Lovely hotel and the staff so helpful and couldn't have done more for us. Breakfast was really plentiful and tasty. Excellent location with car parking on site. A very nice room on ground floor (motel style). Comfy beds and everything you needed in the room which was replenished daily along with asking if we wanted the room cleaning each day too. Would definitely recommend to all and would stay there again if we are in the area.

Hot water was scalding hot in the shower and couldn't turn it down, dial really hard to move. Could hear snoring from the next room and every footstep. Didn't stop us sleeping though. Being out and about so much we slept well.

The Staff were excellent, The food was superb, breakfast 2nd to none, if anyone found fault with how it was brought to the table and presented would be extremely picky. Malcolm, James you should be proud of yourselves plus your staff are a credit too. We had diner on Thursday evening which was fantastic and well priced for two courses. James the chef came to talk with guests to make sure everything was satisfactory, a great touch. Diner finished off with a nice Brandy in the hotel bar. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely would go again. Very quaint and homely for us. Can’t praise them enough. Plenty of car parking spaces, once parked up we didn’t use the car all week. The hotel is only a short walk into town, buses stop near by if needed.

A very nice welcome as soon as you stepped into the hotel. Angela, Malcolm and James were so attentive, friendly and full of energy nothing was too much trouble. The room was exceptional for our first stay here I was overwhelmed we had booked a room with a sea view but to have a balcony with garden furniture and a table was superb. To wake up with the patio doors open with the sun on the sea was wonderful. We had an evening meal in their Restraurant, we had two courses at a very reasonably price and again not disappointed at all. Good value for money. The bar was welcoming and the garden was lovely, colourful , comfortable and plenty of seating to enjoy your drink. We were so impressed we have booked again already. Nothing to be honest

It offered an evening meal and also had a bar. Location was not too far or too close to where everything was going on. Room was comfortable and clean with a good view of the sea. Breakfast was made well with plenty of offerings. Staff are very friendly.

Just a personal preference, I would’ve preferred the order of food that was brought to the table to have had my sweet items after my cooked breakfast. Television in odd position in the room, but I guess they were limited us to where they could put it. We had a Seaview room and the view was great. They even provided binoculars to use however you could not see this from the bed you had to be standing up to see the view

Very friendly staff from moment we stepped through the door, . Lovely outdoor space which was a sun trap and fully stocked bar. I was a big fan of the decor with every little space having it's own theme, it made the hotel feel very warm and homely and you can tell its the owners pride and joy. Breakfast was also exceptional with table service, we opted for the full English and all produce was very good quality, and it was lovely touch with all the vintage crockery. Lovely big mugs in room which makes a nice change.

Only thing that kept us awake through the night was our metal framed bed which was so squeeky from the slightest movement , but this is a simple fix of tightening some screws.

The staff are absolutely fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Amanda couldn’t be more helpful when I was stuck in loads of traffic. I asked if I could have a bath despite not in the room category I paid for and this was sorted. The breakfast was amazing and I’ve never been somewhere where they were so attentive. The room had everything you could need and lovely selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. I used the free WiFi with no issues.

The walls seems to be quite thin and I could clearly hear the conversation and TV in the room next door which went on for a number of hours. The extractor fan in their bathroom also provided a very loud noise in my room everytime it was used. The TV in the room could do with an upgrade as very small.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Superb evening meal and lavish breakfast. The staff even prepared a sausage sandwich for collection by me after breakfast as I was unable to attend a breakfast due to taking part in running event. Well stocked bar with a variety of drinks. Our accommodation was in a chalet room at the back of the hotel. Very quiet and extremely comfortable. Lots of interesting antiques/knick-knacks/objets d'art in the dining and bar areas, obviously collected with care. Would recommend.

No complaints whatsoever. A lovely, unique and comfortable B&B.

We chose one of the ground floor rooms with a patio and independent access from the rear car park. The sun falls on the patio area of these 6 rooms from 10:30am to around 5:00pm in early May so we were able to make use of the patio table and 2 chairs with removable seat cushions. Another nice feature of these rooms for us is the fridge, as we like fresh milk for our hot drinks. Everyone working there was very friendly and eager to help in any way. Breakfast time slots were available so that guests get a more personalised service. There was a huge range of choices all served at the table, and typical Norfolk sized large portions.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, from the moment you walk in through the door we were met with a smiling face. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We only had breakfast but the food was spectacular, there was fresh fruit and freshly made scones before you had your breakfast! The scrambled eggs were beautiful. Our room had a sea view, it was very clean and comfortable. The cleaner was lovely, knocking on the door every morning to ask if we needed anything. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in I've got to say this is one of the best ones, with the most nicest staff We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our break away a happy one.

The only reason I've given 9 stars instead of 10 was because the room was a little small, and the bed was only a double, we struggled with the smalker bed. the room couldn't have fit a king size in, but with the room being slightly smaller I banged my legs a lot walking round the bed and was covered in bruises!

Parking is great. Hotel in a nice area about half a mile from main strip which is perfect as it means it’s nice and quiet Room was spacious, clean and the end was the most comfortable I’ve been in in a hotel for a long time. We didn’t eat here but did have drinks and it was nice to chill outside on a summer evening where it was peaceful. Would definitely return Beach is just over the road and is also peaceful but lots of pebbles so take beach shoes if you plan to go in the sea.
