Room size: large, robes and slippers provided. Nice touch. Location: can’t be beat. Staff: very friendly and helpful. The refills of tea, biscuits and bottled water daily was a bonus that I appreciated.

Everything looks lovely, but it does need some maintenance/updating (leak of faucet, major leak of shower (needed to have extra towel near shower doors to prevent flooding outside bathroom, and this was suggested by the cleaning staff!), Noise: construction on building behind: dumping of large amount of glass into dumpster at 4:00am one morning! That could have been from a business at the train station, to be fair. All the same, how to sleep during that???

This was real luxury - from the checking in to the room and the whole experience. The person checking in was so kind and friendly. The room was possibly the nicest we have ever stayed in - the toiletries were beautiful, it has robes and slippers! The bath was gorgeous. We don’t drink - but the mini bar would be wonderful for those who do.

I didn’t like that I had to give a 50 pounds deposit for the room which I didn’t know about and it will take a while to get back. Also please put beans with the cooked breakfast.

The hotel is second to none! It's amazing, from entering the grand entrance and the reception area to going upstairs you feel in another world! Especially if you have never stayed in a hotel like this previously. The architecture is fabulous and the building inside out is exceptionally beautiful! The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept on! The shower was glorious, the bath...oh my goodness, it was huge! The free toiletries were divine! The whole stay felt magical. The service from staff was excellent, the staff are very friendly and instantly made you feel very welcome. The whole experience made me not want to leave! I aim to go back, that is definitely going to happen. I will definitely be recommending to friends & family! This hotel will always be our go to now if we are ever staying in Leeds! Thank you Quebec's for a memorable experience and for making us feel welcome.

The parking, there is another car park near though, so really it's not a real problem. If I had to pick something that could be improved...it would be a bigger bath mat would be great but that's being picky.

The bed is extremely comfortable, the provided toiletries smell amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated being given information about the local area from the receptionist upon checking in, and the friendly bartender who brought us a jug of milk to our room for our coffees.

We had a question about the safe in our room so we called the reception line. Somebody answered who we were told afterwards wasn’t from reception, and questioned why we would want to use the safe when we’re only staying for 2 days. The book in our room encouraged the use of the safe for valuables, so we wanted to use it. She also said that everything in our room would be safe while we’re out, because when the door is locked, nobody can come in. Obviously, staff can still enter to clean and such. We trust the staff, but if there’s a safe, we’ll use it. We ended going downstairs and the bartender mentioned above was extremely friendly and sorted everything out for us.

All of the staff were very attentive and engaging and helped make my stay exceptional. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean with no extras spared. Breakfast provided lots of choice but if your choice wasn't on the menu then the staff would do their best to accommodate your request. The building itself is beautiful and has lots of history which you can read at your leisure via guest information in each room. It was my first stay and Quebecs but it certainly won't be my last. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to other travellers!

Absolutely nothing, its perfect!

We love this hotel for so many reasons. It is beautiful. It has such an old-school vibe with sweeping staircases, high ceilings, and gorgeous decor. We really feel like we have stepped into the opulence of the 19th century train boom! It even has a quaint little cocktail bar open into the small hours. The staff are amazing generally, and David in the bar is very entertaining while you have your nightcap. It is a stone's throw from the station, but far enough so you don't hear any train noise. It is perfect. Everyone should stay here!!

Great city centre location close to the station, beautiful oak panelled entrance lobby, grand staircase with stained glass windows and very roomy bedroom. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The cooked breakfast was good, but there was no fresh fruit offered :-(

The bar was pretty characterless which was a shame as we had arranged to meet other family members there and it turned out to be a bit of a dull room to sit in (so we left). The bed was very soft, which is fine if that’s what you’re used to!

Location. Hotel was very quiet. Booked room only basis and didn’t use restaurant or bar. Room was well serviced each day. Light dressing gown and slippers supplied. Bathroom lovely and warm with excellent shower and toiletries. Two chairs provided in room. Secure WiFi. Reception staff friendly and helpful with good local knowledge. Booking in and out process seemless.

Room was very hot and window did not open. Quilt was very thick with no blanket option in the room. However, we did switch off heating which helped. To be fair we didn’t ask for a lighter quilt or blanket.

The location was great -- seconds away from the side entrance to the train station (and we visited in December so right next to a Christmas market as well). Staff very friendly and professional! The hotel itself is gorgeous and felt very fancy; we stayed in the Executive room for one night as a treat and it was enormous and felt so luxurious. It was great as well that room service was available as it added that bit extra of a luxury feel. Would definitely recommend to those who can afford it and would recommend to people looking for a nice experience over a weekend as we don't usually go for the fancier kind of hotel, but really enjoyed it this time. We stayed on a Sunday night when the prices were a little bit more affordable.

Nothing to say really! There was a bit of noise from the street but this feels standard for a very central hotel and didn't bother us at all. I would say the only thing might be the cost, but I would say you are paying for what you get and we were only staying for one night so it felt worth it to have a nice relaxing time.

Booked this hotel as we were wanting something that wasn't part of a chain and we weren't disappointed. Was offered an upgrade for a few £ more a night and glad we did as we got a split level suite with the bed upstairs and sofas downstairs. Everything was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a selection of continental and cooked to choose from. All staff that we encountered were extremely polite, big shout out to Caroline and Joy on reception, for giving us tips on where to eat etc. If we're in Leeds again we will go back to Quebecs.

The bar kept playing the same tune on repeat! Poor barstaff would have been demented by end of shift. Apart from that nothing else.
