We have stayed here before and it’s always a perfect stay. Right in the city centre with everything close by. If you’re there for a concert or show the arena is only 10 minute walk away and the O2 even nearer. The hotel is stunning. The staff are brilliant. The rooms are lovely, comfy beds, comfy quilts and comfy pillows. We were on the front and even with people outside we didn’t hear anything. We will always stay here when we go to Leeds.

Struggling to think of anything but maybe a fridge in the room would be nice. Also the price of the breakfast is extortionate and there’s a Wetherspoons 3 minutes walk away so they don’t really encourage you to stay and have their breakfast. But that’s their prerogative to charge what they like. We still love it here.

The room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet selections were okay for UK standards. The best part is that it's right in the city. It is very convenient to move around. Halal food just around the corner. The front desk people are not overly friendly, but they are nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

They did the housekeeping very late in the afternoon around 3pm-4pm. If you are in the room, they will not clean properly they will just ask what we want from them. The buffet selections are always the same. 7 days of eating the same food, no creativity when it comes to food.

Perfect location for the Arena and also the bars and restaurants around the city centre. The mattresses were heaven! I suffer with bulging disks in my spine and I can honestly say staying here was the first time in over 2 years I have woken without ANY aching or stiffness. All staff super friendly and helpful. Room spotless.

Furniture was a little tired in the room but served its purpose. Room was large but I felt the space wasn't best utilised. Could only access the bed from 1 side as not enough room at the other side or any room to walk around the bottom of the bed. Large cabinet which held the TV and kettle etc. in the middle of the room so then dead space behind it. If this was moved into the corner of the room there would be much more space in the room.

Location perfect and discounted parking for the weekend was helpful. Room clean and huge for what we paid. Very comfortable. Good value and overall very much what we needed after two busy days. The hotel overall was really nice.

My only issue was the king size bed was not king size, it was two queen sized beds pushed together with a large sheet over. This meant if you lay on the bed in the middle it wasn't totally comfortable. But I'm being picky. The shower in room 306 was not very strong. Air con made the room very warm and difficult to cool.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, lovely toiletries, good shower. Everything you need in a hotel room - hairdryer, iron, safe, coffee etc. Unusual room style! Very friendly lady on Reception on check OUT.

Not a particularly friendly welcome on check IN. The lady spoke very quickly and quietly (on auto-pilot I thought), and I had to really lean in to catch what she was saying as the Reception was busy and noisy. I don't have a hearing problem by the way, but others may have! The bar closed at 10.30 and we had only just got back from a show at the Arena so only just managed to get a night cap. The breakfast is very expensive.

A great hotel and perfect location for being right in the middle of all the city has to offer. The decor in the bar and lobby is very pleasant and to a high standard. Breakfast has a great selection and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have all necessary amenities. A good aspect is the parking at Q-park right behind the hotel; ensure you pre-book in order to receive a good hotel discount otherwise its tricky to apply retrospectively. Overall a great stay in Leeds.

Check in gets quite busy as soon as the rooms are available and with only 1 member of staff on reception at that time it took a little while to check in. My advice is to chill in the bar and avoid the queue. Some of the rooms do not have external windows as there is a central atrium to the place plus some overlook the inside of the shopping centre. I don't think this is bad at all but if you want a view then I would ask to be in one of the outer rooms.

Spacious hotel, plenty of room to socialise. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Great hot water. Working safe that was big enough for valuables. Space to hang clothing. Working iron and decent ironing board. Great breakfasts - liked the way the kitchen sent out just enough supplies so that the food didn’t dry out under the heat lamps.

The time to check in - only 3 desks at reception and check-in took far longer than necessary. Valuable space in our room was taken up by a desk situated around a pillar. We did not come to the hotel to work. We only had one towel apiece and shared a dressing gown and hand towel!

The hotel is in a great location for the Leeds Direct Arena and we have stayed several times. We parked in the Light car park at a discounted rate with a code from the hotel. The room was very spacious and most of the staff were very friendly.

On previous visits, our room had an outside window, however on this occasion our room was interior and overlooked the Light complex and therefore actually didn’t have any natural light. If we had been staying for any more than one night, I would have asked to change rooms. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel, however were told quite abrubtly that we were early which obviously we were aware of, and were made to feel that this was, a bit of an issue. Other than this, however the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful stay with many positive aspects. The room was well-appointed, and the little touches, such as the beautifully scented shower gel and cream, added to the experience. Every detail felt carefully considered. However, the only drawback was the air conditioning, which was quite loud and, unfortunately, I was unable to turn it off. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would gladly return.
