Spacious rooms throughout the apartment with everything you need in a home from home. Quiet area. Suited us perfectly. Staff were great when we couldn't find and then access the property.

There is no 'reception' You need to go to the back to the car park, walk inside and find a wall with key safes. Ours wouldn't open so we called up and they had to send someone over to help. They couldn't open it either. Basically the whole place needs some signage. The entrance through the back would benefit from being lit up, having a coffee machine and a vending machine and some general information.

Our 2 bed apartment was very comfortable and perfect base for our 6 night New Year trip to Leeds. We had the en-suite and our son used the other double bedroom plus family bathroom, so plenty room for everyone. Queen beds very comfortable too. We’d highly recommend and definitely use Roomzzz again.

The cooking and crockery provided was bit sparse. No shelves found inside the oven so not easy to cook a family meal or use the grill which we would’ve liked. Also, no recycling option for waste collection which speaks poorly of your “green” credentials. Please do consider adding this across your estate.

Unfortunately I left a wash bag in the bathroom. I called Roomz as soon as I got home (Birmingham) and was informed that I would receive a call if the items were found. They were found - brilliant!! What wasn't so good whilst I offered to send the relevant sum to cover the postage if they could be sent to me, I was told that this wás impossible, but I could return to Leeds to collect them in person - not very helpful. This put a bit of a dampener on the weekend.

Lovely spacious Appartment. Balcony and large opening windows were great on the warm days that we were there. Plenty of parking nearby and a short walk to some interesting restaurants. Sitting room was lovely.

We couldn't find a remote control for the main TV ... but didn't use this because we had lots of other things to do. There was only a sofa in the main room rather than a sofa and a comfy chair in the picture. Not quite enough to seat us all.

Excellent location for bus route into and out of Leeds as we travelled to Leeds on the train. Bus stop right outside the accommodation on bus route 50/50a/49 (Talbot Rise). Easy card key pick up at sister hotel reception. Beds were comfy. The flat was clean and well equipped. Spacious living accommodation. Nice selection of teas and coffee provided on our arrival.

Picking up the card key from the sister accommodation was easy but it did involve getting off the bus then walking 15minutes to our accommodation. I could have got on another bus but chose to walk. Road traffic noise as we were on the road side of the building meant we couldn't leave our window open at night. Bed side lights were to dim (hard for reading) and high up and couldn't be switched off from bed!

It was quiet, clean and the bed was super comfy. I was able to cook several meals in the accommodation, as well as wash my clothing.

The washer/dryer was all-in-one. The dryer did not work properly. After 3 hours, my clothing still was only steamed as opposed to being dry. I would’ve like if there was some type of surface cleaner in the kitchen so I could wipe down the stovetop after cooking or even kitchen roll. Also, you have to go to a different Roomzzz property to checkin and retrieve keys.

This was a great apartment and had everything we needed. Free parking onsite was an essential for this trip and that was well provided here.

I didn't realise until getting check-in instructions a few days before that the site is totally unstaffed -it wasn't a problem for this trip but in other situations I might have made different choices. The email did promise coffee and croissant available in the morning but no sign of that!

Free secure parking, 2 separate double rooms with one being en suite. Fully equipped, we had everything we needed, including a dishwasher & washing machine. Friendly a very helpful member of staff (Steve) at sister property where we picked up are keys.

For some reason, the lift would only go up & not down! Also, hot water is from a tank, so with there being 4 of us, we had to be mindful of how long we spent in the shower. Tip be the first to shower 😂

Good location, comfortable bed, clean, spacious, met our requirements.

We had to collect the keys from another branch, we were unable to take advantage of the free coffee and croissant on offer as it was at the other accommodation. There was no bedside light or a light switch at the bed so had to wander about in the dark once the light was off. Could have done with some cushions on the sofa to make it more comfortable.
