The location was perfect for walking to anywhere in the city centre plenty of bars restaurants and shops nearby .Our room was lovely and had everything you could possibly need the view was great we could see all over Leeds there are four big lifts so you could always get one and every where was spotlessly clean will definitely stay again.

Our first morning at breakfast nothing was labelled so you had to guess or ask a member of staff what you were getting unless it was obvious but the worst thing about breakfast was it’s served in I think cast iron tureens that you can’t see in I’m sure the designer thought they looked good but even the second day when they had labelled things it still wasn’t clear and the lids are so so heavy I struggled to pick them up totally ridiculous to have on a buffet it’s a shame because the breakfast food was really nice.

The room was superb! Rotating tv, big comfy bed, great shower room, small kitchenette…. The staff were amazing - really friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the fantastic roof terrace restaurant and bar. The only downsides were that one night some people on my floor were really loud about 1.15 am. On the Sunday there was a huge queue for breakfast and checkout. They could do with a key drop. The dishwasher also came up with an error when I tried to set it, plus I couldn’t work the climate control in the room. I’m sure the lovely staff would have helped with all of the issues if I’d asked. Thank you.

Lovely new hotel. Friendly diverse staff which is essential. Our king suite was fantastic. Location perfect.

The lighting switch circuits in the rooms is terrible! To use lights by beds you have to have the lights on in the kitchen area. We spent ages trying to work out what switch to press to get certain lights to work but the circuits are terrible. Whoever set up the room lighting switches should be FIRED! Also the air con was set to 18.5c when I turned it up to 20.5 ( as we were freezing) it immediately just went back to 18.5 again As it could not be used we just had to switch it off. I'm assuming this was set up by the same electricians!!!

Location excellent close to train station and bus stops. We used Uber to travel, cost very reasonable. We had a large room with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery, dishes and glasses, ironing board & iron. Super comfortable king size bed. Shower and toiletries and towels were very good. Staff were all very friendly, special mention for Lucy who chatted to us.Breakfast was excellent.

The coffee machine in our room didn’t work properly. We reported it to reception but it was not fixed. There was a kettle so we used that. The shower tray was slippy. We asked for a non- slip mat and that was delivered.

Rooms were amazing, lots of space and smart bathroom. Loved the personalized welcome message on the TV on arrival. Mini Kitchenette was very useful.

Lights were difficult to work out. Would liked handwash in the bathroom and not a mini bar of soap. Toilet brush is always useful. Parking very expensive even with the discount. Adjoining rooms very helpful. Had another family member on another floor but key card in the lifts did not allow access to their floor which was annoying. Checking in was time consuming, I have not needed to wait so long in any other hotel, more staff would have been helpful on reception.

I stayed in the king studio. The kitchenet was small yet functional, with a full size fridge, small dishwasher and sink, along with all the necessary pots, pans, crookery and cutlery. The lounge area was perfectly formed and the swiveling 60odd inch TV was a touch when you wanted to retire to bed. The wardrove and drawers offered ample space for I a weeks stay, with the iron and board coming in handy. There is also a safe I didn't need but good to have. The bathroom was spotless and stylish. The hotel is brand new which adds to the cleanliness and fresh feel. I had no idea it had a rooftop bar which is stunning, the food, whilst I didn't have any looked delicious and the selection of drinks, which i did sample was ample. The open roof section, whilst a bit breezy on the days I was there offers fantastic views of the city at both ends of the hotel. Breakfast in the double heighted restaurant down stairs, was ample and delicious offering both continental and cooked English. AMAZING sunset views & a Great Location! I'll definitely be back.

There are no windows that open, so you are confined to consuming aircon for the entire time you're in the room. I'm not sure if its new regulations but not having a window that opens for an element of fresh air in a newly built hotel feels like a missed opportunity. As mentioned the hotel is VERY new so this meant there were a few tweaks required, the dishwasher for instance wasn't plumbed in from what I could tell and the crookery and cutlery needed cleaning (which I'd do anyway) but it was straight out of the shop with some items that still had stickers on. The light in the bathroom is automatic and you can't turn it off, so in the middle of the night its a bit of a pain. Wouldn't stop me from returning though.

This is a new venue in Central Leeds, 5 minutes from the Station. It offers a basic apartment-type set-up, or one can book a hotel room. We had an apartment, so we had a kitchen, fridge, hob and dishwasher. The towels were fluffy, white, and everywhere spotlessly clean. The large TV swivels, allowing you to watch in bed or the lounge area. With good internet speed and more, you can also stream from your tablet or laptop. Excellent breakfast and great staff throughout!

Whilst washing-up liquid was provided, there were no dishwasher tablets, tea towels, or basic kitchen condiments for cooking. So it's more a place to eat food that's been delivered, rather than cooking for yourself. Just four Nespresso pods (including a decaf one), which was fine for a weekend.

Easy to find, and good location with parking nearby and a super market literally up the road. Nice restaurant next door but need to book in advance. The room was a great size, with a fully working kitchen. Nothing bad about the hotel itself.

Was advised we’d get late checkout being a Hyatt member and then the next morning, someone tried to enter the room. - I’m assuming it was housekeeping not realising we weren’t supposed to checkout till later - we called reception who advised that they couldn’t honour late checkout due to the hotel being booked but they could give us an hour extra to get ourselves sorted which was a bit annoying but better than being kicked out immediately.

Liked this hotel a lot. Location is superbly handy, literally 5 mins from station main entrance once you've found the best route (via rainbow steps). Don't be put off by proximity to railway, the soundproof glazing is excellent. Great air con which switches automatically to heating or cooling. Loved the kitchenette complete with Nespresso machine, utensils, toaster etc etc. Generous hanging space and non-claustrophobic bathroom. Enjoyable breakfast good with superb cooked foods and coffee despite coming from a self-service buffet and coffee machine. Uncommonly friendly and helpfully-minded staff.

New hotel with staff still learning the ropes, therefore some teething troubles, mostly minor, all willingly and reasonably efficiently put right. Bathroom ventilation wasn't very effective.
