Very Boutique…we have stopped before and knew what to expect
The previous stay we had a lovely basket full of items for our breakfast, sadly not this time so had to make a trip and cost to ourselves to get fed. Another issue was that the car park should fit 5 cars (for the 5 rooms) unfortunately for us we arrived after somebody parked their large camper van! Thus was a tight squeeze for 2 other cars. We had to park on the road which isn’t a biggy but you wouldn’t be able to do the same from May 1st because of restrictions. Another couple one of whom was pregnant had to park around the corner. Maybe an addition to the welcome email to make people more aware and courteous to other residents with reference to parking.

Good size room and well decorated … the other rooms were a lots smaller. Comfortable bed. Car park was free. Property close to beach and walking distance to high street.
Not easy to find and frustrating as no phone reception in the area.. had to borrow a phone to find out how to get to property. Could not download instructions as no phone reception. STIFLING HOT in room and can only Open small bathroom windows. Lots of condensation on windows. Breakfast could have been more substantial- no option and no option of hot meal. On the expensive side so cooked food was expected.

Nice thoughtful touches everywhere, including a breakfast bag for us. Beautiful furniture and comfortable bed.
The extract in the shower worked fine but the extract for the loo didn't. There was ample tea, coffee, etc, but no mugs nor cups, or teaspoons.. I looked for some in the main part of the house, but there were none there either. I only noticed this in the morning though to be fair. Had I wanted a brew the night before I'm sure I would have been given spoons and mugs. There was a nice touch message to dogs indicating blankets, treats and other things were in the room for them....could find anything though!

Loved the feel of the whole property from arrival, off street car parking was great. Loved the decor of the place right from the entrance, although we didn’t make use of the living/dining area we did have a good walk around and the whole feel and aura was just the perfect balance of rustic, contemporary and eccentricity.. JUST RIGHT UP OUR STREET.. the room was perfectly made up for our arrival with personal tea and coffee making facilities, brownies and toffee treats and a small DAILY breakfast package, a personal semi stocked refrigerator was a bonus. The bath and shower combo was fantastic with a standard power shower and a rain head, being a 6foot4 man it’s very rare that I can sit back and relax in a bath but was a great birthday treat! Great location with a (Very) short walk to town centre, and short walk to the seafront.
We did notice the tap assembly was insecure/loose and water mark on the wall below the sink.

Rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. Surprise breakfast was fresh, locally sourced and great as an 'on the go' if you wanted to take it with you too. Superb location in a quiet residential road, lovely and quite and one street back from the sea at the opposite end to the fairground. Had to speak with staff when we first arrived, who were very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful to rectify a problem. Used the sister Deli a couple of times - fantastic food, lovely staff and great little shop too. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend.
Couldn't fault it

Gorgeous room, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, easy check in process, unexpected bonus of orange juice, fruit, muffins and yoghurts for our breakfast the next morning (all delicious). There was plenty of tea choices, a coffee machine, toiletries and everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.
We stayed on a really warm night in mid August. The heat hits you as you make your way up the stairs to the first floor. The room was stiflingly hot and there's only one window that opens! Any other time of year this wouldn't be an issue but we were roasting and it made sleeping uncomfortable. There was a fan in the wardroble but it was next to useless. Please either make it so the other windows can open or invest in a really good fan for guests! Thank you

It was a beautiful room with a bath in the bedroom and 2 separate rooms for toilet and shower. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a good range of drinks to use with the Lily coffee machine or kettle. A lovely touch was the picnic breakfast which we took down to the beach, which consisted of bottles of fresh orange juice, blueberry muffins, granola and yoghurt with compote and a banana. These were all from Thornham Deli which you also receive 10% off anything you spend there in the restaurant, being one of their guests. The apartment was very close to the coast and at the nice end of Hunstanton towards Old Hunstanton. The parking was good at the property and there was also a small garden to use which had sunbeds and tables and chairs. We chose a downstairs apartment as we have a dog and thought we had a courtyard off our room but this wasn't the case, but this was not a problem as we were close to the outer door which led to the garden (for the dog to have a wee). Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was amazing, and everything about the room set up, along with what was given for your convenience, was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the luxury of relaxing in the evening on the balcony!!
Everything was fantastic. Any issues were personal preference except 1, which was the lack of air conditioning. A large fan was provided, which worked to cool the room, though it was slightly noisy. I'm guessing that air con is against council rules, though, as I noticed that similar properties also lacked it. It only detracted slightly from an otherwise perfect experience!! Highly recommend a visit!!!!!

Room - We liked the finish of the room, the bed was amazing, the bathroom was lovely, and the little extras that were provided for the dog were great. Location - superb for access to everything.
There is nothing that we didn't like. These are just little observations as someone visiting. The shower was not very strong as the head was very large so I used the hand held one there. Also being a little older a magnifying mirror would be great. Our room would have benefited from having two chairs by the window rather than one as it meant one of us had to sit on the bed to eat our breakfast. I would have also liked a couple of extra coasters so I could put my tea cup down too and a small bowl to put my teabag in, till it cooled down.

Just a short walk from the seafront and town centre and extraordinarily lovely large room with freestanding bath and separate toile and shower rooms. Was not expecting all the lovely little items of food in the room (fruit, yogurt, muffin etc).
Arrival was a bit chaotic since someone else had been issued the keycode to my room as well, but soon got sorted out so no big problem. A slight oversight by cleaner. There was and apple core and some rubbish in the bin in the main room which had not been emptied since previous guess checked out.
