The location is easy to get to, and well placed for anything you need to be nearby. It was quiet at night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and when I had an issue, they attended to it and didn't make a fuss, which was much appreciated. The beds were comfortable enough to sleep fairly well, considering my usual struggles sleeping. The fragrance of the freshly cleaned rooms was pleasant and not overwhelming. There's hand, body and hair wash in dispensers to use, which are a decent size for a loooong stay. And it smelt really nice too, and again, for someone who has sensitivity to many products, I didn't come up in hives or exthma flare ups once. It's bright and fresh, and even in a small room, I didn't feel claustrophobic at all. The air con units are set in such a way that if you do leave it on when you go, they won't stay running all day, which is very good for environmental reasons, and they're powerful enough that our very hot room got comfortably cool in a matter of minutes, so this wasn't a problem at all for comfort. I like that the shower cubicles are quite large too. There's a few levels of light available, which makes separate sleep times easy with multiple guests in a room. I'm very happy with this hotel considering what we paid, I'd say it was brilliant value for money, there isn't much more you could ask for.

The room could use a desk with a seat, as I don't like sitting in bed. I'd love to have a bath, but I'm aware that this isn't always possible, however if you require a bath instead of a shower, it's best to look elsewhere, the shower is good enough otherwise though. Thanks to location, there's not many rooms with windows available, and as much as I wasn't worried about it, the room with a window was so much brighter, and homely. One staff member in particular was very dull and not very welcoming, a smile doesn't cost much, especially when someone greets you with a "good evening" and smile too. But this won't take away from my good experiences.

Room was good, small and cosy, very nice bed, comfy mattress. Bathroom was clean and very functional. I liked the idea of shelves near the bed - you put your phone and socket is right there, perfect. As soon as you come out of the hotel you are in the heart of the downtown with lots of things to enjoy 30 seconds away from the hotel. In the morning I left my luggage in the hotel free of charge and had some more wonderful time in the city, it was easier to enjoy it without my heavy bag.

The room was windowless and I knew it when I booked, just didn't know that I would feel it - it was a little stuffy and I didn't have anything to open to air the room. Also I was looking for some hooks in the bathroom where I could hang my clothes, didn't find any so tried to sort it out without hooks.

The bathroom and shower facilities were lovely and clean and a very good shower.The night time receptionist was also really helpful.

I didn't like the verbal abuse that the night time receptionist was getting more than once while I was there. I think for health and safety reasons there should always be 2 members of staff on at any given time,not just for this hotel but for all hotel night time receptionist workers.If a nightime receptionist fainted or fell ill and nobody was around,who would come to their aid? I also am used to having a kettle in any hotel room but there were no facilities for this.

Nice modern hotel handy for the arena and nearby bars. Went as a group of friends. We had a nice clean room with 4 beds. Plenty of sockets and a handy little nook to put a drink and charging phone. There was no kettle or facilities for drinks but there was a vending machine and hot drink machine in the foyer. There was no window in the room so very dark when all the lights were off (but plenty of individual light for each bed) and it was very quiet. Reception recommended parking in the nearby MCP Cube carpark and gave us a discount card to get parking for £7.95. Helpful friendly reception staff and a good price.

We weren't keen on the frosted glass toilet/shower area but it was very clean. A glass for drinking water would be handy

As the hotel is new, the facilities all work perfectly. The design is minimalistic but robust. For the price it is great and a better quality experience than I've had in much more expensive places. I particularly liked the shower.

There needs to be some kind of table or ledge to put your belongings on. It doesn't have to be much, just some surface (larger than the one by the bed). I'm fine with no draws as I tend to keep my belongings in my bag anyway but it's just a bit weird only having the floor to put things on. Typically floors in hotels feel dirty even if they are cleaned regularly. This only gets worse over time with wear and tear. I don't really get why the toilet door doesn't have a top and bottom. I don't understand that as a design choice in general.

Easy check in and room access, staff were friendly and straight to the point. The room was simple and had everything needed for a night's stay. TV had good signal, the shower worked great and the water in the sink turned hot quickly so I wasn't waiting around to get washed. Minimal noise from outside despite me getting a window room on mad Friday meant I had a lovely sleep. Also the low lights on the bed created a really comfortable atmosphere to stay in. Great value for the price thank you.

Nothing - only improvement would be tea/coffee station in the room.

The rooms were just appropriate for the pricing. Only towels and shower gels were provided. And, for any other additional requirements, you must reach to the reception. The hotel was located in the city centre allowing easy access to most of the major attractions of Leeds city and major shopping arenas.

The hotel had no kitchen and to buy food and drinks one needed to go out. Hairdryers and toiletries were provided only on additional requests. The room size was small compared to many other hotels in the same price range.

Walking distance from the train station in the centre of town amongst all the shops. Literally used as a base checked in at 3pm & straight out for flight club , food, and drinks. Booked a room for 4 adults which had 3 single beds & 1 double the room was small with no window & had toilet sink and shower with clean towels. We all slept well comfy beds just a bit warm great value for money and would stay again for overnight visit

Basic but get what you pay for. Walls are so thin but again the room itself was standard with a bed, toilet and shower. Only needed for 1 night as a stop over for travel so wasn’t expecting the ritz! Customer service was miserable. Everything seemed too much of an issue and attitude when asked questions as if we should already know the answers.

the property was in a perfect location for the purpose of my trip, easy to get to, friendly staff and nice rooms

the beds arent the comfiest and the walls are ever so thin, i kept getting woken up during the night to people walking and talking in the halls and you could even hear people using the toilet in the next room to mine. the tv was a bit of an issue during the night as it kept automatically switching itself on displaying a bright orange screen which lit up the whole room so kept having to switch it off repeatedly throughout the night
