The room was comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant food were very good. Plenty of parking. Easy access to pool, sauna and steam room. Good water pressure in the shower. Community pool was good, as were the sauna and steam room. Good location with easy access to nearby beaches, Sandringham and Holkham Hall.

Staff at main reception appeared unfriendly and judgemental. The hotel looked dated. Bathroom decor appeared to be about 25 years old and looked tired. The other room we booked had an updated bathroom that was much nicer. Breakfast was not included and was a surprise addition to the already expensive room rate. Very little seating space around pool. Pool area was dark and uninviting.

Lovely hotel, very pretty place inside and out. Staff all so friendly and helpful, breakfast very good for choices. We didn’t use the spa facilities, but definitely next time. Our room 107, very spacious, iron and board, fan and safe and extra pillows in the wardrobe, plenty of storage, large bathroom with great hot shower. Tea and coffee and kettle. Oh and biscuits. The farmers pub is very good food and cocktail offers. Our reason for our two night stay, to attend the heritage festival . Bus 35 and 36 stop opposite side of the hotel, no bus stop post but it will stop. Asda and petrol station a few minutes drive away. Sandringham estate less than 10 minutes drive. We will definitely return.

Pillows too hard 😩

The room was very spacious and overlooked the garden. It was very clean and the staff everywhere were great, really friendly and helpful. The facilities are great at this place, including the pool and sauna, tennis court etc. Wish I'd had longer there to take advantage of it all. The buffet breakfast was delicious and always kept topped up with as much as we could eat.

My only gripe was that after our room was cleaned on the second day, we were left only with a little bit of toilet roll, as no more had been provided. I ended up having to go and ask reception for a loo roll, which is not something I expect to do in a hotel as nice as this one.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, just a lovely place to stay.

There was no toilet brush in the toilet. When we having our evening meal in the restaurant, the food was lovely, however when we were asked if would like to see the dessert menu, we said yes, but the young lady never brought it, so we had to go and get it our selves, we sat and waited and waited but no one came back to us , so feeling slightly annoyed, we got up and went and paid. Was disappointed regarding the lack of service there, they were not busy , the girl in question was actually standing where the dessert menus were.

The staff went above and beyond what I had expected. The lovely receptionist, in particular, kindly offered us an upgraded room from the one originally allocated free of charge, once they found out it was my birthday. The room was nicely appointed and cosy. The king sized bed was huge and a joyful rest. The hotel is kept very clean as is the spa area, with its large pool and jacuzzi. Again, the staff here were very helpful and genuinely friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

I only wish the rooms had a safe and fridge.

I really appreciated the use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna—even after check-out. That extra access made the stay feel incredibly good value for money!

Honestly, everything during my stay was wonderful. However, I did find it a bit difficult to locate the hotel while driving, as the signage near the roundabout wasn’t very visible. Once I arrived, though, everything was excellent.

Loved the space in the executive room we had, the fitting and furniture were very nice, ive seen reviews moaning about old furniture, they can't appreciate proper furniture, it's all solid heavy quality furniture, the bathroom had luxury fixture and fittings, the bath was fantastic, water pressure to knock you off your feet. We had a private balcony, can't argue for the price tbh, yes its a bit more than a standard room but the difference is worth the extra

My only gripe is the doors to the room make a massive amount of noise when shutting because the handles don't move on the outside when shutting unless you use your access card, so every other resident that was staying had to slam the doors shut in order to close them, I understand why they did this, but It could be avoided so easily and then you wouldn't be woken up from early hrs of the morning with doors banging shut. And believe me it's loud

Decor a little dated, in my view, needs bringing into the 21st century

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our bathroom flooded due to a blocked drain, this was gone 11pm, and the staff member on night duty resolved the issue quickly for us. The next day they had told us that they’d taken off the breakfast for any inconvenience it had caused.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in.

Lovely spacious room, with good access to the spa, pool and fitness room. Breakfast with good selection. Staff responded quickly and very friendly.

The windows in the room were hard to close and one was unable to close properly. Without the good heating, it would have been very cold. We initially requested a quiet room but we were given a busy corner room on the ground floor, fortunately for us it was busy when we were out during the day. Otherwise, we would have requested to move. We enjoyed our spa treatments pre-booked, but didn't enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as it was busy with a wedding party and guests we weren't made aware.
