Very lovely stay at Kettle house, Natalie could not have been more helpful during our visit with finding us interesting local attractions and catering for all of our needs. The house is beautifully presented and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and the dining area was very appealing. Could not recommend this accommodation enough, do your self a favour and book here..

. This is a Australian thing, but we struggled with the long daylight hours, total block out curtains would have helped our sleep patterns

I met Natalie at the front door and she was so friendly. Gave me all the details which I was pleased to hear. I was at breakfast that morning and withing a minute Natalie was getting me a cuppa and shortly after I had a delicious feed that I certainly wasnt going to ask for more. My only problem was that I was going to thank her as I was about to leave, but I didnt want to get into any others required breakfast needs w So Natalie, my sincere apologies. Hopefully I can get back to blighty again and have another lovely breakfast.

We had a great stay here - above and beyond our expectations! Our room was so spacious with lovely personal touches as well as a handy little fridge. Comfortable bed and everything was really nice and clean too. The garden and grounds were so beautiful, would've been lovely to sit and enjoy them (rain made it less appealing to sit out). The breakfast was so good too, really lovely selection of continental to start and a great selection of cooked/hot food. Honestly just so happy with it all!

Everything! Beautifully situated, obviously whoever tended the grounds has vision, a wymsical and fun place to be. Room (very comfortable bed) and bathroom takes it further- door stop! Breakfast served by Natalie the lovely owner was tasty and plentiful. The only downside was we only stayed one night. The photographs don't do the place justice, I'm almost reluctant to reveal what a thoroughly enjoyable stay my wife (Her hubby writing this) and I had, as we will definitely come again and don't want it fully booked.

very clean, warm and comfortable, beds and shower fantastic! absolutely amazing breakfast with lots of choices and good quality ingrediants. Natalie (host) was so friendly and helpful. came with my friend and a whole room to ourselves and ensuit shower was only 10 pounds more than a hostel in Fort augustus, so couldn't believe how good value it was for the luxury stay we had! Nice little touches like galaxy hot chocolate and cupcakes In room were lovely aswell.

Absolutely lovely, check in was so easy (self check-in) were able to arrive earlier too. Natalie is an amazing hostess, so friendly and effortless. Lovely little cake in the room on arrival, breakfast absolutely outstanding so much choice and really well cooked. Fantastic location for Fort Augustus and Loch Ness. My first EVER stay in a B&B and if we ever return will absolutely stay again, and will recommend highly to others!

Amazing lodging in a secluded whimsical fairy like picturesque garden setting. The proprietors Natalie and Mark couldn’t have been nicer. The location is about a mile from the locks at Fort Augustus but well worth the walk. After a very long day of hiking and quite hungry we were so happy to have arrived. Natalie was so ingratiating as she pulled together an impromptu healthy lunch of soup and salad. Since my daughter was a bit under the weather we also benefited by a very tasty dinner offering too. Our room was bright and cheery and most comfortable enabling a restful sleep. We additionally benefited from laundry services and a breakfast selection that was scrumptious. I travel quite a bit and must say this accommodation and service was one of the best experiences I have ever received from a B & B lodging.

The location is fantastic. So quiet . The room was lovely. It had tea and coffee making facilities. Proper milk in a little fridge. The lights above the bed were great. Breakfast was amazing. Natalie was very friendly and so helpful.

The only down side was that the shower tray was quiet slippery. I had to sit down on the floor to take my shower. The bed was a bit squeaky when you moved in the night so it woke you up.

What a pleasant surprise! When I entered the Kettle House building, I thought I was entering Noddy's shop, everything was so beautiful and pleasant. It was very peaceful, with only the sound of rain and birdsong. Thank you, Natalie, for your kindness and for the excellent stay you provided us with, as well as the delicious breakfast.

Natalie and Mark were fantastic hosts; warm, welcoming, and kind. The room was spacious and spotless with the en-suite featuring a gorgeous shower which was a perfect way to both warm and relax after a blowy trip seeing Nessie out on the loch. Breakfast was to die for and we frequently overendulged. The selection on offer catered for all tastes and appetites; we never left in the morning feeling hungry or disappointed. The location is pretty much perfect - we spent 4.days on the loch, at Inverness, at Ben Nevis, Fort William and over towards Oban. Depending on how much you like driving there is loads to see and the Kettle House made a fantastic starting point for every day's adventures. We would definitely recommend this and look forward to coming back when we can get a week away in the future.
