The staff at the Mansio Suites are very helpful, friendly & polite. The apartment was in a very central location with shops and restaurants on the door step. Although it’s very central it was very quiet at night. The apartment was spacious and had a good, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Two minor things. The couch in the living area was marked and stained. We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately did not have our room serviced, however this could have been one of the conditions. We had to ask for more teabags and ran out of toilet paper.

The apartment was huge! It was decorated beautifully with a large bathroom which had a separate bath and shower, and an en suite. Lovely little touches with Molton Brown products, water in the fridge, biscuits and Kettle Chip crisps for us. We were given two fans which made our sleep so much more comfortable as it was very warm. The facilities were second to none, the hotel was quiet. The location was unbelievable, we were right at the heart of everything. It was amazing!

Finding the main entrance was tricky

The location was perfect for our concert at Leeds Accademy. Just a 5 minute walk.Also, we found a great Witherspoons close by.The room was great with everything you need for an overnight stay. Nice dressing gowns, posh toiletries and a big comfy bed. Two TVs in the apartment too! Soft drinks in the fridge , crisps and a good tea tray with biscuits was a nice touch. We got a great price on Booking.com for a Saturday night stay, which we appreciated.

Although the apartment was presented well, some of the furniture needed a little updating to reflect the 5 star rating. A welcome drink on arrival at reception would have been nice, especially if you have had a long journey.

The stay overall was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. The attention to detail was very high. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to prepare a basic meal. I only wish we had booked for a longer stay now.

The location of the reception was unclear. We remote checked in and arrived quite late and had to call the very helpful emergency number to find the reception. Just some directions to the entrance would have made the process easier. Upon leaving we walked past the other entrance and had to direct 4 guests.

I actually couldn’t understand how I had landed a night’s stay within my budget in such luxury. Cancellation? This serviced apartment was luxury . Sitting/dining room with TV , two double bedrooms , etc Some people might object to the hum of traffic from the headrow but the apartment was well insulated The receptionists were friendly and helpful

Good location. Comfortable flats, great bathrooms. Very clean.

Parking - there is a 25% discount code on parking at the Light, but only if you book on line. Mansio don’t tell you that or give you the code in advance ( and not all the staff know it) so it is effectively a useless benefit. When I factor in the cost of parking two cars for the weekend, staying at the mansio is no longer the same value for money I thought it was.

Exceptional and comfortable studio apartment. Proper sitting area for TV etc. Location was superb just across from the Light where we parked pre booked with a 25% discount code given to us prior to arrival. Very handy for eating at a choice of places in the Light. As we only stayed 1 night we didn’t use the cooking facilities but there was everything you would need for a couple to cook or get a takeout with proper crockery and glasses, or toast in the morning, plus a refrigerator (with ice cubes in the freezer ) and bottled water and which we used for a little fresh milk for coffee. And a dishwasher! Reception were very friendly and efficient.

Very well equipped room and great shower. Bed was very big and comfortable and three pillows each with a range of soft/medium/hard was a nice touch. Lovely extras in the bathroom and the coffee machine and pods were appreciated in the morning!

The location on the Headrow in Leeds City Centre is fantastic, but the alleyway to access it is used as a urinal by people on nights out and is quite pungent! I would not have felt safe entering via that way on my own in the dark.

Excellent central location. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay bed was clean and comfortable. Wonderful powerful shower and appreciated the toiletries provided. Thank you for providing milk and tea/ coffee too. All utensils available for self catering which we appreciated.

Just a few cleanliness issues... We spotted 6 cobwebs on the ceiling! The dishwashing utensils (cloth and dishwashing brush) didn't look very clean so we sterilised them in boiling water. Coffee machine was a little grubby too. Otherwise great.

The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk from what I was in Leeds for and very close to the train station. The apartment was also clean and comfortable. A home away from home. I asked for a microwave and one was provided. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. The apartment was also quite spacious. There was also a lot of communication from the team prior to my arrival which made the arrival smoother and the stay easier. All in all a good stay for me and my family.

The living room furniture and rug were a little dated and could be better
