Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Great location, a short stroll and you’re in Leeds centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Be useful if there was information on the welcome notes to inform you that the hot water is on a cylinder and only comes on at night unless boost is pressed. We ran out of hot water, I had a bath and then my husband had no hot water for his shower as we were unaware of the cylinder. We went out for the day hoping he could have a shower when he got back but the water was still freezing. This isn’t a complaint but just communication about the hot water cylinder would have been beneficial.

Very nicely furnished apartment with a small balcony and 2 nice sized bedrooms. The location was great, near the station and the canal and a cafe round the corner. It was comfortable and had a coffee machine, though a few more pods would be appreciated. It was a very hot weekend but two fans were provided which helped. Communication was mostly good, though cleare instructions about parking would be helpful. Recommend,

Rather lumpy pillows

HAVING A BALCONY WAS A BONUS PARTICULARLY AS WE ENJOYED SOME HOT SUNNY WEATHER SO WERE ABLE TO SIT OUT IN COMFORT AND PRIVACY. THE WASHING MACHINE WAS A GREAT ASSET. COMFY BED AND GREAT LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT OVERALL. TRIED TO REBOOK PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FOR ANOTHER DATE NEXT YEAR BUT SAD THE DATES WE WANTED WERE BOOKED. WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN OTHER DATES ARE AVAILABLE. THE HOST WAS SO OBLIGING AND KIND

I absolutely loved the location and freedom of staying here. The communication with staff was amazing, facilities were great. If I'm in Leeds again as a solo traveller or as a couple I'd book here. Everything was really clean, the instructions to gain access was really clear, bed very comfortable.

The only thing missing was a TV in the bedroom. I didn't mind this but had I been travelling with my husband he'd have struggled to sleep. Will keep in mind and bring our tablet next time. Would not put me off staying again.

Met by the operations manager (Penny) on arrival, who led us to our accommodation and explained how everything worked. She was extremely professional, welcoming and helpful. A credit to the facility. The property was an easy walk into the city centre, with nearby pubs, restaurants and coffee shops.

Internal corridor doors require door stops.

The location was brilliant for pubs, shops and restaurants. Less than a 10 minute walk into Leeds Trinity area. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and it was very useful for us to be able to book a car park space underneath the building (as an add on). Communication from the agents was excellent - very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal at Ciao Bella which is right outside the apartment.

Not quite as spacious or light as I had expected but the accommodation was modern, clean and perfectly comfortable for a family of four and such a great location that we would definitely love to stay again!

It was the perfect spot for our family. We were able to walk anywhere downtown but it was in a quiet, clean spot just over the canal. Restaurants, coffee shop, nice convenience store with fresh produce all a short walk away.

Very clear and helpful joining instructions and communications. Apartment was a comfortable walk from the train station and from where I was working. Well equipt and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. Really everything I needed for a couple of nights stay, a real hone from home. Recommended.

Clean and tidy property with good facilities. Local supermarket within a few minutes walk. Parking space (though this costs extra) beneath the building.

There were signs of wear and tear that hadn't been addressed - the shower in the en suite room had loose doors, bedside light didn't work. The arrangement of furniture in the bedrooms was a little odd too - lots of dead space in the rooms. Also, we booked a cot for our 10-month-old but weren't told in advance it would literally be just a small travel cot - no mattress or bedding, so we had to improvise.

The rooms were everything we could ask for!! a brilliant view of Leeds, looked beautiful at night, location was amazing at little Sainsbury’s and small restaurants just to the back of us and then a four minute walk to the clubs and bars on a night. The rooms were ridiculously spacious, all the cutlery and cooking utensils you could ever need. we were very surprised to find a dishwasher, even though none of us knew how to work one haha. there was also two large standing fans, ironing board, and washing machine. large comfy sofa and TV signed into Amazon Prime with a huge of pre purchased movies. This will definitely be a go to hotel any time we stay in Leeds, loved it

our one and only complaint is the bathroom.. it’s was not clean there’s was what looked to be some kind of ‘bodily function’ in the bath, it went away when we had a shower but it definitely was not a cleaning product. there’s was also quit a lot of black hair in the bathroom and we were all blondes. we didn’t find any other issues all the other rooms were spotless we just feel the main bathroom might have been missed or needed a 2nd go over
