The first night was so lovely and peaceful, a good way to camp for my friend and i as that's not something we would normally do. We stayed in the elite pod which is all we needed and nice, but if we come back we will try the side facing pods that have bedrooms as they look very nice The lady that works there is so helpful and friendly ☺️ she made the difference to our trip.

We ended up next to the kids play area which for us ( with no young children) was not great as we just wanted the peace as we were there for a funeral. But that's all as everything else was good. I didn't realise that you needed to take your own towels and wash up cloths so don't forget

A very nice modern lodge building with a very large kitchen/dining/lounge area. Very clean and good equipment. Excellent WiFi (95Mbps). The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

No towels or shampoo/soap/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets/hair dryer were provided (despite towels being shown as included in the Booking.com listing). They were available to buy/rent at the shop, but for a room that wasn't cheap I'd have expected at least some of these to be there. We also had some problems with the door lock. Sometimes, despite turning it fully, the lock did not engage properly and the door was left unlocked without us realising. Once we'd identified the issue, we knew to double check that the door was locked, but clearly there is a problem with the lock mechanism. The staff were extremely helpful with this problem, including checking CCTV to see if anyone had tried to enter our lodge when it was inadvertently left unlocked - no-one had.

I have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. I have stayed in an elite pod and a cabin. I do prefer the cabin as it is just bigger with more facilities, but the pod is also great and has everything you need. Most recently I stayed with some family to celebrate my Dads birthday (he lives just down the road which makes the place even more ideal) and everyone loved it. The site has a little shop with all the essentials and local produce. It's just off the A47 which makes it easy to access but you don't get any noise from traffic. Can't wait to stay again!

Our meet and greet lady was lovely. Lodge was spacious and clean and fairly private. Nice mature shrubs everywhere. Easy to find.

Lodges could have been a bit further apart from the others as a few neighbours were a bit noisy but absolutely respected the 10pm "curfew"😊 Unfortunately the large rubbish bin area for the lodge park was full and right outside the window of the main bathroom of our lodge which was quite smelly! Outside patio area needed a bit of a clean/ sweep down. Pillows in one twin bedroom need replacing as quite uncomfortable. But over all a lovely place to stay and unwind....

Friendly jolly welcome, helpful staff, clean lodge. Had everything you needed.

Lodge 15 was on the entrance road and people do not stick to the 5 mph limit, so we could not use the veranda as you got covered in clouds of road dust, as did the outside table and chairs, this also meant that we had to keep the windows closed. Perhaps spend a little more money and replace the grey stones with tarmac in this area. There were no instruction manuals for the microwave, oven or hob which would have been very useful. The shower head in the on suite shower did not fit in the holder very well and the bathroom cabinet light did nor work as the wiring was split.

This was our first stay in a pod, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space that we had. The bathroom was very nice, particularly liked the shower, modern and efficient. The kitchenette was very well equipped and though it lacked a conventional oven it had a very good microwave oven with grill. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was very convenient for access to Kings Lynn and the coast. Would Definitely stay again.

When we arrived there were no towels supplied, but on going to reception they did find us two towels. Some might find the refrigerator annoying at night as it makes a humming noise and is very close to the bed. That's it.

We stayed in a side pod and it was lovely. Lots of space, beds were comfortable, very light and airy. The park was very quiet, which with 2 young children is needed. We were right by the park which kept the children entertained. There's a well stocked shop on site, which was handy as we arrived later.

The only thing I missed was a toaster 🤦‍♀️ just handy with children, but there is a grill so it's not the end of the world. It would also have been nice to have a little table and a couple of chairs on the decking, as the weather was nice.

We were having a family reunion with folks from three different continents! The location really enabled our stay and allowed us to have a wonderful time! Super location. out of town, but close enough to get to anything one needed. Good rail connection (some of the family arrived by train). The site is beautifully maintained and managed. We booked four chalets (two and three bedrooms) and all of them were excellently appointed. The adjoining caravan/camp-site was also well laid out and nicely kept. There was a small playground for the youngsters and the shop/office was open till quite late with everything needed for "emergencies" like more biscuits, chocolates, milk and bread! All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly (especially the lovely lady at the office who's name I didn't get but she checked us in and out and we met her quite a few times during the week).

The "information" room needs a serious tidying up and redoing - or repurposing. Clearer signage on the bins - Recycling/general/bottles etc. There are signs on some of them, but on some the signs have worn off.

The Elite pod was mostly very clean and ideal for a solo traveller. The lighting was good and there was a generous supply of power point including ports for USBs. The shower was a good size and the water pressure was excellent. The site is tidy and well cared for and the pods are located in a peaceful section.

There was virtually no storage, which could be a problem if 4 people were staying in the pod. A powerpoint beside the bed would have been useful.

Nicely furnished 2 bed pod that we stayed in for 2 nights as we attended a family wedding. 5 people in total. 3 adults and 2 children. 2 single beds, 1 double and double sofa bed. Nice park with friendly staff. My 2 granddaughters loved it. They thought it was an igloo. It was lovely and warm. Nice little shop on site plus a playpark for kids. Lots of coloured lights around the park and looked like Christmas. Plenty of shopping just up the road will plenty of eating places. Will definitely stay again.

Could do with some hand wash and a cleaning cloth. Double bed a bit hard for my liking. Needed maybe some hooks in bathroom and bedrooms. Outside lighting didn't work so was a bit dark when we arrived back late.
