Very Boutique…we have stopped before and knew what to expect

The previous stay we had a lovely basket full of items for our breakfast, sadly not this time so had to make a trip and cost to ourselves to get fed. Another issue was that the car park should fit 5 cars (for the 5 rooms) unfortunately for us we arrived after somebody parked their large camper van! Thus was a tight squeeze for 2 other cars. We had to park on the road which isn’t a biggy but you wouldn’t be able to do the same from May 1st because of restrictions. Another couple one of whom was pregnant had to park around the corner. Maybe an addition to the welcome email to make people more aware and courteous to other residents with reference to parking.

Nice thoughtful touches everywhere, including a breakfast bag for us. Beautiful furniture and comfortable bed.

The extract in the shower worked fine but the extract for the loo didn't. There was ample tea, coffee, etc, but no mugs nor cups, or teaspoons.. I looked for some in the main part of the house, but there were none there either. I only noticed this in the morning though to be fair. Had I wanted a brew the night before I'm sure I would have been given spoons and mugs. There was a nice touch message to dogs indicating blankets, treats and other things were in the room for them....could find anything though!

Room - We liked the finish of the room, the bed was amazing, the bathroom was lovely, and the little extras that were provided for the dog were great. Location - superb for access to everything.

There is nothing that we didn't like. These are just little observations as someone visiting. The shower was not very strong as the head was very large so I used the hand held one there. Also being a little older a magnifying mirror would be great. Our room would have benefited from having two chairs by the window rather than one as it meant one of us had to sit on the bed to eat our breakfast. I would have also liked a couple of extra coasters so I could put my tea cup down too and a small bowl to put my teabag in, till it cooled down.

Absolutely beautifully styled room. Bright, spacious with lots of attention to detail. Loved the welcome brownies and the breakfast picnic. Great location with everything you need, within a 5 minute stroll away. Watching the sun go down whilst having a dip in the sea, was just incredible! The guest lounge was also incredibly beautiful and all in all, 5* interior!! Just stunning :)

We stayed in room 4 and unfortunately the room was uncomfortably hot. We did however stay on one of the hottest days of the summer (30 degrees), but air conditioning would have been an absolute dream! We didn’t seem to be able to open the windows either, so the room felt like it had absolutely no air in there at all. We were kindly provided with a fan, but unfortunately this didn’t help!. Other than this, everything was just brilliant - thank you so much!! :)

Second time this property. Easy self check in. Lovely room in an excellent location, home made brownies and goodies from the local deli were a real treat. Comfy bed, quality bedding, towels and toiletries, spotless bathroom, good coffee machine with proper sized mugs too. Decor is stylish.

The room had 3 radiators and was uncomfortably hot, the windows were painted shut except for one, the thermostats one radiators didn’t turn the heat down, so it was uncomfortably hot and I didn’t sleep well. Staff said I could use the fan but that didn’t really help. The fridge wasn’t working so the yogurt and milk were at room temperature.

Lovely location embedded in a residential area within walking distance to the center of Hunstanton. Off street parking. Fresh apples in the common lounge area, dishes and cutlery for use and a small table was available. This place was decorated with a loving touch and it felt like a home-away-from-home. Easy to access entry and easy to check-out.

Even though there was off-street parking, the guests who arrived before us parked so that there wasn’t any space left for our car. We parked on the street instead. We were quite aware of our upstairs guests activities so be aware that it is not sound-proofed between the floors/ceilings.

Location was great, a five minute walk to the centre of Hunstanton. Off street parking was a bonus. Room was beautiful, very tastefully decorated with high end furniture and furnishings. We knew there was no restaurant for breakfast so the free breakfast bits were a nice surprise- blueberry muffins, granola, fresh milk, orange juice, bananas and yoghurt. Also brownies and a jar of toffees when we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the large bathroom was gorgeous with a freestanding bath and separate rainfall shower. Bathrobes were a nice touch too and full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Nespresso coffee machine and good choice of teas and coffee.

The room was very hot even though the radiator was on the lowest setting. The freestanding mini fridge looked out of place just plonked on the floor in front of the radiator - it would have been better in a cabinet. The hairdryer was very cheap and not in keeping with the high end luxury feel of the everything else in the room. Hair conditioner would have been nice as would decaffeinated tea.

Cosy, clean, comfortable, and toasty warm on a cold December night. Excellent quality of bed. Lovely furnishings, especially in the communal guest lounge. The ‘picnic breakfast’ was just perfect to start the day off. Appreciated the Nespresso coffee pods. The generously sized bath in the room itself is a lovely touch for a spot of evening luxury. Separate toilet and shower rooms very useful indeed. Excellent car parking facilities right by the door.

Not a complaint in any sense – merely a suggestion. Would be really helpful to have an EV charging point or two in the car park. They could be slow chargers for overnight. Charging point at the library is only an 8 minute walk.

The breakfast was plentiful. The yoghurts, bananas and water and orange juice drinks were excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, there was a wide selection of tea, coffee and even biscuits which was great. The beds and beddung/pillows were amazingly comfortable - excellent. There was no aroma of pets which was excellent too. The staff, answering queries on the phone and cleaning the room were fantastic: very helpful, friendly and efficient - couldn't recommend them highly enough! It was great to be provided with a fan in the very hot weather.

The brownies were dry and hard and the breakfast muffins just tasted of sugar and nothing else. The spoons in the breakfast bag were small and non-metal, like 'toys spoons. The bin in the room was not big enough. I think a curtain should have been hung between the bath and the rest of the room, seeing as the bath was firmly located in the room. Many people would not take a bath in full view of a room mate if that person was a friend, parent or even one's other half. I was sharing with my mum and so we didn't take a bath. When the lights were switched on and off, and the toilet flushed, there was a murmuring sound for a long time afterwards.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable room, as expected and tasty continental breakfast of muffins, granola, bananas and orange juice, with milk abc yogurt in the fridge. The sea is only one road down from the house and the general location is very nice and airy. There are numerous lovely little coffee shops and deli nearby within a short walk and a bakery and Sainsbury’s supermarket. For dinner I recommend you take short drive to the dog friendly gastro pub The White Horse at Holme-next the Sea. People seemed very friendly as we were out and about in the area. The quality room, comfy bed and cleanliness was exactly what I had expected and I can recommend it.

There was ample shower gel and hand wash in the bathroom but no body lotion or conditioner. The parking is fine if there are only three cars in at once - I reversed in as it’s tight parking.
