Room was excellent. Food itself in Mulberry restaurant is excellent, but after numerous stays in 12months, service is still very slow. Could do better on this.

Breakfast, we were seated quickly at a requested table, staff very pleasant, not over attentive but always willing to assist when asked. Tables cleaned promptly after they were vacated, room bright and airy with a pleasant outlook, clean and pleasant room to breakfast in each day. Food was of a good standard and freshly prepared and served. Dinner, only did one evening, food was enjoyable and staff were attentive, maybe a little short staffed on the evening we eat but this could have been due to a function taking place, no complaints however.

I have no intention of listing any dislikes, Heacham is what it is, a very good hotel, pleasantly located to enjoy this part of Norfolk with the bonus of an on site golf course for those who enjoy the game. The staff not only appear to be well trained, but, they made it a pleasure to stay here. Final note, we were not happy with our first room which for some inexplainable reason reeked of lavender, we mentioned this at reception, who after making some checks immediately moved us to an upgraded room.

Historic building with lovely grounds. Room was clean, spacious and well decorated with lots of storage. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Comfy bed. Great dual aspect view overlooking the golf course. Loads of wildlife to see just in the grounds, gates, owls, partridges and a short walk to the beach. You have access to the wellness centre, golf pavilion and also Searles Leisure Resort. Great staff all pleasant and smart and efficient. Choices of areas to eat in and the food always great, tasty fresh and well cooked. Ideal location for many attractions, bird reserve, Sandringham and beaches.

No one was there to welcome you to the wellness centre so was a bit confusing and they’ve taken out use of the jacuzzi.

Excellent food and service, they had prepared options for one of us being a Coeliac and were ready at each meal.

No lift, didnt matter to us and staff were very helpful, some could find it awkward.

Had a 2 night stay at the manor house everything was perfect for our ruby wedding anniversary from the breakfasts to the champagne in our room the bed was so comfortable the veiws were lovely the staff were fantastic especially the young lady who runs the mulberry resturant and the young man behind the bar will book again changed rooms to an accessible room due to being disabled the staff were very helpful and gave us a ground floor room with patio doors opening out onto the patio where we were greeted each morning by ducks coming up to the doors hubby loved feeding them fabulous loved it

Dear Hotel Team We just wanted to say thank you for the lovely time we had at Heacham Manor Hotel this week. This was our first visit and the staff were all wonderful and very helpful - from the housekeeping team, to the receptionists and all the various front of house people. We also wanted to say a big thank you to all the Pavilion Bar team and to the chefs there who made our guests a wonderful dinner on Monday night. The happy bar staff in the manor bar were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast team in the Mulberry Restaurant were very helpful and managed the busy breakfast time calmly and with a smile! Thank you also to the very positive & happy young lady in the new Wellness Centre - who showed us around the facilities and also found my lost watch! Very best wishes for a great rest of the Summer - we will hopefully visit  you all again soon!

Check-in and Check-out was quick and efficient. The room was very well appointed although being on the first floor facing east got very warm but the hotel recognised this and provided a tall rotating fan that cooled the room at night. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful although a little bit busy due to the golf club traffic. There is a new, large wellness centre in the grounds but I can’t comment further as I didn’t use it. The food and wine were excellent, especially the fine dining at the Mulberry Restaurant in the evening. Breakfast in the same restaurant was of similar quality.

Just some minor things: The piped music in the restaurant and bar was a bit too loud and wasn’t in keeping with the ambience of the hotel (Taylor Swift etc to an average audience age of 60!)we sought sanctuary where the music was more muted. We felt slightly rushed during our evening meal as the waiting staff started to clear and clean tables ready for breakfast before we had finished our meals. At breakfast, one of the waiting staff cleared away my empty plates whilst my partner was still eating her breakfast.

Great location, by the sea but away from the main accommodations. Room was clean and warm on arrival and had all we needed staying in the Manor house. The food is excellent, especially the breakfasts. Add to that a well equipped gym, thermal room with spa, sports bar, it's just a great place to be. The staff always make or break a place for us, and Steph and Jayne on reception, Brian ,chef, Florentina over at the Pavilion, Holly and Marji in the restaurant certainly did that.

Some of the team need to learn from others with their interaction, although we appreciate its always difficult

Nice setting, Pavilion room excellent size with large en-suite and shower, comfortably furnished with extra large bed and spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit salad several choices of cereals and selection of cooked to order options. Dinner in the Mulberry restaurant was very good with several options. Our food was delicious and nicely presented. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Several 22 Kwh Pod Point chargers a bonus and if your into golf a course as part of the set up with bistro and shop.

Attitude of some of the servers in the restaurant let the team down, ranging from sullen to a don't want to be here demeanor.

It is a stunning old property, Accessed by driving down a lovely private driveway passing by a Duck pond…. Felt very upmarket. The breakfast was top quality.. nice little touches like homemade granola. Room was big, and had a separate table & 2 comfortable chairs… great for checking emails etc, rather than sitting on the bed.

The only negative - and this is down to,personal taste - is that our room felt fuddy duddy with its dated dark brown furniture and olive green walls. It also seemed a bit odd to have a shower over the bath plus a separate cramped shower cubicle, with an awkward high step up into it. Parking was limited… fine when we arrived. But there was an event on in the separate conference area, and guests had filled their own conference parking zone, plus the regular hotel parking. So on checkout day, we were parked a long way away in a grotty overspill car park, which meant carrying our bags a long way.
