This is a very cool place to stay, it felt a bit like an NYC loft flat. There was plenty of space, two comfortable bedrooms. The sofa and TV area was perfect. A decent kitchen for a short stay. The music in the below bar was off by a reasonable hour so don't let that put you off. A really central location. I used the suggested car park which was a short walk away and very secure. We really enjoyed our stay. A lot of reviews mention problems getting the keys. We were sent a short clip on youtube with how to get in, it was very easy with that. We actually both arrived separately but were both able to find the keys with the help of that video. It has been there for a while but I guess some people didn't view it. I would suggest you do, the door is almost like a hidden door so if you have not seen the video I can see how it might be hard.

A great location, lovely modern apartment, and super customer service (just ask for help in The Green Room downstairs, particularly when you can't immediately locate the front door ! The bar downstairs was also a great place for an evening drink or a brunch. Really handy for the railway station and the city centre.

All great, but maybe you could invest in some hooks for coats by the door, and one extra comfy chair. But these are only 'nice to have' things, it was still an excellent apartment.

A hidden gem! Short walk from the train station and onwards to the music venue we attended. There are laundry facilities in the kitchen area as well as a stove, microwave and kettle which were ideal for our short stay but would work well for longer trips too. There is a fridge as well for storing cold goods. We both felt our beds were very comfortable, the whole place was clean and there are rails to hang clothing in both bedrooms. Both rooms had remote control windows, and the manual-shut blinds made for a nice dark room perfect for sleeping. I didn't need the window open this time to be cool enough to sleep, but there was an electric fan provided in each room in case you need to keep the window closed but still have air circulated a bit. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of space nearby to place toiletries, as well as a small radiator ideal for drying towels without overheating the other rooms. Very pleased with our stay, and for what you pay for a regular hotel room in the city, this is much better value for money. There were only 2 of us staying this time but with 2 double beds you could easily have 4 people here.

Quite a few stairs to get to the apartment door inside - we managed okay but maybe not suitable for those with mobility issues. We could also hear music from the bar/terrace below so a little soundproofing may help, although this did go quiet at a fairly reasonable time. Very minor things though!

perfect location just over the road from the station , right in the city centre.the apartment is above a bar and the bar staff were very helpfull in helping us locate the keys and the door , the apartment is beautifully decorated, comfy beds and large bathroom .

the apartment was advertised with a sofa bed but there was no bedding for it ,i messaged the host but didnt get a reply . i didnt like to go and ask at the bar as it had gotten busy downstairs so had to bunk up with my daughter! , maybey need to arrange this before visiting . the bar was noisy downstairs but closed at midnight and quietend down by 12. 15 . the toilet flush was a bit difficult as it needed pushed a few times before it flushed. the radiator in the small bedroom was leaking , reported to barstaff before we left .

This is a great apartment in a really good central location. We were perfectly situated to walk into the city centre and there are a number of good restaurants only a short walk away too. Getting in was easy, the apartment was very modern, and the bar downstairs was a great place to start the night. Will definitely book here again when I'm over in Leeds.

There was only one drawback to the apartment and that was the slight eggy smell in the bathroom. ver this didn't marr pour enjoyment and I wouldn't use at as a reason to not stay here again.

Green room was easy to find but the entrance to the apartment was a surprise. I asked at the bar and the friendly bar manager showed me how to get in. It’s not what you’d expect but is quite fun. Especially for the looks you get off of the patrons in the seated entrance to the bar. I also extended my stay for an extra day, this was also no trouble whatsoever for the green room.

The shower had just been done (I know as I met the chap doing the work, again a friendly fella, I had arrived early though so clearly he was not expecting me), the bathroom could have done with a good scrub but as I wasn’t there to sit on the John for two days, this didn’t diminish my comfortable stay.

Great location virtually over the road from the train station. Unique industrial style interior with huge funky wall mural, exposed brick, scaffolding clothes rails etc. Nicely furnished, clean, warm and good to have tea & coffee supplied (get yourself some milk on the way!). Heating easy to control, nice & warm even on a cold evening. Well equipped little kitchen area is really handy for drinks & snacks. We loved all of the interior design & quirky additions!

Lots of stairs up to apartment, no lift and nobody there to help - difficult when carrying heavy luggage. Lighting in bedrooms is quite dim & there is nowhere to sit to do hair / makeup so we had to take turns to get ready in bathroom. Living room only has one small two seater sofa & the apartment sleeps at least 4 people. We were OK as there were only two of us but it definitely requires some other form of comfortable seating (although we recognise this will need some thought due to the layout & space restrictions).

Amazing central location across from train station. Separate door to access the apartment which was great. Apartment was clean, well presented, tidy & stylish decor. Bedrooms came with all bedding, towels and hanging rail. Bathroom with toliet roll, soap, body wash & shampoo.

Maybe more shelves in the bathroom and hanging area in main room for coats. Not needed but would be nice.

Perfect location in the heart of the city centre. We enjoyed drinks downstairs at the Green Room bar when we arrived, they had a DJ playing and the atmosphere was fantastic. Some of Leeds' best restaurants were only a few minutes walk from the property. The apartment itself had a very unique design, I've never stayed anywhere quite like it. I will definitely be booking Green Room again on my next visit to Leeds.

I liked the interior design which has that industrial look but warm at the same time. Rooms are not so big but just ideal for a 2 day stay at least. The restaurant and bar below is an amenity to the room. Would loved coming back with friends again.

I think the main light over the rooms should be slightly brighter to facilitate packing and searching for lost things. The wooden staircase could have been padded to soften the noise especially at night.
