Room was nice. Breakfast was superb. Dinner was good. Surroundings exceptional . Staff were nice

The young staff were nice, but could maybe be trained up a little on customer service. Example: My wife and I were eating in the bar area near the back door. It was very hot so we were getting bothered by flies. We asked to move nearer the bar , which was granted. We proceeded to move and the young lads just stood and watched us lifting , plates , cutlery, wine glasses and a bottle of wine. It was a bit strange. A little bit of assistance would have been appreciated. Apart from that, the staff were all nice

From the perspective of a travelling worker The Feathers stands out as a Rare treat! From the well travelled and understanding owner to the Fabulous staff, I can't commend this venue more! The comfortable and beautiful room has been serviced each day to the highest standard I've seen. Each member of staff in turn has been courteous and keen to help. The extensive menu offers a variety of culinary delights to ensure everyone's taste is catered for. I feel I've been given the same attention as a solo customer that a table of 6 might ask for, and have seen it in action each night in the interesting, quaint and historical bar and lounge that the Feathers obviously takes great pride in. A warm fire on cold nights, a fantastic night's sleep, and if you're up early, a delicious goody bag in breakfasts place to take away. My genuine thanks to all involved for a 10 out of 10 experience.

The Feathers has all bases covered to surely keep this section almost empty. Perhaps an upgrade to the shower? But otherwise zero complaints.

Lovely clean and spacious. Perfect little gateway good size in bathroom kitchen and bedrooms. They had water complementary water bottles in the fridge for us. Plates, washing up liquid, sponge, cups, tea and coffee and lovely complementary bathroom bits. Beds were very comfy and they even put some books and a night light for my little boy. Breakfast was lovely we bad a full English. All staff were very nice.

Nine of us had a fantastic time at the Feathers. The breakfasts are brilliant good quality produce and lots of it, with a massive choice, 2 eggs, sausages, tomatoes - huge, mushrooms, hash browns, baked beans, fried bread and more. Plus cereals and toast, no need for lunch. Dinner was the same huge choice of meals with really good quality ingredients. Terrific range of draught beers, wines and spirits. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and well appointed, tea and coffee, plus bottled water.

Nothing, John the landlord, knew exactly what we wanted. The perfect host!

The room was exceptionally clean which is more important to me than anything else, a little dated and worn but fine for one night, no wardrobe only draws again ok for one night. Staff were friendly, the pub itself is obviously central to the community with a nice relaxing atmosphere, dog friendly. Evening meal was ok, breakfast was lovely. Tea and coffee facilities in room with bottled water. Location to visit Sandringham is literally 2 mins away by car.

All good, nothing negative.

We were looking for a relaxing break and this property met our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food & drink were excellent quality and value for money. Breakfast was cooked to order & very tasty. Quality local produce! Within walking distance to Sandringham too! Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. Thanks to everyone who made our stay enjoyable!

Nothing. Everything was good & we would definitely stay here again & recommend to others!

Got a really warm welcome from Megan on our arrival. She also helped us take luggage up to our rooms. And during our 1st evening there, she was on hand to get drinks, take food orders. And she was very chatty & friendly. Megan is a real asset to The Feathers. Food was very good, great variety of choice on the menu,s. Breakfast was also very good. Will most certainly book to stay again. And would recommend Hotel to friends & family.

Bed was a bit on the firm side for us. But we all know its hard to please everyone . And water from hot taps was not overly hot.

The Feathers was a great place to stay. I went with my husband and child, comfortable, spacious family room for our needs. Small but efficient bathroom room space. Towels lovely and fluffy and there were bathroom products too! Didn’t expect those in an Inn. Cooked breakfast was huge and a challenge to finish. Good selection of continental breakfast items too. Fab location if you’re visiting Sandringham estate for shows etc or the Norfolk coast for day trips.

I must admit I’d be nit picking to find anything I wasn’t happy with from our stay to be honest.

A friendly welcome on check in was warming after a long time I spent travelling. Staff were attentive and the reception and bar area was clean. Nice touch been shown to my room in person and I was clearly told the dining times and facilities. My room was comfortable with lovely garden views and a T.v as well as coffee making facilities which all worked well.

I really enjoyed my stay overall but if I had to give a point of improvement I would say the breakfast service was alittle abrupt and staff could have been more welcoming and smiled. It was just alittle frosty however everyone generally were fantastic.

The location was easy to find, beautiful location and staff were very welcoming. The room itself was nice and clean, with a little mold on the top of the shower. The shower was in the room in an alcove (where you would expect a built in wardrobe) away from the rest of the en-suite. This isn't a criticism it was just unusual to have the room layout like that. The people we exceptionally lovely and the food was perfect, we had dinner and breakfast here.

There were only niggly things but not really negatives just personal preferences. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and we could feel all the springs around the edges but in the centre we both had little support and felt the bed base. We were only there for one night so it was fine for the night.
