I've never slept in a stadium before! I wasn't there for cricket, there was no match on hence availability and very competitive price for the room. The room had a door directly onto the terrace (locked when no match on) and fantastic view of the pitch. Free, secure parking and easy reach of buses and Headingley station (10 mins into city centre). Headingley itself is a lovely district with cafes, restaurants and shops. Really friendly receptionists at front desk.

I liked everything and this info is made clear on the booking and hotel websites but note there is no restaurant / cafe or bar at the hotel so you'll need to go out for breakfast. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room. Biscuits provided. Also a vending machine in the corridor so this is not a negative for me

The room had a great view of the historic Headingly Cricket Ground. The room itself was spacious with a Queen Anne size bed,. There's ample storage inc a good size wardrobe plus an en suite bathroom with walk in shower but no bath. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times (24 hour reception). Parking inside the ground is a real bonus but check for a clash with match days because this could change. Plenty of local cafes within walking distance (Headingly centre is just a 10 minute walk or £4 - 5 by taxi). Would recommend Lento Cafe particularly if your party have vegan or veggie requirements but it also offers standard breakfast options - great value and excellent service.

Flights in and out of the local airport can be predictably noisy and disrupt a good night's rest but not too bad. Take ear plugs!

Location was excellent and not far from bus stops into Leeds and the 56 route was convenient for some of our other places to visit. Also we were able to watch some cricket when we were not out and about from the comfort of the room. We also were able to obtain last minute tickets to watch a Rhinos game on the Friday evening. On site food and drink was obtainable and for breakfast the cafe across the road was welcoming. Allocated parking was easy to find. Pillows to my liking.

Bit of a walk with the luggage from Car Park F but we were pre-warned so packed accordingly.

Really good experience. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Location was good and the fact that the car park is secured at night is an extra bonus. The views of the pitch are amazing I will 1000% go again , that's not even a debate. I rarely post reviews about any hotels but I am compelled to for this hotel as the experience for very smooth and hassle free.

No restaurant or bar . But I understand why it hasn't.

The reception was warm and friendly, lots of parking near the entrance, the location and the view from the room were exceptional and we enjoyed an evening walk around the empty Headingley ground and adjacent Leeds Rhinos ground. Room spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with great bathroom and shower. Bed excellent, room quiet. All in all, excellent and would thoroughly recommend as long as you don't require restaurant or breakfast on site.

bedding slightly below par (tired looking) but that's a minor point

Great value Hotel accommodation in the Yorkshire County Cricket Club. Lovely spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and iron/ironing board. Fantastic view over the cricket ground, definitely not overlooked ! Big comfortable beds and black-out curtains. Very secure parking and lots of it. A 24/7 manned barrier as security to the entrance. About 15 mins walk to centre of town and 5 mins to Headingley shops and pubs.

Loved the place, but breakfast not available on-site. Headingley is close by and a walk to the centre of town is 15 mins. Weatherspoon's b'fast 5 mins away.

Perfect location for the rugby league Golf cart to take us back to the hotel when we moved our car as it was match day Really good size room Comfy beds

Door onto balcony couldn't be unlocked. When we asked why we were told 'for health and safety reasons' Room temperature very uncomfortable on arrival, really hot and door couldn't be opened to let any air in Bathroom had a smell of urine

We stayed for 1 night after watching the Rugby. Check in was swift and we were welcomed by two friendly ladies on reception who also gave us great advise about the local area and where to eat and drink before watching the game. The room was nice and clean with a fantastic view over Headingly cricket ground. Overall a faultless stay with fantastic staff. Will definitely return.

Large rooms, comfy bed, view of the cricket ground and there was a match on during our stay. Great location and secure parking which unlike other hotels you don't have to pay an additional charge for or walk a distance to. Friendly staff. We've actually used this hotel 4 times now and it's always our go to place, and compares better to other hotels we've used for price and facilities.

Can't think of anything we don't like as staff have always been able to assist with anything.
