As a previous Hebden local I know how difficult parking can be in town so will only book accommodation with guaranteed parking. This is a great location and we’ve stayed multiple times and will undoubtedly be back. Always clean and comfortable, well equipped apartments and breakfast basket and milk etc in fridge when you arrive is a nice touch. Our heating failed this time but was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you. See you again soon!

It is a bit corporate in decor, each apartment is the same and not much character although there are some glorious local scene photo pictures on the walls which help. I’d like it to be more quirky, a bit more Hebden and softer style furnishings but understand why they stick to the leather sofas etc, much easier to clean and maintain. This is a great place to stay in my lovely old home town.

The apartment was very central to everything, it was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast hamper was very nice. In my 43 years I've never seen coffee in bags (used like t.bags), I was delighted with them. There were also plenty of t.bags, coffee and milk.The milk, eggs and butter came from a local farm which was a nice touch and very cheap to order more. The soap, washing liquid etc was all eco friendly which is a nice touch. The facilities were great, had a washing machine, clothes horse, iron, hairdryer and plenty of kitchen equipment. The beds were Very comfortable. I would definitely come again.

The only downside was the pressure of the shower and an extra blanket would be nice as the leather sofa can be a bit cold.

Parking was an absolute faff but ok once contact had been made with Haley and we were directed as to which space to use. I would advise letting the property know your arrival time (my fault for not doing this) and asking about parking. The car park is also a bit tight for larger vehicles. The lift wasn’t working when we arrived, initially with no notification indicating this. But on reporting out of order notices were placed and the lift was fixed the following morning.

We had booked superior ground floor apartment for 4 and 2nd floor apartment for 3. Both were beautiful apartments- lovely decor and furniture, very comfortable and spacious. Lots of extras eg shopping bags and slippers. Communication was very good. Breakfast pack was great, nice to see local produce. Excellent location with train station, lovely walks and excellent pubs for food and drink all very handy. Great to have a parking space.

It would have been helpful to know what was in the breakfast pack before arrival as it was late when we arrived. The lift was out of order over the weekend but we were not informed before arrival. Luckily we had booked 2 apartments so those with mobility issues were able to use the ground floor accommodation.

The location was great, short walking distance from shops, pubs and transport. The apartment was modern, clean, well laid out and warm for cool spring weather. Great to have a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack, as well as full kitchen facilities.

The wooden floors were lovely but they creaked a great deal - you could not walk quietly in the night. It's only a problem for light sleepers. We would have liked a small table and chairs rather than the breakfast bar and stools, but I'm sure something could have been arranged had we asked.

The breakfast pack was very good and the facilities / equipment provided are excellent.

The council bin collections on Monday and Tuesday morning were ridiculously early and the bottle collection on Monday was particularly noisy at 6am! Nothing that Croft Mill can do about that I suppose but if you like to sleep beyond 6am on those days good luck. The kitchen equipment was excellent apart from not being able to access and use the microwave easily due to short and hidden power leads of the kettle and toaster which were in the way. The instructions for the heating / thermostat and the dishwasher need to be updated as they weren't relevant to the actual equipment.

Can’t really fault anything getting into the property was easy we were given instructions for the key safe and code by email the day before arrival the breakfast pack was very good cornflakes milk orange juice bread eggs butter cheese various spreads and a tin of beans provided for your first morning.Location is excellent literally 2 mins to the centre with cafes and restaurants the apartment had absolutely everything you could need we were very impressed and if in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book again especially as you get your own allocated parking space which was excellent

The bathroom would benefit from a bit of storage space maybe a trolley of some kind as we only had 2 small glass shelves which we found a bit awkward we did struggle trying to open the bedroom window so gave up maybe some instructions would be good we stayed in apartment one and loved it apart from these minor issues

Location was great and the property was very clean. Very short and enjoyable walk to the canal, market, restaurants and pubs. It was great having all that on the doorstep. Fantastic and thoughtful welcome basket, thank you so much.

Both front and back windows looked out onto parking, the front being exceptionally busy with constant cars and sometimes gridlock. Often vehicles parked within inches of the lounge window and although only for short periods, it was very invasive.

The information sent over to collect keys for the apartment was straightforward and easy to follow. Entry to the apartment again was made simple and easy. The location of the apartments is fantastic - literally a 5 minute easy walk from the train station, the car park provided is also very large and suitable, I think it's excellent you also get allocated a parking space. The apartments are literally right in the centre so you have everything on your doorstep, it's fantastic and even though it's busy on a saturday night it's still peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was incredible, we had a two bedroom - one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The beds were super comfy, plenty of towels provided and everything was super clean! The breakfast basket was a lovely touch, as well as the eggs, which were delicious. It was so nice to read about the apartment and the sustainable things and choices they make, which are all incredible - it really is a wonderful little place and we really enjoyed staying there. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back, thank you for making our stay great.
