Spacious, clean.and quite. Great front desk staff. They try their best to make their guests feel comfortable. Good value for the money. Example, there was no AC in the room and it was really hot for two days. The hotel staff gave me an extra fan to make me feel comfortable.

I was travelling from out of the country for a short visit. I think the hotel houses migrants seeking asylum. Saw them in the reception whenever I went in and out. Those folks asked me where I was from, religion, etc. Which I thought was a bit awkward.

The room was super clean and was equip with pretty much everything we would need over the 2 day stay. Was impressed there was also a washing machine in the room - you don't usually find that! Also thought it was a really nice touch that there was complementary croissants in the morning. The bathroom was fab - clean and fresh with plenty of towels and stocked with toiletries.

Only complaint was the coffee in the room. The sachets weren't very nice and ended up not drinking them. Better quality coffee would have made the stay perfect but other than this i have no complaints :)

Nice spacious room, good size bed. Had everything we needed for the weekend! Shower had nice water pressure and the water was nice and hot. Plenty of plug sockets around the room too.

Bed was a little bit harder compaired to what im used to, but thats down to personal preference. Tv could do with updating rather than having basic freeview Tv, most places i've stayed recentley either have access to Sky or some form of streaming that you can connect to via your mobile phone. A fair walk away from the town centre. But plenty of option to use to get into town.

Not sure why there's negative reviews of this place, honestly first time staying in Leeds on my own and honestly it was fantastic! Staff were lovely and the apartment was spotless! Highly recommend especially for the money too it's well worth it! There's a dominos next door and a co-op just down the road. It's about a 20 mins walk from the train station which you can ethier walk or get a taxi. The only cons I would say are: - Extractor Fan in shower didn't work - Walls are a bit thin as in you can hear people above you - The lift you have to get is super squeaky and feels a bit unstable Other than the small amount of cons I can assure you I will be returning back here when I do come back to Leeds again!

We stayed here for a gig at Project House as we noticed it wasn't in the heart of the city centre. I would recommend as it's only around a 15 minute walk either way and felt safe enough. It is roughly half an hour walk from the city centre so I do recommend a bus or taxi to get there, we used Uber and found it helpful! About a 10 minute drive either way. The room was very spacious and great for the price! Very clean, very comfy beds. Lovely vegan croissants were prepared for us in the morning complimentary of our stay, and we had coffee each. The little shop downstairs is great too if you're in a pinch. Having a Dominoes next door is also useful as well as a restaurant. We will stay again if we are going to Project House

I liked everything - it's a bit out of town but that gave me a good 20-25 minute walk to the center twice a day (buses were running but I prefer to walk). Good little market on the next block and great new coffee shop next door (free coffee at the hotel but I'm a decaf person). Big room, quiet when the windows were closed (surrounded by student dorms). Reasonably comfortable on humid days.

Leeds was more humid than I expected , so I'd prefer air conditioning but I understand it's available at other Roomz hotels. Otherwise, I was perfectly happy.

Value for money - Roomz hits the mark. Friendly staff, good sized rooms with facilities that you can basically look after yourself. Close enough to the city centre for a short taxi ride. Croissants and coffee for breakfast if you like. Need to publicise the car park only has 9 spaces, but large surface car park across the road. Suggest you head towards the city centre rather than the opposite direction as it becomes a different environment. Dominos, Indian restaurant and an off license within 50 yards

Space in the car park would have been a plus as it’s secure

I was studying a course at the National Film and Television School, which is literally across the road, the location is ideal for this. The bus to the City Centre runs frequently from around 200yds away. There's a range of food options nearby: branches of Co-Op and Tesco, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, Domino's. The room has a small kitchenette area with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and plenty of crockery, etc. Free filter coffee and croissants each morning.

Lack of coffee in room. It would be nice to have it replenished on a daily basis, even if room service aren't due to service the room.

Clean, comfortable and fantastic kitchen facilities - multiple pans and a full four-ring hob. There was even a washing machine. Very quiet, despite there being several large groups staying - the staff are obviously good at separating the party animals and those who love sleep! The location was slightly away from the city centre in a student area, but the main shopping area was only 20-25 minutes walk. There was a well-stocked Co-op just down the road (the Tesco Express in the other direction is best avoided if you need anything other than an off-licence).

My main complaint would be that there was only one chair at the table, despite there being plenty of room and all other facilities being for two people. Also, the room was very hot - happily there was an opening window, which helped a bit. There wasn't a gluten-free breakfast option, but we had brought our own food anyway.

-Easy to walk to from Leeds train station -Just a straight line walk into the city centre, impossible to get lost. -Lots of room inside. -Room service was good, didn't even know they had been in my room until i noticed the sink was cleaner. -good sized shower. i am 6'3 and had good room. -Helpful staff, when i arrived my 1st room didn't have a microwave, it was very easy to get a different room.

-1st night my pillows were very uncomfortable, i doubt even Mike Tyson could have softened those bad boys up. However room service replaced them whilst i was out and my 2nd night was much more comfortable. So i'll just put it down to bad luck that i had bad pillows for 1 night. -There was a strange purple stain on 1 of the surfaces. I couldn't remove it and i presume the cleaners couldn't either, no matter how hard they tried.
