Staying in a Smart studio The room layout and size were great, in particular the extra large bed, kitchen and lounge area. Location was ideal with a short 10 min walk to my work location in central Leeds and all the other shops etc. The room was clean and well presented. The staff were AMAZING, so polite, friendly and helpful. Really nice to have the reception and staff on hand to help with queries and questions. (Complimentary snacks and beverages in reception). Felt it was good value for money. Would definitely stay here again

Very little could have been improved, only small suggestions would have been for the room to have had a larger hanging rail and one that went left to right, rather than front facing, as made storing a weeks worth of hanging clothes tricky. Also to have instructions in the room on how to work the appliances e.g. the microwave, as the buttons were faded. However, the super helpful staff quickly printed off instructions and diagram of buttons.

Great hotel, with everything you need! The room was spacious, with plenty of plugs, lighting, a desk, sofa and telly; it felt like a studio apartment, and had all the necessary facilities. The main lobby also had a few kitchen items (food, etc) in case you forgot anything.

I couldn't quite figure out how to cast from my phone to the television; it would have been good to watch my own streaming platforms. We also weren't sure on how to use some of the facilities, for example, the extractor fan. If there were stickers explaining how to use some of them, that would be great!

The location is good for transport and shopping as it is a 5 minute walk from the train station and trinity Leeds. However, for getting to the arenas it is a 15-20 minute walk which we were happy to walk as the weather was nice but it may be an issue for others.

The cleanliness of our room was excellent apart from some of the cutlery and plates had a past guests food still left on them. There were dish washer tablets supplied which we did use on the morning we were leaving in order for the plates and cutlery we had used as well as the previous guests to be clean for the next as we didn't want anyone else to have the surprise we did when we opened the cutlery drawer.

Had a warm welcoming from Leah at reception to check us in who was wonderful !! Immediately eased my anxieties by explaining all information very clearly. When asked we mentioned it was my parters birthday to which they received a written card and small cake from the hotel which was incredibly kind. The room was very clean when we arrived, nice and spacious with everything you could need included in the kitchen area. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while ! Air conditioner in the room also helped to make the stay extra comfortable. Location of the hotel was perfect, every restaurant/pub/shopping centre you could dream of all within a 15minute or so walk, as well as being close by to the train station. Definitely will be looking to stay again and can’t wait for my next trip !!

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the station and 3 minutes from the town centre. There were bars and restaurants on the doorstep. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The room itself was more than we could have hoped for. It was very clean with a hugh comfortable bed, lounge and kitchenette. It was very well equipped with underfloor heating in the bathroom and air con in the main room. There were also freebies, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in reception, croissants in the morning in reception and a telephone in your room for local calls with a button to call a taxi. Truly outstanding.

I was really pleased with how easy it was to find the hotel, which made for a stress-free arrival. The standard room exceeded my expectations—it was spacious, and the bed was surprisingly large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming both at check-in and check-out, making the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely bonus was the complimentary croissant in the morning, along with the unlimited hot drinks available downstairs at any time. These small touches made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything. Very clean. Only problem was a bit chilly and draught from the windows. There was air conditioning. But couldn't work out how to increase the temperature . No radiators or central heating. The apartment was very quiet. No noise from in the hotel.

We had a few problems with the card entry into our apartment. The lighting wasn't good for doing makeup. The lights were recessed in the ceiling ,dotted all over . Couldn't see good for makeup application.

Stayed in an apartment on site, plenty of space and everything well laid out. Independent air con in both bedrooms and living room was a nice option. Underfloor heating in bathroom also excellent. Very close to everything in the city, and only a 3 min walk from the rail station. Water pressure in the shower was strong. Offered complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in reception. All in all and very nice weekend stay. Powerful WiFi also included.

Big living room and only a small tv. The shower floor was extremely slippery, needs an anti slip matt or similar.

We received a friendly greeting at reception which immediately gave an excellent impression. The guy on reception was easy to chat with and we had a bit of a laugh with him. Travelling with friends we asked if we could have rooms next to each other which was granted along with upgrades on both rooms, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were spacious, stylish and well designed, comfortable and clean. We even had a kitchen area that I had not expected. We will definitely be staying here again as it exceeded all expectations.

The only downside for us was no parking at the hotel, however there is a Q Park across the road which was convenient. We paid £33 for overnight parking but if booked in advance you can receive a discount. Read the small print on your booking because I read this after we'd paid the full parking cost.

We really liked the self catering facilities that were available in the room and having the white goods too. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Also a great location for the city centre.

Two small issues were the heating in our room was not working correctly and was not very warm in the room. Staff member did assist and it worked for a bit then did not stay warm for very long, Especially at this time of year when you return to the room. Also bathroom extractor fan not working. Maybe have small heaters available if this happens to guests.
