Excellent location. Easy booking with great communication. No noise. Within easy walking distance of the station and shops/bars/ arena etc

Rooms are tired and in need of decoration. No ot enough space to get into bed from both sides. Only one bed . The sofa bed and chair available would not be comfortable for a family of five to stay more than one night. I have stayed in much nicer apartments in Leedsfor the same price

Excellent location. We were staying as my daughter was at Leeds Children’s hospital for surgery and it is literally a few minutes walk. We were unsure how long we might need to stay. Joe was very accommodating and flexible. Although we didn’t need extra time, he bent over backwards to help us if we had have needed an extra night or two. The apartment was clean, comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. All we needed for this stay.

Nothing it was exactly what we expected and from what the pictures represented.

Excellent location, very close to the music and bar scene; spacious apartment and had all the amenities to make it a home away from home, I was particularly happy with how spacious the living and dining space was, along with how quiet it was despite being so close to the bars and music venues in the city centre.

My only critique's would be that the curtain rails require a little attention as 1 or 2 of them couldn't be closed as a result of them being loose.

The location is amazing. The apartment is exactly located at the city centre so it’s convenient to go anywhere I want to go. The apartment is spacious. The small sofa in the living room is cozy and I love it. The bed and bed linens are great and I had a really great break for two nights. The heating also worked well.

I can see there’s dust on the surface of kitchen area in the living room. I assume that it is because it’s a newly refurbished apartment and recently open for accommodation, so it is normal. Not a big issue.

Great location, comfortable apartment, easy check in and apartment contained everything needed.

Polished marble tiles on bathroom floor dangerously slippery when wet, and resulted in several falls despite being careful, matte tiles or lino may be safer.

Very easy to get to from Leeds Beckett uni. Very quite area.

Stairs were very tight and would be hard for someone who struggles with them. I would have like the option to change the code to the door whiles I was visiting

The location was ideal, booked to bring the family for our sons graduation, close to everything. Very easy to access the building with key codes.

Nothing everything was spot on, was a little hot in the apartment but fans were provided

Perfectly situated in Leeds City Centre, really clean and convenient. It had everything we needed in it, and everyone found the beds very comfortable. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone travelling in groups up to 4.

Incredibly new, recently done up. Very minimalist and comfy. Location was perfect.

In the main sitting area (kitchen area) we had issues with opening the windows they seemed to be sealed shut. Issue for getting very hot.

This apartment was perfect for us as we needed a comfortable central Leeds location for our trip. It was clean and had everything you might need. I'll be coming here again for sure.
