The accommodation is located down a long driveway, set in peaceful and tranquil surroundings, away from the main road. We received a warm and friendly welcome from one of the owners (Hugh). It was such a bonus to have plenty of parking right outside the accommodation. Our room was spacious with a very large, comfortable bed. The ensuite was a good size with a walk-in rainfall shower and good quality towels. We slept really well. Breakfast had the WOW factor and was brought into the bedroom at an agreed time by the charming owners themselves. All in all, a hidden gem with access to a pretty walled garden and miles of walking available through the deer park.

The location was really beautiful and we received such a warm welcome from the host throughout our stay. We were really made very welcome and comfortable. The room was comfortable with some luxuries. The breakfast was outstanding. Lovely home cooked breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. Helped by the lovely weather so we could eat in the garden.

The wasps at breakfast. The lack of affordable taxis in the area. The host helped us out himself which was super kind. It has been sometime since we could get away from home without the kids and this was the perfect getaway for us.

The location is perfect, within striking distance of the coast and right near The Dabbling Duck, The Duck at Stanhoe and The Ffolkes for food. A lovely view of the deer on fields when you wake up. Spacious well heated room, very comfy bed and incredibly clean. The hosts are exceptionally helpful both in person and over the phone/text. Our dog is slightly yappy at times and it did not bother them. The star of the show is the breakfast, amazing value, the homemade jams and honey are out of this world and as a bonus, it gets delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. Overall, excellent value and would stay again!

The property is in a perfect location with beautiful surroundings. The room is nicely decorated, clean and the bed is large and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and made with homegrown or local produce. There is also plenty of car parking space and peaceful outdoor areas to sit or roam. The village location is short walk to local pubs where you can dine and enjoy good quality food. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and guided us with good recommendations of things to do and places worth visiting.

The room was in a converted farm building, in a Deer Park, very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed and delicious breakfast brought to the room. Great location for biking the quiet country lanes and byways to Sandringham, Castle Rising, Castle Acre etc. near Peddlars way. The beautiful village of Gt. Massingham just down the Road. Wonderful hosts.

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. It’s a lovely location the room is beautiful and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming and allowed us to check in early which was brilliant. We had our breakfast brought to our room which was such a lovely treat ! High quality fresh produce and it was beautifully presented we even had their own homemade honey. 5 star accommodation and breakfast amazing value for money. I only wish we had been able to spend more time there !

First and foremost, Heidi our host is incredibly accommodating and flexible when it comes to check in times. She is an authentic lovely person who takes huge pride in delivering a fantastic experience when staying at hill farm b&b. The accommodation itself is cosy, modern and clean; and proved to be exceptional value for money during our stay in Massingham. The breakfast offered was delivered to our room exactly at the time agreed and tasted like high quality ingredients were used. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The property was simply amazing, it is set on such beautiful grounds with horses ,deer and not to mention the cute dog. The decoration inside the room is morden, clean and cannot be faulted. The beds are super comfortable and it was a great touch having the breakfast delivered to the room. We also loved the fact that the breakfast wasn’t your typical full English and had honey that was made on the farm aswell as home made jam, yogurt and fruit pots. It is situated just a 15/20minute walk from a small local town with a a lovely green, a small shop and a pub which serves food but is also about a 30minute drive from the nearest beach town which has the typical seaside town atmosphere if that’s what you are after. We will be recommending this place to everyone we know as the host was super attentive and also gave us local reccomendations.

Nothing - it was such a great stay

The location was beautiful and really peaceful and the host were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend to other people deffo. Seeing nature up close and personal as that was, was really great.

The being awoke by someone/something, walking up and down outside my room for five minute's or so, around two o'clock in the morning. To be honest, I did mention to Heidi and she did say a relative had come back about midnight, but this was deffo at the time I have mentioned above. Is it haunted, I don't know, but was another great experience if it was.

The room was modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. We walked through the field, with the deer and horses in (They're quite tame and came close), and down a quiet road into Massingham. We sat outside, with our dog, and had a lovely meal at The Dabbling Duck then took a stroll around the village. I'll very likely return again and this time remember to book breakfast. Very good value for money.
