The location of the apartment was so convenient--a quick walk to the bus station, a few minutes walk to the train. I flew from USA to London and easily managed via public transportation to arrive in King's Lynn and walk though a lovely neighborhood and downtown shopping area to Tuesday Marketplace. There are multiple restaurants and pubs in the area, places for takeaway, and many shops including a Mark's and Spencers with a grocery department that allowed me to cook most of my meals the entire stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, the app that the property used was very user friendly. The kitchen was spotless and wonderful to use, proper dishes and silverware, cooking pots and pans, etc. The dishwasher was a life saver! I absolutely plan to stay here again.

It happened to be summer time in England and it was a very hot few days. I had only one working fan, and although the windows opened, they tilted in and had no screen, so some bugs did manage to find their way in the room. However, it wasn't much of a bother to me and I understand England usually does not have such warm summers. I also think some additional toiletries, such as extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels would have been nice, but I easily picked some up from the shops down town.

Location was nice. Apartment was clean. Tastefully furnished and decorated. Apartment had a fridge / freezer. Very handy in a heatwave!

Window blinds let in too much light, especially early in the morning. Noise from Gulls, especially early in the morning. The cord for the lining room blind was broken / missing. This made it impossible to raise. The picture on the television was too big for the screen. This meant the edges of the picture were clipped off. Would have preferred a bath to a shower.

great large apartment with right in the centre of town, location could not be better! parking at the back of the building is £3.80/24hr don't worry about breakfast there is a Weatherspoons nearly next door.

had to call a central assistant (in Kent) to gain access to the building then walk through some communal reception area to a very temperamental lift then another code locked door finally to the flat door where the assistant had to give us the code to the locked key box by the door! all a bit of a faff and the whole building has the feeling that the rest is some kind of hostel

Well equipped, central, the heating was on when I arrived so it was warm and cozy. Very close to the high street, paid parking lot right outside the front of the apartment.

Quite noisy at night with I assume teenagers shouting in the corridors, doors slamming etc. No towel rail or hook in the bathroom.

In town centre very good location near town and local pubs... very clean and cosy apartment with everything thats needed beds made up and towels... car park across from the apartments after 5pm till 9am £2 over night.... during the day there is another carpark round the corner for about £3.80 all day..

Wasn't easy getting in touch with the owners to gain entrance to the apartment....should of received information on the morning never received had to message to ask.... couldn't get in to the main front entrance messaged owner was stood outside had no reply from owners till day after... luckily another couple helped us get in round the back or we would of had no where to stay the first night.....parking can be costly .

It was modern, clean and well decorated. For a small apartment it was comfortable and contained all we needed. It was important for us to cater for ourselves despite being in the midst of some fine local dining. We enjoyed walking along the quayside nearby and the public car park across the road was convenient and inexpensive.

Instructions on how to use the cooker would have been helpful - in the end Google resolved it. A full length mirror would have been appreciated - there's good wall space by the door for one. Black out blinds would be very useful as during the night the bedroom remains fairly light.

love the location, cleanliness, professionalism of staff. the property is perfect for me as a solo traveller and the price point is excellent.

nothing! the only thing I would say that there are a couple of small things the homeowner might want to check into at the property: - the freezer door won’t close properly due to ice build up. It’s probably costing them more in electricity and they may not be aware of it - some of the cutlery is falling apart. They are still usable but you have to hold them together to eat properly 😊 like I said, these issues did not affect the quality of my stay at all! loved it and hope to be back next time I’m in the area.

After booking through booking.com, Oracle requested forms be filled out. A 40-pound cleaning fee is charged two days before check-in, and final entry instructions are sent the day of arrival. Easy entry. I appreciated the personal communication with host/landlord, Alex. He messaged the morning after Night 1 to ask if all was well with the flat, and encouraged feedback when I mentioned I had a few suggestions. Apartment 1 (one-bedroom, shower room) is newly renovated, and appliances include a washing machine and small dishwasher. Small clothes-drying rack provided. Large sofa, TV, very good WiFi. This apartment has no view - just toward the blank wall opposite - no street noise, though. Liquid hand-soap and dish detergent are provided, but bring your own shampoo and body soap. Hair-dryer provided. Location is good. Ten or 15 minutes’ walk to the bus and train stations. Two doors away from the Corn Exchange cinema and theatre. Close to the pedestrianized shopping streets and the historic quarter. I would choose this place again.

Lack of a view.

The location was good, only a short walk to the shops and there were bars right outside the property. The apartment has a very modern style to it which was lovely. We did have slight trouble entering the property at first. But once we rung oracle, they helped us out immediately which was great.

The sofa bed sheets were a little stained

Excellent location, close to lots of nice attractions. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely. Host came round to introduce himself on the first day and pop a few bits in (hairdryer, dustpan and brush).

- Needed black out blinds. Blinds in place serve little to no purpose, especially when it starts getting light outside at 4am approx. Bedroom didn’t remain dark, significant light came through, making it difficult to sleep if you happened to stir/wake. - No towel rail/hooks in the bathroom. Had to drape wet towels over shower door. Shower not very powerful. - Mop would be useful when bringing in bits of sand etc from a day at the beach. - Fan was provided however apartment was very warm and windows didn’t open enough to let much fresh air in. A second fan have would been beneficial.
