We stayed in a separate annex which was on a split level with a shaded private patio . Nice, quirky furnishings and plenty of room . They provided a few breakfast treats for the morning. I wouldn’t say this was a hotel. As far as we could tell the only accommodation was in separate outbuildings and no reception or facilities as such .

Would have been nice to have the facilities of a small restaurant serving breakfast . But we were aware this was not an option before booking . One little thing, a couple of coat hangers in the room would be very helpful .

I didn't have the breakfast, but I did have fruit, pastry and muesli in the room when I got there. There was also a fridge with milk, water and a yogurt in. I loved the fact that it was just like the photos ( I stayed in cocoes one) I could sit on the sofa for the tv and to study which is the reason I went there. Sitting out on the balcony area listening to the church bells and the birds was fantastic. If its a quiet getaway you want then this is the place for you.

Not anything I can say that I didn't like, it sounds a bit kissy kissy but for the reason I booked the lace it was over and above what i thought it was going to be.

A beautiful property. Friendly and helpful staff who stayed later to welcome us on arrival. We had been double booked on a previous property which we stayed in for one night and had to relocate for the second and so pleased we went to Strattons, the decor in the room was stunning! It was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely continental breakfast left in the room for the next day which was perfect for our early start. A truly wonderful property

Our stay was perfect! We read the reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel is a little oasis of beauty, set in a little market town. Everything about the room, facilities and owners was perfect. We are already thinking about our next visit

We had a little difficulty finding the entrance but was pleasantly surprised when we navigated the narrow driveway. The courtyard is very welcoming. It was wonderful to hear so many birds singing who thankfully weren't put off by the beautiful pussycats wandering around and even better to see ducks on the High Street! The Opium Suite was very cosy and although breakfast wasn't included in our booking, pastries, fruit and yoghurt had been provided which was a lovely thought. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We will visit again.

Stayed in an absolutely beautiful studio apartment. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. Terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with homemade muffins left daily along with fresh fruit. Milk and yoghurt supplied. The piece de resistance, being the sliding door from the bath to the bedroom.

To Start, I think one of the most important things when arriving at a hotel is to be greeted with a smile. The smiles came in abundance on arrival at Stratton's. The biggest smile was on my face when I was delighted to hear that I had been upgraded to 'Print 2', a beautiful refurbished print works adjacent to the main hotel building which turned out to be an apartment. Not just an apartment but decorated with such creative style by mixing old and new, with literally everything you can ever need. Oh, I do have to mention, the bathroom floor was pebbles, I mean, it was like walking on a beach, and only glass separated the bath from the bedroom so you could enter it from either side.....Breakfast was vegetarian as requested, and yummy, and all the facilities were there too, 'Real Coffee", milk, fruit, and a yummy cake to enjoy in the evening, and not forgetting lastly, chilled water in the fridge...the list goes on..Can you tell I loved this place. Got to add, the main hotel building is the most beautiful building, and a lot larger that the photo's gave credit, and equally delightfully decorated in the most imaginative way, and it is set in the most beautiful landscaped garden, a mini oasis of calm in the middle of Swaffham..I shall definitely return, and for longer. Love!!!

We wanted someplace in the centre of Swaffham and Strattons is certainly that. We did not stay in the main house but in Cocoes 1, one of the buildings off the main courtyard. Our room was large, beautifully decorated, had a huge comfortable bed and a double ended freestanding bath. There is no bar or restaurant at Strattons but plenty options within easy walking distance. There is a small fridge in the room and you are supplied with milk, water, bagels, pastries, yoghurt, and fruit for breakfast. Tea and coffee are also supplied.

The most beautiful room! Everything was amazing. The host’s were very welcoming and friendly. There was a slight issue with the heating, but they ensured this was fixed immediately and brought us a bottle of Prosecco to make up for the slight inconvenience! The best nights stay! Will be returning :)

Breakfast wasn't actually included but the owners very kindly provided complimentary pastries, filled bagels, tea & coffee, milk and fruit for our stay which was lovely and something we were not expecting.

Very friendly and relaxed, we could come and go as we pleased and the room was spotless and vey comfortable. The location is absolutely lovely and we enjoyed our staff, we would book with Stratton's again in the future, so highly recommended.
