Check in and parking instructructions sent by Helen were very clear and ensured we were able to get parked and into the room with absolutely no hassle. The room itself was excellent with all facilities as described. We didn't use the kitchen but it was very well equipped and would have been very useful had we needed it. It was only a short (less than 10 minutes) walk into the centre so the location was perfect.

The very steep stairs from the room down into the bathroom came as a bit of a shock and a little warning about it would have been useful.

Spacious clean room with a nice modern touch. The bed was firm and comfortable. We had rooms with the shared bathroom a few floors up. It worked perfectly well. Our 2 X room were sharing with one other room but it wasn't a problem. Outdoor area was welcome with the nice weather and a drink before going into town. Kitchen had everything we needed. A well run set up and we'd stay again definitely.

Perhaps some recycling bins for bottles & tins. We couldn't find one in the property but we may have missed them.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants n the town centre. Next to a mini mart, great for drinks n snacks. Room was nice and cosy. Bed was very comfortable, had coffee n tea provided plus we had a small fridge which kept our drinks nice n cold. Ensuite bathrm facilities was great. Especially like the nice towels provided. Can't really complain much about the room. Would recommend this accomodation.

Downside was even though the location was great, it can get noisey as it is on a busy road. Front main door can get a bit stuck at times, one has to push really hard to open.

It was easy to find and we were pleased that there was dedicated parking. We had a nice room at the rear of the house, with a good sized bathroom and an efficient, easy to use shower. During the recent hot weather it was great to have the small fridge in which the host had thoughtfully left two bottles of filtered water which we were able to fill up from the filter tap in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Brick Sage Rooms are conveniently located a short walk from the town centre. Our room was at the back of the house on the second floor and was quiet, however there is a busy road to the front, but the noise did not carry to the back.There was a large, very well equipped shared kitchen and garden, which we did not avail of on this occasion. Wifi was excellent.

The duvet was much too heavy for the time of year, and we slept with only the cotton duvet cover. We had problem with tuning the television channels and could only get those channels we wanted by using the Iplayer or similar. As it was an old terrace house there were quite steep, narrow stairs, but these were not really a problem for us.

We had a wonderful stay with Bricksage rooms for a concert at Sandringham. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and hairdryer were a lovely bonus. Shared bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. Contact with Helen was brilliant, she pre sent all information needed on contactless check in and parking a couple of days before our stay. She also happily answered any questions I had. Thanks so much!

This was our second time at the Bricksage, and it won't be our last. The rooms are only 10min walk to the centre of town .lovely clean and comfortable. We didn't directly have face to face with 'staff' ,but a little problem was solved immediately after messaging. There is everything that's needed in the rooms , far more than expected. Very tastefully decorated ,the whole run of bricksage was very organised and informative. Which made me feel relaxed .

The room was gorgeous, the bed was extremely comfortable, the towels were generously sized. It was great to have access to a kitchen and having a fridge in the room was a bonus. Having refillable bottles of water in the room was appreciated too.

Next time I'll go for an ensuite bathroom as I wasn't keen on using a shared one, despite having chosen that option (only myself to blame!). Having said that, the shared one was a lovely room with a nice bath and massive shower, which I thoroughly enjoyed using.

Great location close to city centre. Ease of access and security. Very nicely decorated room with lovely furnishings. Tea and coffee making available in room. Home comforts including electric blanket and hairdryer and mini fridge. Great communication from host.

Room too hot because at the top of the building. Television too far away from the bed to be able to watch it. A bit noisy - cars on main road outside, probably OK in winter when the window could be closed.

We did our own breakfast so no comment. The location was excellent only a five minute walk to the centre of King's Lynn so no need to drive the car. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a shared kitchen which had everything you would need to cook a meal.

Only two small points. Firstly, the shaver socket in the bathroom didn't work, (I understand that is being look at). It didn’t bother me as I bought my own shaver plug. Secondly, the TV in the room was appears to be only tuned in to the BBC, Sky, & Netflix, again this didn’t bother us but it might for a sports fan. Other than that everything was brilliant.

Great location to explore historical kings lynn. Would also be a great stop over if on business in town. Not far from west and north norfolk coast. Clean and free parking around corner was convenient. Shared Kitchen and garden is excellent

No coffee sachets, but sure it was just an oversight, there was everything else you needed and more
