Fantastic location. Hotel reception and bar is very modern. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was 5 star!

The room itself could do with a refresh. Bathroom is absolutely fine and pretty modern, but the furniture in the room is a little outdated. Pillows were my biggest issue - my head completely sunk into them, they need a firm option. Small thing, but there’s no plug on both sides of the bed. So strange and feels like a basic expectation. Also doesn’t matter to everyone, but modern hotels now have smart TVs, especially if you plan to spend some time in your room. It makes a little bit of a difference.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful at the desk. The location was great for us and the lift from the cat park straight into the room was great as we had a lot of luggage.

We chose a delux room and we didn't really see that much difference. The pillows on the bed were awful so we had a bad night sleep. We were told by reception that we could just walk in breakfast in the morning and they didn't mention it would be £5 more, we would have booked if we knew that. They said it was in the written material but I had no time to read that. They could have mentioned it when I asked about it.

The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly. Only a short walk into the town so the location was also very good. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size with a super king bed (website had only stated a double)

The hotel wasn't very warm in any of the areas, we had to put the temperature up to maximum in the bedroom, however I don't think the thermostat was correct as the room wasn't 30 degrees like the reading said. (I usually think anywhere between 16 and 20 degrees is warm enough) Although the breakfast tasted great and there was more than enough to choose from the cooked breakfast wasn't very warm despite being under heat lamps. I think the cast iron pots with lids stopped the overhead heating keeping the food warm.

We stayed here for one night for a wedding and would stay here again. We were offered early check in upon arrival because the room was ready, and we were upgraded free of charge to a suite, which was a lovely surprise! The suite was quite spacious and the bed was super comfy. We didn't hear any noise through the night and slept well. TV in both the bedroom and the living area. Nice bathroom. Appreciated the hair dryer. The car was safe overnight in the car park.

There are lots of hidden charges e.g. the parking (£18 per night) and early check in (which we weren't charged thankfully). We didn't get breakfast as it was expensive at £15pp. The car park is very tight to go down the ramp to the exit! Put your sensors on 🤣 Our shower was leaking, we advised staff upon checkout and they said they will send an engineer to fix it.

Closeness to station. Ease of access by foot.

I was travelling with my son, we had booked a twin room. All twin rooms are adjoining rooms, so with compromised sound proofing. There was a party going on next door to us, which even at 7.30 was very audible. I asked to be moved to a non-adjoining room. There were none, so we were offered a Premier Suite instead! Extremely happy with the alternative offered along with drinks vouchers for our trouble!

Friendly staff, the receptionist that checked me in was a credit to your business. nice room well appointed room and a temperature control that worked made for a good sleep, great value too. On site parking definitely a plus although rather tight getting in or out. Confident drivers only.

reception being on the 3rd floor seemed to make for. a long wait in the lift, I made use of the stairs a few times so not a problem.

There was a extra charge for car parking. This was very disappointing due to the price of the accommodation. The car park should be included if you are a guest. Also, I was informed on arrival that the car park was closing between 12 and 3pm on the day I was checking out. I had to change my plans due to this. Very disappointing

Everything. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, nothing was much for them. I had a little emergency, where a botton had come off on my dinner suit. I was given a sewing kit by reception. Save of the day! The breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. A most enjoyable stay. Great location in the heart of the city. Just a one night stay. Thank you.

There was nothing I did not like.

1st time I've had breakfast, for the number of times I've stayed, really nice, would give that a 10. Also, it's a short walk into town for all the bars and restaurants. The hotel looks good in the reception area, and also the restaurant.

Will always say it on my comments, price of parking when you are staying in the hotel. Also, need brighter lighting in the bathrooms, very dull, don't know how women go on putting make-up on.

attended a reunion in the hotel and decided it best to stay the night. The staff where excellent, polite and helpful. The reunion organisers had arranged a buffet lunch which was also very good. The meeting room was also very good.

Not sure about being better, car parking is tight and expensive beings the rooms are not cheap. As with all hotels of this type the bar prices are also high
