Really easy to check in at the Headrow rooms- friendly staff. Basinghall building not far and easy to find. Very convenient for the Opera House. Supermarket close by Tesco Express. Very spacious apartment- tall ceilings we were in a 2 bed in the attic-bit warm as no aircon but lots of windows and fans in the lounge and bedrooms,. Location is ace- really near lots of shops/bars/restaurants. Building felt safe and a lift to upper floors. small enclosed courtyard very handy. Bathroom well equipped- massive bathroom with excellent shower and Molton Brown toiletries. Felt quite luxurious. Immaculately clean- great linen and towels and comfy bed- will return for future trips to Leeds for sure.

If you have limited mobility the 2 bed we stayed in was split level and had a steep spiral staircase that was not mentioned in the description to get to the bedrooms. Anyone who struggles with stairs or have young kids may struggle but we were fine as a family of 3 adults.

You couldn't get closer to the shops, bars and restaurants of Leeds. The car parking is very near by and using the code given we got 25% off. The apartment is HUGE, there is a lot of empty space as it feels like a show home that is been used as a Airbnb for now. They could easily add a singe bed to what i imagine would be a study if you were to live there. Everything band new, spotless clean, tea,coffee and milk (and some nibbles) all provided. Great toiletries, there is a washing machine if you were there longer than we were. Beds super comfy nice bedding, would 100% stay here again.

Just because i am heading into my 60's there is a spiral staircase inside the apartment which can be difficulty to navigate especially with a suitcase. Shower in main bathroom was great but a little complicated to figure out which knob did what, but i got there. Floor was s bit slippy once it got wet, but these are such small issues (apart from the staircase).

Great location and easy to find straight across from Miller & Carter on The Headrow , very central and not too noisy either. Beds were comfortable apartments were very clean just a tad tired in places but general wear and tear. Molton brown toiletries were great. Coffee milk and tea with a couple of packets of biscuits in the kitchen. We traveled as a family of 5 with our 7 year old daughter and we had everything we needed in our 2 bed and 1 bed apartments. Staff were quick to answer any questions , check-in and check out was smooth. Thank you we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Apartment 106 was excellent. It had 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite and both bedrooms were large doubles. Bathrobes were provided which was a nice touch. The main bathroom had a walk in shower and everything was provided from shower gels, shampoo, conditioner and some extra such as an exfoliating pad for your skin. All products were Molton Brown which added that extra bit of luxury. Lounge and kitchen area was also spacious tea and coffee were provided and there was also a coffee machine if you wanted a nice coffee instead of instant. The apartment was located in central Leeds and it was easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The tissue box in the bathroom was dusty and the kettle could do with a descale. The radiator in the bedroom with the ensuite could not be turned off so the room was roasting. The description for the apartment on Booking.com didn't mention an ensuite, which was an added bonus when we arrived at the apartment. Might be worth adding as some customers like an ensuite as well as having a main bathroom. I would like to stress that the issues outlined were minor and overall it was an excellent stay.

I was surprised that a kitchen of that spec didn’t have a microwave - arrived late for work the next day and had brought a ready meal from M&S - had to heat it in the oven :-) There was a loading bay on the street behind our rooms, which was quite noisy from about 6am. It wasn’t a problem for me as I was up early for work, but perhaps worth asking reception staff to situate you away from there if you want to lie in.

Lady at reception was really friendly and helpful. Brilliant central location close to shops and car park. Flat was clean and beds spacious and comfortable, we would stay here again.

Missed having a microwave and some decent mugs instead of little cups. There was no separate drawer for utensils, just two bowl and plate settings with utensils on the table and there were three of us! Also needed general washing up items like a sponge and scrubbing brush when you don’t have enough to use the dishwasher. There was a TV remote missing from one bedroom and the batteries needed changing in the main room remote- just little things really that can easily be sorted.

The apartment is very modern and clean. The lady on reception allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm. The location was superb and even though in the centre of Leeds it was very quiet.

The apartment was too hot, there were fans available but it needed air conditioning, it made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The shower was so modern it took a while to figure out how to turn it on and the on/off tap was very stiff. A £200 deposit for breakages was taken but it’s not refunded for a few days until after the stay.

The attention to detail was superb, and apartment offered lots of space. We could happily have stayed a week with the amenities at our disposal. Two toilets was an added bonus travelling with a colitis sufferer. Beds extremely comfortable. Fantastic location and price.

It was extremely hot (rare British heat wave), but two fans were placed inside the apartment without us having to ask so this was very helpful. No dressing table and the TV in the bedroom wouldn’t tune in - not a problem though as TV in lounge worked.

Spotlessly clean with lovely decor. Nice and modern. Quality toiletries and robes were a nice touch. Appreciated the free water, drinks, biscuits and crisps, tea coffee. Brilliant location too.

Tv in lounge area not connected/ error message on screen so could not use. No remote for the TV in one of the bedrooms so unable to use it. USB socket in one of the bedrooms didn't work. (Apt 202)

The bed was so comfortable. The shower/bathroom was amazing as well. I enjoyed the small touches, like a fan, iron, coffee machine, etc.

Getting into the property was the trickiest bit. Not sure if it's the case all year round, or just at the time of our stay, but we had to go to a separate building to get our keys. This meant a confusing cut through down a snicket. We got their in the end, but was confusing at the time.
