A wonderful experience at Thornham Boutique! The interior design and room amenities were beautiful – with great attention to detail, showing how much care went into creating a special atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely delicious – high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The service was excellent: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a perfect start to the day. It was also very well attended, which says a lot about its popularity – and rightly so! A special thank you for being so dog-friendly – our Labrador felt just as welcome as we did.

Very well located. Beautifully furnished. We had brownies from the deli waiting for us on arrival, as well as fresh milk in the fridge (for the coffee machine), water bottles too. The room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. They had left two dog beds, bowls, poo bags and biscuits for our pooches too. The staff in the cafe were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The beach is within walking distance too. Highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here.xx

Lovely big light and airy room with very nice decor. Very well equipped with fridge and illy coffee machine. Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely.

Very strange instructions for using tv remote! Think a new remote is needed or clearer instructions. Breakfast is served in the deli/cafe on the ground floor. This is an exceedingly popular eatery and to some extent a victim of its own success. Hence, whilst the food was good, things felt a little fraught. It was very noisy, not helped by the fact most tables had dogs with them, who of course needed to interact by lots of barking and yapping!

The room was incredibly spacious with a lovely sitting area and very tasteful decor. Loved all the interior design touches. Huge bathroom with floor standing bath and walk in shower. Everything had been thought about from treats for our dog to a container of fresh milk in the fridge for teas and coffees. The breakfasts we had were amazing and in such a cosy, beautiful setting. There was so much choice on the menu and our dog loved his complementary sausage treats too. Staff super friendly and helpful. Loved everything.

We honestly thought it was all just fabulous. If there was one thing it might be to have a thicker and heavier duvet on the bed but we're just being super picky now. Just a lovely place to stay all round.

Suite 2 was very spacious with a separate seating area & a big bathroom with a wonderful large egg bath & a huge walk in shower. Beautiful & stylish decor. Very cosy, romantic feeling with all the different lighting options. Extremely comfortable large bed. High quality bedlinen, wonderful fluffy towels & excellent quality toiletries. Nice touch to have a small fridge with bottled water & fresh milk in it. Nespresso machine with coffee pods, fresh coffee for cafetière, great selection of teas, some biscuits & some really scrummy fresh, gooey flapjack on arrival. This is the best place we have stayed in for a very long time & with lovely friendly staff & a fabulous breakfast with a LOT of choice. 5 star all round & couldn’t fault anything at all. Well done team. Simply excellent. Would highly recommend the Ship Inn at Brancaster for an evening meal too. Superb.

Absolutely nothing we will definitely be back.

Put simply, this is the best B&B we have stayed in. The room is of the highest standard with a large TV, a high end tea and coffee area with a Nespresso machine, a fridge with fresh milk and water topped up daily and a beautiful bathroom. The deli which serves the included breakfast is amazing ! Very dog friendly and the staff go above and beyond. Very much enjoyed our breakfasts and even came back for lunch.

The room would benefit greatly from air conditioning as even on a moderately warm evening the room holds a lot of heat due to being in the loft. Towels were not changed daily as we left them on the bath rather than in the bath as stated in the book. Definitely felt this was a tad unfortunate as it was clear the towels were there to be changed.

The location was perfect and was in easy reach by car to Hunstanton, Wells and along the coastal road to Sheringham and Cromer. Our room was fully equipped with everything we needed and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was of high quality food and I have to say the highlight of the stay because of the person who served us. Absolute star of energy, welcoming, attentive, and singing whilst working. I would also like to mention the young man that checked us in, again, so friendly, polite, helpful and an absolute credit to Thornham Deli due to his friendly and professional welcoming.

There is a breakdown in the booking process from Booking.Com whereas I ordered 2 single beds and not one double which unfortunately doesn’t get fed back to the vendor, unless you specifically put it in the notes on the booking form which is something more for me to note and be more specific about nothing to do with the vendor. Luckily this wasn’t any trouble for the young man and he swiftly got this rectified fir us.

Beautiful location, 15 years since I've been to Thornham, lots has changed but still beautiful. Suite 1 was perfectly laid out, bed extremely comfy. Very spacious and excellent tea & coffee facilities!

Soap / hand wash in the loo was missing. Some noise in the morning but to be expected as suites are located above a working deli etc. Felt a bit weird that half of the furniture and fittings in the suite were actually price tagged up and available for sale..

Fantastic location, very well decorated, nice little extras like the home made pastries. Special mention to the server at breakfast, if we lived nearer, we would love to poach him! Very attentive, fun and great salesperson!

Maintenance issues need to be kept on top of; door lock was difficult to open. Window closers had broken off and were on windowsill and others loose, TV didn’t work, shower was seized so we couldn’t use small hose, hubby freed it off 2nd shower. Toilet seat too small for toilet and tap in toilet leaking. All but last two reported to a lovely lady, in case they hadn’t been made aware previously, although she did accept there was an issue with TV. None of these issues would prevent us staying again. Listed for transparency as really hope they have been dealt with. Rm 1

Lovely room, fresh, clean and modern. Breakfast choice was excellent and all food tasted good with local produce being used. The gluten free bread was the best I have tasted. We had our own table reserved every morning in the very busy dining area . The Deli is open to all guests staying there and the general public and it is very popular. One notable thing about our 4 night stay was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were, particularly in the dining area and the housekeeping staff who came in every day. Nice little touches were the cakes left for us when we arrived and the daily sweets, bottles of water and fresh milk for coffee and tea making.

I can’t honestly think of anything that we didn’t like about the property. The Deli only does evening meals on a Friday but there are plenty of lovely pubs in the area and we had excellent meals in 4 different pubs during our stay
