The Rampart was a nice apartment, there were a couple of thing which let it down for me, but everyone’s opinion is different. I found the lack of space to hang clothes was one, luckily we were only there for one night, would have been different if we were there longer with shirts dresses etc which need hanging space, secondly the door code boxes are a bit tricky to use, rather small, maybe they get easier the more you get used them. I think the maintenance people need to pay a visit and check things. I did find it strange that the milk was left out on the worktop on a hot day, even though there’s a fridge. But overall a nice apartment

The suite had wonderful decor to make you feel at home and comfortable, and had all the essentials that you need included which saved us having to bring more things of our own. Lots of furniture was included within the suite which was nice and conformable. It was nice having a TV in the living area and the bedroom so you can relax in either room (particularly after a long day of walking around Yarmouth). The suite was nice and quiet and couldn't really hear any of the other quests in the building. Plus parking was such a bonus which definitely helped us deciding where to book to stay! Finally, it was so lovely having air conditioning which was also a bonus. We will definitely be staying here again when we next come to Yarmouth!

Decorated to a high degree, very beautiful and relaxing suite we stayed in, we had been travelling for 16hrs so to come a nice relaxing place was well needed, super easy check in + check out, easy access and close to Local amenities, tea,coffee, milk and sugar provided for us which was so lovely epically after travelling for hours, and having a Netflix to watch was nice too. We will definitely be coming back to say when we visit the east again.

The property was lovely, small and compact perfect for a couple on a weekend away. It’s close to the amenities. Well set out with fridge, hob and oven. And everything you would need if you were going to cook for yourselves

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, properly needs a new mattress, there was no kettle and the tap that should have had boiling water come out of it for making tea. Wasn’t working

Super clean, had everything you needed, comfortable, good location with both supermarkets and town centre only 10 min walk away. Nicely decorated, air con/heating was perfect. Really nice touch was the guest guide information about local restaurants etc. Easy to access with door codes and had parking available. Excellent all around.

If being really picky, would say the Ocean view room, if you looked out the side facing window, was visible but not facing the sea.

Beautiful high standard of finish. Luxury facilities such as boiling water tap, air conditioning was amazing. Location was amazing, right on the sea front with lovely views but far enough from the hustle and bustle to not be noisy. Staff were super helpful and attentive. several check in emails to ensure everything was OK. They even managed to swap our room for a ground floor room on the first night after an unfortunate ankle injury. Nothing was too much trouble. We did have the pleasure of meeting Steve the owner on the Saturday morning due to an issue in one of the other apartments. He was kind and courteous and could not apologise enough for any issues we may have had with their other more troublesome guests although we weren't disturbed in the slightest. Overall a lovely weekend break. Would highly recommend!

Love the contact less check in and the code door locks however I did find these noisy and could hear others in the property entering their rooms.

Very modern, well laid out, plenty of room and cleaned to the highest standard. Great location overlooking Great Yarmouth beach and an easy walk into town.

I liked everything about the property, if a tiny little point it might be worth completing two short videos one on the boiling water tap use, and one on the integrated Microwave use. I am an ex Master Chef so had no problem working it out, but I suspect there are those that might struggle.

Amazing property, felt brand new, clean and the hosts where amazing! So much space and loved being able to park directly outside the accommodation. It’s so close to everything you need in Yarmouth and extremely peaceful the neighbours where lovely as well which being from London threw us off when they first greeted us. Will 100% be going back here again as soon as possible!

I found the boiling water button for kettle a bit temperamental it wouldn’t stay warm for long and would have preferred a kettle. I’m old school though and not used to tech.

Good location for beach and town centre. Comfortable bed. Information available to use the modern equipment. Hosts very responsive to any issues and contacted to enquire all well.

Booked deluxe suite which booking.com stated had a dishwasher, it did not. Could do with a coffee table for sitting with a drink and a table lamp in dining/kitchen area, as lighting very bright. No wardrobe, only very limited hanging space, more suitable for coats. Needs more kitchen preparation items eg jugs/bowls for self catering.

Stayed for 6 nights, receives check in information a day before we arrived this ensured a smooth and easy check in (especially after a day full of travelling). Our room was facing the sea, so our room had a beautiful view. The property was very clean and had wonderful amenities, including excellent WiFi, and a kitchen with kitchenware included. Had some trouble with hot water- but this was sorted immediately after contacting the staff. We will definitely be staying here again if we do come down to Great Yarmouth.
