A very personal touch to all meals and contact moments .. . we felt at home from the start . . and the staff was helpful with suggestions for an itinerary on a rainy day

Lovely welcome on arrival even though we were early and room was still being prepared. Building and facilities nice . Room was styled with lovely French decor and impressive bed / furniture . Breakfast was just right too . Our stay over for one night was just right . Lovely to sit out in the rear courtyard with a coffee after breakfast . Our room was in a separate building to where the wedding venue is so noise was to a minimum. Thank you all for our stay .

Nothing really . Few little jobs for maintenance like wardrobe handle to fix and toilet roll holder reattaching to wall but these able to be sorted and don't detract from the stay .

Very nice setting and ambiance. Breakfast service and quality very good. Room and buildings, general facilities excellent.

Place is mostly a wedding venue, less of a pub / gyest house. Other guests / drinkers not made welcome in the nice inner courtyard, Sent across the road to a smaller outside drinking area. This may be less of an issue for other times in the week. Coffee not very nice - need to change suppliers.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic. The best part was the staff, so warm and friendly. It was a pleasure.

A little bit of noise quite late on because of a wedding party. No fault of the staff though, and the wedding guests appeared to be having a great night!

The room was beautifully decorated and well presented. I’m grateful for the shower following my surgery that was appreciated that you could accommodate that.

Too many steps not particularly disabled friendly.shower over bath too awkward for disabled. Expensive crisps £1.65 a packet!

This is an excellent hotel. I would recommend it highly. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and being able to open the windows I had a great sleep. The breakfast was good and plenty of it.

Very comfortable bed. Friendly athomphere and really helpful staff.

The door to the room has a gap on the bottom,so literally all the noises were coming in from the lobby when thenguest from the other 2 rooms arrived back from diner. Parking was difficult as there are no lines in the parking lot, so others were parking with random gaps.

I paid for a single room and due to they weren't busy they upgraded me to a double room. also they had a wedding function on and moved me to a room that was furthest away so I wasn't disturbed by the noise.
