the balance of welcome to privacy was just right. We would definitely stay again.

We really struggled to find the place on foot from the Grassington side. The google maps/booking.com map was more than a little vague.

Perfect location, just on the outskirts of the village but close to the river walk, the room was small but perfect with all of the lovely extra touches, there was a lovely seating area just outside our room, with board games, books, and cake 🍰, we lost our bag on arrival, turned out we’d dropped it on our way in and a neighbour had picked it up, the owners couldn’t do enough to help us. Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and all locally sourced, would definately stay again

Felt like staying at family’s house. Comfortable and clean. Lynnette made homemade mince pies and welcomed us with a hot pot of tea. Breakfast was made to order, delicious and kept us going for our busy days. Downtown Grassington was a 10 minute walk away. Enjoyed visiting with other couples that were also staying at the BnB. Great place to stay and I’d definitely stay with David and Lynnette again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful house, great hosts, couldn’t have been more welcoming. Had everything you needed and more! Delicious and great choices for breakfast, warm and clean bedroom. They’ve thought of everything here, home made cakes and hot drinks on arrival and throughout the stay. Baskets of little extras in case you forgot anything. Lovely location by the river and Less than 10 mins walk into the heart of Grassington. If you’re looking for that but more than a b&b I highly recommend, so many extra touches I’ve never seen before and I’ve stayed in many b&bs. Loved it.

Only stayed 2 nights, could’ve done longer! Not a single negative comment.
