We have stayed here before and it’s always a perfect stay. Right in the city centre with everything close by. If you’re there for a concert or show the arena is only 10 minute walk away and the O2 even nearer. The hotel is stunning. The staff are brilliant. The rooms are lovely, comfy beds, comfy quilts and comfy pillows. We were on the front and even with people outside we didn’t hear anything. We will always stay here when we go to Leeds.

Struggling to think of anything but maybe a fridge in the room would be nice. Also the price of the breakfast is extortionate and there’s a Wetherspoons 3 minutes walk away so they don’t really encourage you to stay and have their breakfast. But that’s their prerogative to charge what they like. We still love it here.

Hotel was clean. Free bottles of water everyday with house keeping. Our floor (can't speak to other floors) had an ice dispenser which was really handy given the weather was pretty warm all weekend. Floor also had a shoe shine but never needed it. Room was much larger than expected which was pleasant.

Pillows were the softest ever however, this meant your head sunk too far down. Made sleeping a little too hard as your head felt uncomfortable. However, this was the only glaring issue with comfort. We spent more time outside then in the room but when in the room the TV worked but couldn't get the Chromecast working so we could watch Netflix or something before bed.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable room. Room service topped up daily. Bed was really comfortable. Great location for our event and staff were really friendly. Still cheaper on this booking platform than booking directly.

For a superior room, I was a little disappointed with it not being that much better than a standard room. For the extra, there could have been a fridge in the space below the coffee making facilities. There was a bath robe but no slippers. But not too bothered about that. The bar was also closed early on the Saturday night. I have booked again for next year's event in June though so hopefully can have a drink after a busy day. The view was there but only just.

Nice Hotel and nice rooms in the centre of Leeds

The breakfast was distinctly average and at over £20, was especially poor value. The other issue is car parking. The hotel itself has no car park and the car park they recommend is the Q-Park nearby, which is exorbitantly expensive - even with the residents 35% discount. (It's £3.50 per hour - with no flat rate overnight, so if you park your car at 6.00pm and leave at 9.00 am the next day - you get hit for 15 hours at £3.50 per hour. Even with the discount, it comes to over £30, and this is ridiculous. Even in London where you expect to get ripped off, this would be expensive...

Pre-booked parking made arrival very easy - no messing around with tickets as the barrier recognised our number plate on arrival and when leaving. Check in was simple and straight forward. Staff on the desk very friendly The family room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Bottled water provided in the room. Central location was great. Easy to get to via car with Sat Nav and car park attached right to the hotel. Great facilities nearby with restaurants and entertainment. Just a short walk from the musuem which is where we were visiting.

The grip in the bath was a bit worn and looked dirty but we think it couldn't be cleaned completely because of the texture. So used the shower instead. We were only provided with two bath towel even though it was 2 adults and an infant staying - we made do with sharing but would have been good to have another one.

We visited for a graduation so we are familiar with the city, and we knew how good the location was upon booking. It is really an unbeatable location if you are wanting to stay in Leeds City Centre with so much to do nearby. We booked two rooms and both were incredibly clean. The premium room was very spacious but even the standard room was spacious enough. Our requests for twin beds was fulfilled upon request. Good variety of toiletries and complimentary tea, coffee, etc. with a coffee machine in the premium room which was a welcome addition. Staff were excellent, allowing us to drop bags before check-in and enabling a seamless check-in procedure when the rooms were eventually ready. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby and in the rest of the hotel too. Very elegant ambience in the hotel bar & dining area. Comfortable bedding & useful amenities. Ice machines and shoe shiners in corridors was a nice touch.

Parking was expensive, although very near to the hotel and well secured.

The lack of a fridge. Given the price I paid I would have thought a fridge would be standard. Given free water but because of how humid the room was without the Aircon on it was very stale. Given the fact the cupboard with the safe Inside had a nice slot where the fridge should have been was the final kicker.....taken out it seems and only for the higher tier rooms. Don't think I've been to any hotel in memory where a fridge wasn't present

Perfect location for the Arena and also the bars and restaurants around the city centre. The mattresses were heaven! I suffer with bulging disks in my spine and I can honestly say staying here was the first time in over 2 years I have woken without ANY aching or stiffness. All staff super friendly and helpful. Room spotless.

Furniture was a little tired in the room but served its purpose. Room was large but I felt the space wasn't best utilised. Could only access the bed from 1 side as not enough room at the other side or any room to walk around the bottom of the bed. Large cabinet which held the TV and kettle etc. in the middle of the room so then dead space behind it. If this was moved into the corner of the room there would be much more space in the room.

The room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet selections were okay for UK standards. The best part is that it's right in the city. It is very convenient to move around. Halal food just around the corner. The front desk people are not overly friendly, but they are nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

They did the housekeeping very late in the afternoon around 3pm-4pm. If you are in the room, they will not clean properly they will just ask what we want from them. The buffet selections are always the same. 7 days of eating the same food, no creativity when it comes to food.

Location perfect and discounted parking for the weekend was helpful. Room clean and huge for what we paid. Very comfortable. Good value and overall very much what we needed after two busy days. The hotel overall was really nice.

My only issue was the king size bed was not king size, it was two queen sized beds pushed together with a large sheet over. This meant if you lay on the bed in the middle it wasn't totally comfortable. But I'm being picky. The shower in room 306 was not very strong. Air con made the room very warm and difficult to cool.
