This is the second time I have stayed at Croft Mill. I really appreciate the care to detail and great sense of hospitality that is given in this wonderful apartment. This includes a generous breakfast hamper , and very good quality teas and coffee which lasted most of my stay. The bedding is crisp, clean and very comfortable - the place is peaceful, there are good blackout blinds - and I slept like a log every night. I love the fact that lounge chairs and cushions are provided so that you can relax on the terrace outside the partment, and look at the great view . The parking was easy and safe, and the access to the aprtment ( via lift ) was easy. The apartments manager was on site, and as friendly and helpful as could be.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast hamper on arrival was fantastic! Very close to the centre of town. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of soft towels. Nice and clean (moths aside), and really liked the eco-friendly products in bathroom and kitchen.

Straw moths were everywhere! I know from personal experience how hard it is to get rid of them... But they got into my luggage, and there were 4 dead bodies in the shower. Not nice. Arrival was a bit of a faff: Other guests had parked in my given space. Getting through to collect/deposit keys took time to suss out, as did unlocking the front door. (The top lock opens anti-clockwise, and the lock below needs opening first). The Glade plug-in. Just a personal preference!

We had a wonderful week. We were right in town for the shops and market. Tina the property supervisor was extremely friendly, helpful and fast replying to any requests or queries. The property was well equipped and the welcome basket such a nice touch.. The views are lovely and private parking was essential.

The location is a bit noisy in the centre of town and in the heat it would have been good to have a fan. The one in the bathroom took ages for the sensor to switch off but we found the power switch...

As a previous Hebden local I know how difficult parking can be in town so will only book accommodation with guaranteed parking. This is a great location and we’ve stayed multiple times and will undoubtedly be back. Always clean and comfortable, well equipped apartments and breakfast basket and milk etc in fridge when you arrive is a nice touch. Our heating failed this time but was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you. See you again soon!

It is a bit corporate in decor, each apartment is the same and not much character although there are some glorious local scene photo pictures on the walls which help. I’d like it to be more quirky, a bit more Hebden and softer style furnishings but understand why they stick to the leather sofas etc, much easier to clean and maintain. This is a great place to stay in my lovely old home town.

Wow, it was a home from home. We both said we could live there permanently. The owners had thought about everything. It was spotless clean. The breakfast pack had everything you could wish for. Milk provided and left in the big fridge freezer. Simple to use instructions. Lots of clean towels. Even their own wooden boxed games. The view from the balcony/ walk way was beautiful. And it is so peaceful. It is within walking distance to all your local shops, restaurants and pubs. A brilliant place to completely relax. The beds were warm and comfortable. There was nothing more we could ask for. The staff were amazing. And the locals really friendly.

Beware of the stairs outside, especially of it has rains. They are open steps so you can see right through . Not good for those of us who aren’t great with heights. They can be a little slippy when wet. Plus going down them it can be hard to see the edge so they could do with a strip on the edges. I am not sure if there is a lift, we couldn’t work it out, so the apartments aren’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues. But everything else was perfect.

The apartment was very central to everything, it was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast hamper was very nice. In my 43 years I've never seen coffee in bags (used like t.bags), I was delighted with them. There were also plenty of t.bags, coffee and milk.The milk, eggs and butter came from a local farm which was a nice touch and very cheap to order more. The soap, washing liquid etc was all eco friendly which is a nice touch. The facilities were great, had a washing machine, clothes horse, iron, hairdryer and plenty of kitchen equipment. The beds were Very comfortable. I would definitely come again.

The only downside was the pressure of the shower and an extra blanket would be nice as the leather sofa can be a bit cold.

Central location with car parking. Spacious, clean, warm and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was an absolute faff but ok once contact had been made with Haley and we were directed as to which space to use. I would advise letting the property know your arrival time (my fault for not doing this) and asking about parking. The car park is also a bit tight for larger vehicles. The lift wasn’t working when we arrived, initially with no notification indicating this. But on reporting out of order notices were placed and the lift was fixed the following morning.

We had booked superior ground floor apartment for 4 and 2nd floor apartment for 3. Both were beautiful apartments- lovely decor and furniture, very comfortable and spacious. Lots of extras eg shopping bags and slippers. Communication was very good. Breakfast pack was great, nice to see local produce. Excellent location with train station, lovely walks and excellent pubs for food and drink all very handy. Great to have a parking space.

It would have been helpful to know what was in the breakfast pack before arrival as it was late when we arrived. The lift was out of order over the weekend but we were not informed before arrival. Luckily we had booked 2 apartments so those with mobility issues were able to use the ground floor accommodation.

Great location. An absolutely spotless apartment, well stocked kitchen with everything you could want if self catering. Generous breakfast provisions. Comfy beds. Good quality linens. Tina was very responsive in confirming our request for a late check out, and then after our departure to advice on what we had left behind! We were still in the neighbourhood so could go back for it 😊

I thing really. I would only mention that being on the top floor in a duplex, the bathrooms were in the eves so the ceiling in the shower could be a bit low for anyone tall.

The staff at Croft mill were brilliant. Our car broke down on the way and they went the extra mile to make sure we settled in well when we arrived much later than anticipated. The accommodation is perfect. A lovely comfortable and immaculately clean apartment with all you need, and a delicious complementary breakfast basket (the eggs were fantastic). It's a central location, but still quiet. (Special mention for Ollie the Yorkie. He's a such a good boy 💜) We will be back!
