From the moment we walked threw the front door everything was nice and clean, the room was easy to locate and once inside everything was perfect, could not complain at all, bed comfortable, to perfect size, the ambient lighting was a good touch, kitchen had appliances which was good as well needed it, everything was clean and the bathroom was amazing with the relaxing hot tub/jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again and also would really recommend this place, not forgetting shops and takeaways are literally in walking distance. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Suggestions Room 3 Left side if bed next to window could do with a little shelf for a drink or somewhere to put things on Bed a bit too soft and flat ,very, very clean and solid base pillows were really nice comfy Could do with a dust pan and brush Disinfectant Spry and cloth to clean kitchen after using Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes,glasses utensils cutlery and tea coffee supplies.

really great apartments local to the town centre Don’t be put off by the outside . The facilities were brilliant , much attention to detail with for every eventuality / Toothbrush / toothpaste / dressing gown / towels / hand towels / face wipes / milk . wifi worked great , the place was spotlessly clean . Staff were brilliant at being on hand to sort out any issues on the other end of the phone and responded quickly and efficiently. Fantastic Tv and has everything you need entertainment wise . The only thing I would change from the whole stay is to invest in real hotel pillows and mattress toppers to make the bed more comfortable . If they get the comfort of the bed and the pillows right and invest in some real quality ones with Quality mattress and toppers and Quilt covers the place would be absolutely top notch and there wouldn’t ever be a single complaint to be made . Also accommodated to my disability and offered me the room with no stairs to climb . If I was to give any constructive feedback here it would be to try and think a little more inclusively to your potential customers with those with disabilities in mind for example change the Steps to a ramp outside and try and make a room with a rainforest shower for those that can’t enjoy the jacuzzis baths and install a stair lift . All in good time and if the company continues to operate the way it is it will do very well and maybe in the future they can expand and think about incorporating these things . overall no complaints just constructive feedback to go that absolute extra mile :)

pillows , mattress and quilt cover

The decor was excellent and the hot tub spa bath was large and also had a TV. The room has a kitchen with coffee etc. I I'd go wow when I walked in no expense spared. High quality linen on bed and high quality pillows and duvet. I feel the host would come straight away if needed he responded to my texts to check I was sorted. He needed photo I'd and understandable as he has a lovely place. Self check in and communication was excellent. Very close to town Centre 5 min walk. Parking on front. Small shops, fuel sainsbury near. I checked out at 9 and you can see cleaners getting ready with new towels etc so clearly on the cleaning side. On cleanliness you know when you go to places you always find something. It's a habit to look isn't it... it was like brand new. If your planning a romantic trip or tike away from it but want to save money then this place is ideal with the kitchen oven microwave. Romance - the bath is BIG Chill.... the host has a fully loaded media fire TV wall with all the mivie channels netflix etc that is another added touch. Great value for money. Penthouse feel high quality in a one bedroom in Huddersfield. Really impressive.

You have to look for it, it's basically a block of terrace flats refurbished to a vv high standard and has no signage so I thought it was a house. Only for clarity fire alarm went off but I was able to reset host answers Mobile 24 7. Don't let this put you off but at least you know you can reset and host had booked engineer.

The flats have been decorated beautifully. Everything is clean and all the rooms smell lovely when you walk in! The man I spoke to on the phone was really helpful with both check in and when we had a problem with the fan in one of the rooms. The owners have done a great job creating lovely spaces to stay in.

It was very hot, understandably, so it would benefit from air conditioning. The bed in the studio apartment seemed quite small, but the beds in the suites were great.

Everything was spot on. Communication was easy and simple to follow to gain access to the property. The room exceeded my expectations, and ambient lighting throughout the whole place was brilliant. Spa bath was fantastic, bath robes were a great touch along with the slippers, facilities and attention to detail were spot on. By far the best I have stayed in for the price. Would highly recommend a visit to this place. For reference, we stayed in apartment 1 on the ground floor.

Really lovely customer service and easy self check in instructions. Small touches like tea, coffee and sugar available in the kitchen, toothbrushes with toothpaste, shower gel, soap, slippers and spa robes for jacuzzi were greatly appreciated. My only gripe would be the parking is on a main road so as long as it’s not busy you will find a spot otherwise you might struggle for parking. Other than that no complaints will definitely stay again. Perfect for a couple who just want to get away and have a kid free night.

The apartment is amazing!! Very modern facilities are all in good working condition and spotless. Loved all the little extra touches like candles, house coats, washcloths and slippers, and plenty of towls. There's also a great choice of takeaways next door and a convenient store. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying again

Would be helpful for some written instructions on how to work facilities and with the WiFi code in the room.

Upon arrival the outside of the building was very to date and modern. The property owner accommodated every need we had despite us arriving at a very unsociable time. We bought the romantic package and they out did themselves with all the little touches. The room was immaculate and the attention to little details was amazing, from all the toiletries, flannels, hamper of towels, robes, slippers and luxurious bed that I had the best night sleep I have ever had in. Me and my partner were sad to leave. The decorations were very tasteful to.. I would live here. The controllable mood lighting in every room was a great touch. The housekeeper was so friendly and offered to replenish anything we needed. We actually extended our stay and the owner was more than accommodating. Will 100% be returning in the future.... And the bath though.. I have no words except for I want one.

I didn’t like how we had to go down the stairs and there wasn’t much room much room and me and my partner hit our heads a couple of times on the roof and the front door to our downstairs apartment opened in a weird way as we walked into the table a couple of times bedroom was a little small couldn’t open bedroom door properly due to the bed
