Room small but had shower , however was in need of redecoration as was the entire building. The breakfast was ok but at £9 seemed a lot to pay on top. The location was ideal for me with plenty of buses and trains to get around. The city centre was only a 10 minute ride away by bus. Nice to relax in the bar area at the end of the day. The staff were just great, always pleasant and happy to help. I would certainly stay here again if I were in the area.

The whole place seemed a bit neglected and run down. Maybe a coat of paint and some new wallpaper would be a start.

I was pleasantly surprised when I turn up here. Ok it looks a bit run down from the outside, it looks like there was some work being done. And yes it is very dated. But the host who greeted me was lovely and I ended up being given a much better room than I booked. I booked a small single room with a shower and was given a double room with a bath! The room itself was fine and the bed was comfy. Sure it all probably needs updating but I kind of liked the character. The main thing is that it was clean and the bed was comfy. It was a cheap place to stay and it was one night. I couldn't complain.

Nothing. I was fully expecting the place to look the way it did and it didn't bother me.

Affordable property near a number of bus lines with direct connections to the University (ca. 10 mins), and into City Centre (ca. 20 mins). Simple, well lived-in room in a property that is by no means high-end but more than up to what I needed.

In a few years time, parts of the property will be in need of a renovation. One can clearly tell it is no longer a new house, and has not seen a major overhaul in a few years. This is clear from the images and affordable price, however, and while not offering supreme comfort, the room and property had all expected and needed amenities! Not a problem at all, if willing to stay in a charming, lived-in UK property.

The staff were lovely. The room was great. I even got an en-suite which I really appreciated given some of the people at the hotel. I had breakfast on one day and it was very quick and speedy service. The staff were lovely. The stairs were a bit of a problem for me due to my back problems but this was only with my suitcase. Its right next to the Bus, but that Bus didn't follow the schedule and basically turned up when it wanted too. Not the hotel's fault, but as someone who needed to get to places quickly this let the stay down a bit.

The room wasn't cleaned until check out, which i don't mind, except a new rubbish bag would have been nice. There were a few shady characters who were staying in the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but it meant the place would smell of ... not so nice smells at night sometimes. Again, I would like to STRESS the staff were lovely. They even phoned me when I left two cheap necklaces in the room to see if i wanted them back. The staff were 10/10 and honestly, i could have asked about the bag myself, I just was mostly at a conference.

Good location close to shops and local amenities within 5 minutes walking distance .Cafe Nero, Costa, Gregs, Sainsbury's, gym & restaurants are all nearby. I always have a comfortable stay at Boundary Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend it to all my friends and family.

The room was clean, plenty of clean towels were provided, and the bed was comfortable. The room was very warm when I checked in which made a great welcome. The check out is 11 am which is longer than most hotels I've stayed in.

Very close to headingly ground. Value for money. Good breakfast. Beds were fine and clean. No complaints from our party of 12. Cheap bar, free parking. Special mention to the extremely busy lady running the place, she was 10/10 (sorry i didnt ask her name) cook/bar/reception.. all with a smile 👍

Hotel was very run down. But for £20 a night, match day.. good value. Heating was on with no option to turn down/off - very hot. Just expect a bed for the night and you will be fine.

Me and a group of my mates decided just weeks ago that we wanted to do the Otley Run and needed somewhere to stay close to the route. This hotel is situated just 5 minutes walk from pub 6. This enabled us to nip back which we needed to do at one point. The Hotel staff were very pleasant and understanding of our situation and let us check in later on in the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good option when doing the ‘Otley Run’

Great location for my stay with great amenities nearby in Headingly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated but has all you need for your stay. Good value for money.

Not really a problem but I found it a bit noisy in the morning (could hear the staff getting breakfast ready because my room was underneath the dinning room) but that’s to be expected in an older building.

Super friendly staff. Wonderful location, right next to Headingley Stadium and a short walk from lots of great pubs and restaurants. Rooms were fine and, frankly, better than I was expecting. Great cooked breakfast in the morning. For the price, this place genuinely exceeded my expectations.

As others have said, all of the communal areas are rather tired/dated/run-down and have certainly seen better days. But, hey, it's a cheap and cheerful B&B, not The Ritz!

Have stayed here before, great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable with a TV and kettle on hand . Would stay here again , great value if travelling on a budget .

The room was a little compact , sink right next to head of bed . But it's clean and comfortable so not a great issue for me . One of the showers on my floor was broken but I had been advised of this in advance and had no problem using one of the others.
