Fabulous location,beach front as it says but definitely on the right location.Town centre just round the corner.Very helpful staff specially the people at the reception....very jolly and accommodating,sorted us out with a parking permit and where to park. For a 3☆ hotel very clean,no issues catching the lift even on a busy bank holiday weekend.Room were a decent size lucky to have one with a bathtub at one of the busiest vacation period. Hotel is big,some places to sit and chill around in the hotel.

Breakfast - difficult to find a table at first,can't just sit anywhere! not a huge choice but decent enough(we're not big eaters so was okay)served well considering busy bank holiday weekend.

We booked last minute as was so happy that we did. With a sea view in our room, its a shame we did not stay longer. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in early and helping with a parking permit. Breakfast was lovely, as were the prices of the drinks in the bar. As an added bonus both my girlfriend and I won at bingo!!!

Seaview room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

The hairdryers didn’t work, they even took me to another room and that one didn’t work either and the door lock we had to present the card three times before it unlocked. I think the man calling the bingo got on everybody’s nerves.

Quite a good choice for breakfast, good view over the Promenade, excellent position as it is very central - and the staff - especially on Reception, were polite and very helpful - really nice people!

Breakfast service was slow and the toast was always burnt, the bedrooms are tired - otherwise pretty much ok

Good location, good sea view even though we stayed in a room at the side of hotel. Staff excellent and helpful, plenty of parking available at £5 a day arranged through the hotel.

The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The the plates and the cutlery wasnt Clean. It would be nice if the old cutlery was replaced with new cutlery. Other wise everything thing else was nice .

+ Great location right on the high street to the beach + Staff were always available + Could check in any time (good for us as we arrived at 2am due to severe train delays) + Our room (201) wasn't advertised as seaview although we could see the beach and sea + Good sized mugs for tea/coffee + Decent WiFi + Changed uncomfortable matress for us

- Supplied toiletries is just a very small bar of soap - no shower gel or shampoo - Bathroom is a little small, but good enough - Didn't appreciate being awoken at 7:45am by the night porter who wanted to check what date we were checking out (don't they know this?!) - On the last day the cleaner turned up at 10am asking when we were leaving. Check out is 11am. - There can be some noise from the high street although it didn't bother us - One of the windows was slightly broken meaning it didn't open, nor could be close it completely

Didn’t have breakfast. The location was central to all amenities, the booking in process was very quick and efficient, the staff were helpful, professional and friendly and made for a pleasant experience, in which case I may return.

The evening meal was bland and small portions.

Excellent location (opposite the pier). Good all round wi-fi. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Everything was perfect. Room overlooking the beach as requested. Made use of the nice lounge with pool table. Staff amazing and friendly. A special thankyou to Alvaro who really looked after us.
