The room was superb! Rotating tv, big comfy bed, great shower room, small kitchenette…. The staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the fantastic roof terrace restaurant and bar. The only downsides were that one night some people on my floor were really loud about 1.15 am. On the Sunday there was a huge queue for breakfast and checkout. They could do with a key drop. The dishwasher also came up with an error when I tried to set it, plus I couldn’t work the climate control in the room. I’m sure the lovely staff would have helped with all of the issues if I’d asked. Thank you.

I stayed in the king studio. The kitchenet was small yet functional, with a full size fridge, small dishwasher and sink, along with all the necessary pots, pans, crookery and cutlery. The lounge area was perfectly formed and the swiveling 60odd inch TV was a touch when you wanted to retire to bed. The wardrove and drawers offered ample space for I a weeks stay, with the iron and board coming in handy. There is also a safe I didn't need but good to have. The bathroom was spotless and stylish. The hotel is brand new which adds to the cleanliness and fresh feel. I had no idea it had a rooftop bar which is stunning, the food, whilst I didn't have any looked delicious and the selection of drinks, which i did sample was ample. The open roof section, whilst a bit breezy on the days I was there offers fantastic views of the city at both ends of the hotel. Breakfast in the double heighted restaurant down stairs, was ample and delicious offering both continental and cooked English. AMAZING sunset views & a Great Location! I'll definitely be back.

There are no windows that open, so you are confined to consuming aircon for the entire time you're in the room. I'm not sure if its new regulations but not having a window that opens for an element of fresh air in a newly built hotel feels like a missed opportunity. As mentioned the hotel is VERY new so this meant there were a few tweaks required, the dishwasher for instance wasn't plumbed in from what I could tell and the crookery and cutlery needed cleaning (which I'd do anyway) but it was straight out of the shop with some items that still had stickers on. The light in the bathroom is automatic and you can't turn it off, so in the middle of the night its a bit of a pain. Wouldn't stop me from returning though.

Liked this hotel a lot. Location is superbly handy, literally 5 mins from station main entrance once you've found the best route (via rainbow steps). Don't be put off by proximity to railway, the soundproof glazing is excellent. Great air con which switches automatically to heating or cooling. Loved the kitchenette complete with Nespresso machine, utensils, toaster etc etc. Generous hanging space and non-claustrophobic bathroom. Enjoyable breakfast good with superb cooked foods and coffee despite coming from a self-service buffet and coffee machine. Uncommonly friendly and helpfully-minded staff.

New hotel with staff still learning the ropes, therefore some teething troubles, mostly minor, all willingly and reasonably efficiently put right. Bathroom ventilation wasn't very effective.

From the minute we arrived we felt looked after and special!! Birthday cake and ace room. Every member of staff were friendly and so brilliant with my daughter on her birthday. I couldn't have asked for more. The bed was so comfy. Everything was thought of in the studio with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom and coffee pods in the kitchen, iron and hairdryer too. Having the extra space with the kitchen and sofa made it really spacious to hang out. The roof top bar is ace, we had the best weather for it and again staff were brilliant. Thank you for making this my daughters best birthday!! Will definitely be back!

Great sized room! Incredible twisting tv, extra large bed which was super comfortable, and good views. Very impressive! The staff were lovely too. Very accommodating. Nice bar/dining area downstairs and the rooftop was spectacular.

On arrival, I went to my room and it wasn't anywhere near being complete. (cleaning still in progress) Sent to another room. Large black hair in the shower, cheek/hand prints on window. Windowsills and tv were quite dusty. No English breakfast tea available on the tea/coffee station, as all was either coffee or herbal teas. At first glance the place was wonderful but did need some improvements as its alot of money to spend on a hotel room.

I assume that the plan for this hotel is to offer facilities for those who need longer stays: they need more living space and don’t want to eat out every night. As a cross between a hotel and an apartment, it works very well. While the hotel is on its introductory rates, it represents outstanding value. Breakfast was excellent, staff impressive, room comfortable and large. Niggles were minor - the toilet flush required determination and a little too much light creeps around the edges of the curtains (though every hotel seems to have problems making rooms dark). Otherwise excellent.

Excellent hotel - super, spacious, quiet suite with a great view. Syed at Reception was very friendly and professional. The quality of toiletries was good. The location was excellent, as was the late check out and decor. The rotating TV is cool - never seen that before. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

It would've been nice to have had more interesting gluten-free and vegetarian options for breakfast, and better coffee, but we were well fed. We found the lights a bit of a hassle to turn off and on, and the A/C was either too cool or too warm, but now we're nitpicking. :-)

The hotel was great, very new and fresh. Our room was a suite, which we got at a very good price. Lovely king size bed, sofa, mini kitchen, fab bathroom and views of city. We tried the roof top bar, very nice, but the music was far too loud.

The only downside was breakfast, we went down at 10am, and there were 30 people waiting for a table dotted around the area. So we left. The hotel will need to sort this out, if they are offering breakfast they need to be able to cater for it. But apart from that would definitely recommend.

Great location , lovely rooms

Once the few teething problems are sorted I’m sure this will be a great place ,in fairness we did get the room at a fantastic rate but few annoying things - the cups provided in the rooms don’t fit under the coffee machine rendering it useless and very surprised that the rooftop bar didn’t have the ingredients for the first few cocktails we chose - it was a Wednesday night it’s a relatively short cocktail list , surely a bar should be able organise stock

Room was large and bed/pillows very comfortable. Good location close to the station.

The room had missing facilities: no hairdryer, rubbish bins, and cutlery. I understand housekeeping services had recently changed providers but I would assume rooms should be checked prior to guests arriving. I had to ask twice before receiving missing items. Room had dust on floor and surfaces. Phone was in room but was not connected.
