Super,clean,modern apartment in excellent location overlooking the sea.Easy to use air conditioning/ heating system.Loved hot tap..no need for a kettle Comfortable bed Great bathroom.Good parking on property.It was nice to be contacted by owners (email) checking to make sure everything was OK.

Blackout blinds let in the light at dawn and the heavy doors opening and closing woke us up.However we felt that this things were just a minor inconvenience and we're far outweighed by all the good points.Will definitely recommend these apartments to.our friends.

The apartment was very comfy. The fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. Great having a Quooker style tap for instant boiling water. Loved the cooker, grill and microwave all in one. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet and pillows lovely. The Aircon was great and very welcoming with the weather being so warm, one of the reasons we booked. Love the large tv. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The entry was a bit tricky at times. We couldn’t open the main door on occasions which was a bit frustrating. We literally had to wait for a person staying in one of the apartments to pop out, we didn’t wait for long but not ideal. We did mention this to the owners while they were on site cleaning and gardening. The parking was difficult at times as some people were a bit selfish with how they parked. We managed but only just so not ideal.

LOCATION WAS RIGHT OUTSIDE BEACH WITH A SEA VIEW. PROPERTY EXACTLY AS LISTED. MODERN ,CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. JUST RIGHT FOR THREE OR FOUR DAY BREAK. CONSIDERING ON A MAIN ROAD WE SLEPT VERY WELL. ON-SITE PARKING WAS AN ADDED BONUS. CLEAN BEDDING ,FLUFFY TOWELS,EVERYTHING WELL EQUIPPED.

SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH MAIN DOOR GETTING IN ,DUE TO FACT I THINK HANDLE A BIT LOOSE ON OTHER SIDE. DID RING TELEPHONE NUMBER AT ONE STAGE BUT NO-ONE AVAILABLE. THESE NEXT TWO ARE NOT NEGATIVES JUST HELPFUL HINTS. JUST REMEMBER NO KETTLE AS WATER COMES FROM A MODERN HOT WATER TAP,PLUS MICOWAVE IS BUILT INTO OVEN TOO.

Great location, modern looking and the air con was ideal considering how hot it was this weekend.

The window in the bedroom was locked which wasn’t ideal especially if there had been an emergency and we needed to get out, on one night when windy there was a buzzing noise where the wind was some how getting in which disrupted that nights sleep which wasn’t ideal also the 2 chairs in front of the tv weren’t comfortable to sit in for more than 30 mins at a time maybe a 2 seat sofa would be better and finally the car parking can be a bit tricky to get in and out of the more cars/vans that are in attendance.

The Rampart was a nice apartment, there were a couple of thing which let it down for me, but everyone’s opinion is different. I found the lack of space to hang clothes was one, luckily we were only there for one night, would have been different if we were there longer with shirts dresses etc which need hanging space, secondly the door code boxes are a bit tricky to use, rather small, maybe they get easier the more you get used them. I think the maintenance people need to pay a visit and check things. I did find it strange that the milk was left out on the worktop on a hot day, even though there’s a fridge. But overall a nice apartment

The suite had wonderful decor to make you feel at home and comfortable, and had all the essentials that you need included which saved us having to bring more things of our own. Lots of furniture was included within the suite which was nice and conformable. It was nice having a TV in the living area and the bedroom so you can relax in either room (particularly after a long day of walking around Yarmouth). The suite was nice and quiet and couldn't really hear any of the other quests in the building. Plus parking was such a bonus which definitely helped us deciding where to book to stay! Finally, it was so lovely having air conditioning which was also a bonus. We will definitely be staying here again when we next come to Yarmouth!

The location was excellent, I had trouble getting my code to work on the door lock but the staff were super helpful, called me straight back and talked me thru the lock operation (which was user error). Son all in all great, I needed assistance and when I called it was there and resolved. The suite we stayed in was very comfortable and clean and worked well for us.

The toilet and shower in our suite was very small, adequate, clean and tidy, but small. The toilet in our suite had a step down into it.

Great location, great little apart-hotel with good facilities. Onsite parking was a bonus and it's in a great location. The TV with streaming was a nice. Rooms were very clean and lovely, we will come back again.

Mattress could have been a bit better quality. Physical instructions for the oven would have been nice as we didn't realise it had a microwave for a couple of days. Wifi slows down massively of an evening

Decorated to a high degree, very beautiful and relaxing suite we stayed in, we had been travelling for 16hrs so to come a nice relaxing place was well needed, super easy check in + check out, easy access and close to Local amenities, tea,coffee, milk and sugar provided for us which was so lovely epically after travelling for hours, and having a Netflix to watch was nice too. We will definitely be coming back to say when we visit the east again.

We loved everything

The property was lovely, small and compact perfect for a couple on a weekend away. It’s close to the amenities. Well set out with fridge, hob and oven. And everything you would need if you were going to cook for yourselves

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, properly needs a new mattress, there was no kettle and the tap that should have had boiling water come out of it for making tea. Wasn’t working
