For the room rates offered this is an exceptional hotel, I have been using it for many years when visiting Huddersfield, in fact I would not use any other hotel in the area. It is centrally located 10 minutes walk from the railway station and is very clean and comfortable with extensive undercover secure parking. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

An extensive and generous 'all-you-can-eat' breakfast is available for a very reasonable price. However, as the the hotel is Asian owned and operated the meat products conform to Islamic requirements which may not be be to everyone's taste.

Our original room choice wasn’t available, however the staff member sourced acceptable alternatives. All rooms were well furnished, new thick carpets, spotless in cleanliness and had good quality bed linen. Wi-Fi, tea & coffee facilities and full size fridge. Couldn’t fault the facilities. Only slight issue was accessing the room (top floor), with large luggage, as the lifts were some distance and around a few corners away from the accommodation. I did manage, but perhaps a less able, sole female traveller may need assistance. We would stay again.

Up graded to a bigger and better room. The staff were polite and accommodating with our requests. Ordered from the restaurant which was delivered to the room. quick service and tasty. Priced well. The room size was really good - two bedroom areas single and a king size bed a large fridge. Good lighting Shower was nice and hot. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Good selection halal and vegetarian options. Food was fresh the area was clean and well stocked. Eating area clean and well presented. And an extra bonus is the little shopping complex at the top of the road.

Wad abit cold in the room but it warmed up well eventually. Just need more plug areas in the room we were in as we had an extended room area.

I have been using this hotel for many years when visiting West Yorkshire and it has always maintained a very high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. Central location a few minutes walk from the railway station and has secure parking if you drive.

An extensive 'all you can eat ' breakfast is available at a very reasonable price but the 'bacon' and sausages conform to Islamic requirements. This is not a criticism but offered purely as information.

Excellent car parking, Very good buffet breakfast, great choices, Room was quite comfy and clean. Liked that the room had a fridge. Nice bathroom. Staff were polite. Cannot complain for the price. Within a few mins walking distance of the main centre. We didn't need to use transport. I will definitely stay here again.

The attic style window and room was a bit warm and stuffy. But still ok. No complaints.

The hotel was easy to find and access by car. The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve come across recently. Comfortable beds and a huge selection of cooked and Continental breakfast foods. Decent TV and prompt, reasonably priced and nicely cooked food via room service. Very competitively priced. Would stay again without a doubt. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

The hotel was clean...bfast was cheap and very good..fresh & hot..buffet style free car parking.wish the staff would smile a bit more but were efficient. Didn't use the restaurant but had room service & the pizza was impressive. Will use this again if I'm back in the area again.

The buffet breakfast was reasonable although it wasn't included in the room rate. Everywhere seemed to be clean.

Not much thought was given to practicalities. The buffet breakfast meant balancing your plate on the narrow edge of a table while you used one hand to open the lid and keep it open, and another hand to pick up the food.

It was comfortable, clean & had car parking & was within close proximity of a music venue that I was going to.

"I" couldn't get "hot" water out of the shower...but it was probably me not doing something correctly?....but I got by/managed adequately with hot water at the wash basin so no harm done.

Large clean modern room, great value for money, good breakfast (great for vegetarian or halal), quiet location, staff professional, cheerful and helpful

Not much, though would be lovely if hotels had conditioner as well as shampoo for the long haired among us
