The Prom Hotel was the the perfect location for a seaside holiday. The hotel was easy to find and they advised me on the best places to park as they do not have a car park. The staff on reception were very friendly and a special shout out to the restaurant staff who were handling breakfast, I've never seen such an efficient staff at keeping the breakfast well stocked! We had a twin room which was lovely, the bathroom is very modern and whilst the rest of the hotel needs updating, it's all very clean and well kept.

My only slight gripe was the aircon. It was very efficient and responsive at keeping the room cool BUT the panel on the wall is super bright and lit up the whole room at night! I ended up putting a piece of card over it just to try and dull the light. It's only a minor gripe would be a great feature as a night light for kids but I found is very distracting when I was trying to sleep.

The room was beautiful. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront and a short walk from everything. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and had tips for the area when asked. We were upgraded to the suite from our deluxe room after the manager noted it was our birthdays. Overall, a lovely stay in a lovely hotel.

Location ,friendly staff,we had a room 106 and was amazing .Big room with balcony ,very clean bathrooms with bath hydro massage and tv in the bathroom,bathrobes,very big and comfortable bed .Simple clean rooms .Breakfast tasty and nice dining room .

Only what I can say negative that we pay for sea view,but we can see only little be of sea .The hotel is to short only two floors to have proper view on the sea .But the balcony was great too .This is only what I can say negative.

The TV in the bathroom with the spa bath was a nice little touch. Although I can't say I think it warranted the price. Whilst the location was perfect, I just don't think it was good value for money. The bed was comfortable but the robes offered were dingy and looked very worn so we did not use them at all.

It was expensive for what it was. The rooms were outdated. Told breakfast was 8.30 to 10.30 and we went down at 9.45am and they had already cleared stuff away. We kept having to ask staff for things which would ordinarily be out. They put the toast away before we had even been served our breakfast.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness and has very comfortable rooms. Huge family room with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, aircon, large tv, fridge, iron, ironing board, large table and chairs and dressing table. Two large windows with great see views. Blackout curtains enabled a lay in. Huge bathroom which was spotless and had a bath and shower. Pristine white, soft bath sheets. Fantastic breakfasts with lots of choice and excellent quality. Delicious evening meals in the bistro. This hotel made our family break away really special, thanks to all the staff.

No staff on arrival to help had to go and find someone to help , no parking as we had previously and had to park along way away with all of our luggage , duvet was different and very heavy which wasn't comfortable

Fabulous staff very welcoming. The spa bath with tv was a great bonus plus having a shower too was great. Spotless room and the prom pub food was good value. My husband is disabled prefect for his needs even managed a bath rather than a shower . Had a fantastic two night stay . Sea view room . Breakfast was delicious. Lesley & Megan were great and worked very hard.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, along with being friendly. Definitely enjoyed the bar on the first night. Liked the TV in the bath room Would happily stay again, and will be looking to book again in the summer time

The bath plug didn't work well and kept draining. The shower had flaking paint above. The veggie sussages in the breakfast could be changed, as not the niceest around. ( could be personal preference) But these are minor problems

Clean and modern looking, great bar and outside stopped the open topped bus which we had a 90 minute ride. We could have gotten off and gotten back on again and spent all day. Beer prices were better than competitive, not sure if it was happy hour and Adams was a perfect temperature, not cold. Reception were friendly and the morning breakfast staff were welcoming and enjoyed their work.

Amazing customer service! Girls on checking in desks were so helpful , polite and just welcoming. The bar and restaurant staff were also amazing. So happy and friendly. The rooms were brilliant, clean, big, everything we needed. Great views, bathrooms amazing and beds so comfortable
