The breakfast option was vast & the food quality was exceptional. The location was sublime & the hosts were so friendly, informative & extremely accommodating. It is so refreshing for an accommodation & hosts exceed ones expectations. It's a truly idyllic property with exceptional, truly caring hosts. We cannot wait to come back & engage in more conversations. They make you feel welcome & offer you true relaxation. The Animal Care sanctuary is a bonus. Everything from arrival to our departure was excellent.

Absolutely nothing. It was a phenomenal place to stay, the only negative was that we didn't book a longer stay.

I had a bit of difficulty using the shower and climbing the stairs. I should have booked earlier and secured a room lower down. My fault entirely.

Welcoming hosts, excellent facilities and great location for access to the Sandrigan estate, coast and north Norfolk. A pleasure to be able to stroll across the 35 acres of the property. Excellent eateries in the area.

Very pretty traditional farmhouse on a working farm . Very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfasts were delicious . Was lovely being taken round the farm to see all the animals by Neil. Would definitely return .

Very friendly and helpful hosts, very good quality food for breakfast cooked really well. Comfortable room, very clean. Ideal location to unwind nice trees and outside seating to relax in the fresh air, and animals to see on the farm.

Location by a busy main A road was a bit noisy but only because the window needed to be left open at night due to the intense heat when we stayed. The TV did not work due to no aerial signal but we did not mind at all as we were outside most of the time, no desire to watch TV.

Very friendly hosts. Especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast- gluten free option available. It was nice to have the lounge available in the evening. Good location for the Heritage Concerts at Sandringham. A few nice pubs for evening meal within driving distance.

A beautiful stay , the house was just perfect and the hosts Lynn and Neil could not have been more accomodating. The breakfast was exceptional. A real hearty farmhouse full english, quality ingreadiants and all cooked when required. The room big , comftable and spotless. All in all a real gem could not have been more pleased.

The whole stay was excellent, Liz and Neil was great hosts, very friendly, everything was spotless,the breakfast was really nice thery offered everything possible, would highly recommend willow tree farm
