We had one of the B & B rooms, which was pleasant, clean and comfortable.Having some outside garden space was a lovely bonus. The site is quirky and full of character with some shepherds huts and a camping site alongside . The shared garden space had outside sofa and chairs and some bistro tables. Short walk to the beach.We found the site quiet and peaceful.The hosts were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. Not for you maybe if you are looking for 5 star modern luxury, but has a lovely relaxed rustic charm about it that made it special. In all a very pleasant experience. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

We liked the location and the stables had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. It’s easy to walk to the beach and there are good countryside walks too. We enjoyed the small kitchen and having a fridge was a good bonus. Everything worked well in the bathroom too with plenty hot water. There is plenty of parking right outside the stables.

We found the mattress on the bed uncomfortable and new pillows would be lovely. But that’s just us. The roof dome adds lots of light during the day and affords sky views at night. But it’s very hard to close the blind that covers it to prevent early wake up.

Great choice of breakfast and beautifully presented. Could take as much or as little as you liked. We were expecting a breakfast tray and this exceeded our expectations. Cute mini milk bottles and egg tray too - good taste! Thoughtful layout of the room - good placing of mirror and shelves. Really useful and loads of sockets too. Tasteful and cute fixtures and decorations- higher end design of kitchen sink and tap and light fittings made it feel posh!

For a one night stay everything was great - possibly a better skylight blind and curtain linings in the summer but that’s only a little suggestion.

The room and surroundings were amazing, I got to see the strawberry moon at night in such a perfect location and I felt very relaxed, it was quiet enough, very close to the beach, shops, and places to eat and drink. The hosts were fabulous, the room had lots of space, a great atmosphere and very comfortable, I felt at home and at peace which was just what I was looking for. I likely will return and perhaps will try out camping next time! Loved the breakfast which had loads of options for bed and breakfast option, the kitchen was very nice to eat in & I loved the chickens and the dogs too!

The breakfast was not quite available when I was ready to eat but the hosts were very quick to respond when I sent them a message through the booking.com app so this made this less of an issue and I had a very relaxing and big breakfast! This was one of my fave things.

The location was absolutely spot-on! 6 minute walk to Heacham south beach which is lovely. Chalet was small but perfect for us 2 and the dog. Everything we needed was supplied. We went to the breakfast area to collect whatever we wanted and took back to the chalet to prepare and eat. Fresh eggs were great. Whilst the site was pretty busy with Campers etc there was no noise to speak of.

The main room was lovely and clean but the bathroom could do with a deep clean - a few dead spiders and cobwebs around the shower area. However I do appreciate its a rural location and creepies come in through the window!

I had a lovely stay at the chalet in Heacham. It was peaceful, cosy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. The chalet was clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the beach, which made morning and evening strolls extra special. The area was quiet and felt safe — a perfect little escape from the busyness of everyday life. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a calming coastal retreat.

Hi Nigel, We just got back about a hour ago, it was lovely to have you guys have us on a short notice, The car park was definitely a challenge I do apologise for digging it up for where we parked, The room was lovely absolutely cosy and clean, the door wasn't the greatest especially at closing the lock seams to be catching, Was fresh, unfortunately the shower was to short for myself to get in but I am 6'3 Good WiFi, Myself and my partner would like to a sold 3.5-4 due to the shower and carpark and there was a massive sand spider in the bed, Will be happy to return in due course

Suited our circumstances and was clean, comfortable and the perfect base for what we wanted to do. The welcome and care/friendliness of the managers

Could not find any fault apart from the skylight over the bed which was great and offered lightness during the day but made it a little difficult late evening and early morning being too bright to either get to sleep and then to wake you up too early (don’t know if it would be too difficult to have some sort of means of covering- not nit picking as this did not detract from a fantastic stay)

Nice place to enjoy a few tranquil evenings, quite close to the beach, very well furnished rooms. The fine weather allowed us to seat outside in the evenings, relaxing after the day's activities. It is very quiet even though there is a camping site at the back, as the 'chalets' face an open field. The skylight above the bed may annoy some people, but we enjoyed viewing the stars and the occasional meteor.

As a disabled person, I found difficult to go to the breakfast room as there are no step free access from the rooms. However, you can fetch items from the breakfast room to your room, so it was not a big problem,

Accommodation is great. Staff are lovely, especially the owner who served breakfast, and extremely helpful. We stayed in the hayloft and it was really well presented. Has everything you need. The location is excellent - 600 yards from the beach.

The only small thing I'd mention is the pricing structure for bringing dogs. £25 per dog per stay - great for a week long stay but not great for a one night stay with two dogs - my own fault for not reading the charges. Would still recommend, so many positives.
